Ive been going to the bakery for almost 10 years, and theyre always polite, and have never messed up any of my orders. Great cakes, and great customer service. They will always get my business.

I stopped by last sunday just too pick up an item that was needed for supper. I was in a hurry, and forgot to ask for extra cash, that I needed as a birthday gift. So with bag in hand I stopped by the customer service window in hopes of being able to obtain said cash with my debt card. I was rudely informed (as if I was hard of hearing) that I had to buy something. I showed her that I already had and she kept repeating that I had to buy something. Her attitude was offensive to me. To the point that I was close to tears. I have never been treated like that in the Super 1 Foods in all the years I have been a customer.

We loved their Lemoncello Cake! It was delicious and refreshing!

Super one is a large store with the small store experience.Better selection,great customer service,and thier meats are on par with the Big Box store.

I felt compelled to give a review about the pharmacy there. I dont ever really get prescribed medicine, but everytime I go into that super one, I walk directly to the pharmacy to talk to the employees there. They are so kind and are always eager to help me, even if it has nothing to do with the pharmacy. Especially Cheryl, shes the best, and Super One is lucky to have her.

Super 1 ALWAYS Quality. Has their own uniqueness on some sizes and selection. Owen in the Deli was amazing today on helping us. Daniel in Produce ALWAYS has great energy in the store 👏 👌 🙌

I usually like to shop for my groceries here but what I like most about Super 1 is the pharmacy, I don’t get my medicine filled there but I’m thinking about switching because the staff is always so helpful and nice! Highly recommend using this pharmacy!

Called from NC to try and order a cake for my son who is serving at Ft. Polk. Flying in tonight and wanted to pick up the cake before driving there. Super 1 was the only grocery store who could help me. Albertsons didnt answer their phone. Kroger only had chocolate and didnt offer any other options or help. Customer service was great at Super 1, and I appreciate their help.

I shopped in your store (Alexandria) last evening. I wasnt feeling well and I didnt know where to find anything. There were employees shelving. Every one I asked where an item I needed was stopped what they were doing and took me directly to where it was. They were so helpful to me. When I thanked them and told them how nice they were, each one said they were just doing their job. When I checked out the cashier asked if I needed help putting the bags in my car.I want to commend your employees for being so nice and friendly and so helpful.

I love the $20 deal on meats. its perfect for two people to eat on for a week...plus it makes me cook a variety of foods. and the cashier was super nice and dressed properly. her uniform shirt was clean with no stains and hair was well groomed. she made my day a little better just being nice to me.

I usually love super one and their cashiers. But today the cashier we had was terrible. Her name was Samyria. She did not greet us, she did not talk to us the entire time, and there was no have a good day when we left. Not very good customer service. She was busy talking to a different customer behind us and the fellow cashiers behind her. I am leaving super one very upset at such rude service.

Shopped there for 12 yrs. My daughter was recently humiliated after losing my debit card in the store. Customer Service and Grocery Manager treated her like a common criminal as she tried to recover it. I was contacted by store via FaceTime to verify my identity but still had to come to store to recover it. The cashier lied and cause major embarrassment to my daughter and myself. Won’t be back.

I enjoyed my stay in Alexsandra,La Super 1 Foods very convenient not to mention spacious quick cashiers well trained with security on site very affordable prices.

First time shopping there and did not have any signs showing where to go in or out, just shouted go that way and did not have any employees helping with fknds items. Once I was ready to check out, I received better service. May or May not go back again.

I went early one morning, and that was the perfect time to be there. There werent many people there. The store was clean and I was able to find everything I needed. My only complaint was some of the fresh vegetables looked rotten. I was able to find good prices on everything I purchased. The cashier was friendly and asked if I found everything I needed.

Picked up some drinks

Super 1 doesnt have the most variety but they make up for it with prices that a usually a bit lower and they shelves have always been well stocked especially on sale items. A lot of the other grocers in Alexandria seem to run out of meat and other essentials but this Super 1 has been well stocked each time we go. They are also very good about opening enough check stands so you dont have to wait long to check out.
