I wouldn’t suggest going to this place unless you want dud air bars that die an hour after leaving the store. Then when you call them to ask if you could just show them & get a new one they say “no you probably got A dud!” Horrible customer service I’ve seen this happen at other Vape shops and they are more understanding.Edited today - I have since taken the dead Vape to my original Vape shop and they have confirmed they are selling fake ones for $15. To be precise fake air bars are sold here; Do Not Recommend!

I really enjoyed the product that I got at the store however the young man that sold it to me really was not real knowledgeable is to what he was selling. After I got home and got looking more into the differences which sometimes are subtle in the different products. I was not made aware of these differences even though I asked him about them. Also was not real pleased in the fact that when I opened my bottle and the seal came off very easily didnt think anything of it until I realized its a rubber cap inside the bottle on the applicator was broken away and I had lost in the bottom of my pocketbook mortal up say over half a bottle of the oil and when I spoke to the young man about a return or about a refund he informed me that that was not the store policy once I walked out the whether it was mine. Thought that was kind of rude. And I also didnt notice any signs posted about there not being any returns or refunds. I will return because I have a very large selection but I will go in more knowledgeable next time. And there definitely will be a next time is help my anxiety as well as my depression and pain issues.

I bought over $100 and put it on my credit card and was asked for my drivers license. Luckily, my fiancé noticed that the cashier took a picture of my receipt and drivers license and old me as soon as we left. I went back in and asked them to delete it and they did. I was told the policy was to do this for all purchases over 100. I understand fraud issues and asking for my id is fine. Storing a picture of it on a random cell phone and sneakily taking a picture of it is not acceptable and I will be filing a complaint with the Virginia consumer protection agency.

I bought a disposable pen and it stopped working within 45 minutes of buying it. I just wanted to exchange it and dude said no. They probably going to reply saying they don’t do exchanges or returns lol. When was I told that? Show me where it says that.. lol.

Over price and couldnt stop staring at me while I was looking like I was going to steal something not friendly they didnt have no coins I had cash they wanted me to pay card since they had no coins not my problem they rather lose a sale then 13 cents I ended up leaving my change smh would not recommend this place to no one and will never come here again

Sold me a bag of tobacco at twice the price as every other local store. It was bone dry. Came back and manager was called by employee. Manager told them not to do anything about it . POS store

This place is ridiculously overpriced. They started out fine now prices are through the roof. I brought the same exact brand of juice for $10.00 less at another store less than a mile and a half away. I compare prices in the area and there prices are crazy. They dont have to worry about me shopping there anymore. And Im gonna let my friends know. Stay away from there.

I used to go here and buy e-juice. But after buying 3 of my kits that stopped working after a couple of days I couldnt even return the last and only one I was trying to get replaced. I wanted to just tolerate the high prices because it was convenient but screw it. Also owner is very rude. Id rather drive a couple of miles extra to avoid this one. Last thing I need is a rude owner to interact with.

These guys are great. Every time I step inside they are always friendly and willing to advise you on any purchase you are even thinking about. Customer service through the roof. Definitely my type of shop.

I bought a $50 pipe here yesterday. When I got home nothing works, I tried charging it, tried it several times. Upon returning to the store they told me they don’t do exchanges or refunds and the guy behind the counter sent me away bc he said he’s “not tryna deal with this”. So you sell a faulty product and refuse to offer help is unacceptable. Buyer’s beware!!

These people just want your money. I came in looking for a CBD vape liquid and dude sold me a tincture (spent $100; mind you). Put it in my vape pen and it just leaked everywhere. Nicest people, great customer service, but they just tell you what you want to hear so you’ll spend money. Even when I went back to inquire on what was sold to me, the person on staff told me straight up it wasn’t vape juice. Like he knew just by looking at the bottle. I told him about my experience and he told me there was nothing they could do for me. Make sure you do your research on whatever product you intend to buy before purchasing anything from this place.

Bought vape pen from these guys. The pen instantly started to melt and tasted like plastic. Took back to them to exchange and offered no help. Will never return total waste of money

Store is very appealing. The set up is nice and organized and everything is at your convinence.

Go for your liquids and coils but avoid buying kits, mods, etc. I bought 3 kits and after a week of use two of them stopped working. Their ZERO assistance policy makes it impossible to get any warranty on the products they sell.

Compared to other vape stores, their juice is a little bit pricy. Also, at least some of their coils are counterfeit. Ive gone back after buying a pack of five because only one in the pack worked, only to be given a replacement pack and have the same thing happen again. Very DISAPPOINTING experience at this shop. I stop by a month ago and purchased a product for $105.00. Product still works fine, but a piece of the product broke off and I went online to the manufacturing company and purchased the piece.When it arrived. I tried to place the piece on the product. To my surprise it could not fit. Still in shock I callled the manufacturer and they pointed out to me that the product I purchased from this shop was not authentic. They asked for the address and location of the shop I purchased it so they can investigate them further. I resisted because I did not want to hurt them without stopping by to question why I was sold an AFTER MARKET product or a FAKE to be exact. (Although the product does work, so I cant take that away. Which is why I left 1 star).I stopped by the shop today in hope of a resolution. Even though the sales guy agrees that they definitely f***ked me over (excuse my French), but they couldnt do anything for me but I could buy their piece that came with their AFTER MARKET product. Which of course fits. So yea there you have it. I will never purchase from here and will continue to give horrible reviews which they deserve for their fraudulent sale. And I will definitely be contact the manufacturer to give them the information about this shop so they can do to them what they wish...Except some form of reconciliation is done by its management. SMH
