I went to get a tire patched on a Saturday Afternoon and was in and out in 20 minutes. Doug took great care of me and I wished I had money to tip the service guy. I will be back here for sure.

I brought my truck in for alignment because it was pulling to the right. They said they did an alignment, I paid and picked up my truck. They said they test drove it. Upon leaving, it was pulling hard to the right. The next day, I called and told them it was still pulling to the right. They said bring it and they would fix it. The next day, I dropped it off again. They said no problem, theyd fix it. 3 hours later, they called and said it was ready. So I went to get it. When I arrived, they said they could not find a problem, so they balanced a tire because of a vibration. I said there was no vibration, it was pulling hard to the right. So a guy came with me and i showed him on every street it pulled hard to the right. He said, well we did it, so maybe you need to rotate your tires. I went and rotated my new tires, and checked the air pressure for the third time. So now it still pulls hard to the right. I guess, I will try bringing it somewhere else.

I have no complaints. I discovered yesterday I needed two rear tires for my car. I went to Tire Choice Auto Service in Alexandria, La. The manager (Ed) was very helpful, and professional. Ed follow through with ordering, installed the next day and was out less than hour. Thank you Ed for making this simple and easy. 😊😊😊

My and my husband always go to D&J tire my truck was shaking very bad D&J said it needed parts. I called TIRE CHOICE and spoke with Matt the assistant manager we ended up bringing it in to get. Parts and get it worked on a lot of my friends told me about how nice he was and knowledgeable on vehicles 🚗. When I got there he started to get me quotes and some guy in a dark blue uniform started over talking him saying you need to do this and this. Very rude. Matt smile and and stayed very honest and understanding about my problems I was having with the truck. I give Matt 7 ⭐️ for being very honest and professional about my truck he broke everything down. So I could understand what was happening in the end I just needed tire he gave me a quote on the parts D&J said I needed. Yeah he could have sold me part that I didn’t needed but he DIDN’T I saying if you want a good honest person to talk to about you car go see Matt. He will go up and beyond to help any one . If he had a shoo I would take it to him every time honest shop are hard to find. The other guy he had to be a tech he had dirt and grease on him 0 Starts. Matt your the best. Thanks 🙏

I went to The Tire Choice for tire balancing. The tech forgot to install my center cap and damaged it. Mistakes happen. The manager instructed the tech to install it. When asked if they ran over the cap, the reply was almost. But, it wasnt almost. The cap was broken. I went on my 740-mile trip and most of the wheel weights came off. I would not recommend using this shop. The manager has a lack of integrity and the techs are poorly trained.

Ed and the guys are freaking awesome! The Brakes went out in my Chevy Silverado on the way to the shop. I literally had brake fluid leaking on my back tires. The guys told me to relax and have a coffee and not to worry about anything. The place was clean and inviting.Ed talked to me and broke down the process of what it would take to get my truck back on the road safely. I was even allowed to come out to the garage and take a look at the damage up close. I appreciated the courtesy given in making me feel comfortable by answering all questions and discussing options. Today was my first time using Tire Choice for an oil change. They were excellent! Doug was my technician and he was so nice and accommodating. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I was in and out in under an hour. Ive never had that short of a wait for an oil change. My car is high mileage and they checked and double-checked to be sure I was given the best service and premium oil for my car. I was given a nice discount on their best oil change package, which was great, because Im on a really tight budget. It was a lot lower than what I had budgeted for my oil change. Thanks, Doug, and everyone at Tire Choice. Ill definitely be back!

This place understands customer service. David and Casey answered my questions, the tech was cool to visit with, they were nice to my son (2) when he was bad in the waiting room, and ensured my vehicle was taken care of.I hope folks that know me and read this take my recommendation to heart as I do all of my own mechanic work except tires. This is the only place I would use in the central LA area for tire needs.10/10 would recommend and will use again.

If I could give the review 10 stars I would. Ive been to dozens of tire shops and to date Ive never had customer service as great as this place. David was the gentlemen that worked with me. Knowledgeable, friendly, and gave me a deal that was a FRACTION of what another shop wanted to charge me. Highly recommend both him and the crew at the facility, thanks again.

David was a great guy to work with. Got my tires at a good price and quick installation. Have used them for two different vehicles same result both times.

I would give it zero if I could. I had a flat tire from out of town. The first people I talked to were very nice, but apparently the shop is incompetent. When we went to pick up the van, they had just put the spare in the back of the vehicle instead of back under it where it belonged. We had to request that they put it under the car. Then, I bought 4 new tires, drove 2.5 hours home and had a flat the next day due to the tire stem. Upon closer inspection, we then realized they had put on the WRONG TIRES! Not only were they not the ones i had purchased, but the front had different size tires than the back. Also, I had asked for them to do an alignment because the inside of the tire was chewed up and i know it had not been like that a few weeks ago. When I went to pick it up, i asked if it had been done. He said no, it didnt need it. So then i asked why was the tire so chewed up. He said he would have to check. When he came back he said it was because my hub bearing was loose! Keep in mind i had a 2.5 hour drive ahead. He said they had ordered one and it would be in Monday! I had told them several times i was in town for a tournament. And because they waited till the end of the day to tell me, it was too late to do anything other than drive back on it. I would NEVER go back to this shop, nor recommend anyone else to.

We ruined two tires on our vacation on the interstate over Memorial Day weekend . David the store manager went above and beyond to help us get new tires for our 5th Wheel travel trailer. We called several places but were greeted by rather rude folks that didn’t care weather we got tires or not. David really was the opposite of that! Amazing crew had a problem with my vehicle shaking unfortunately my tires were shot so the young man at the counter who waited on me got me one heck of a deal on four new tires as I was waiting for my truck to get finished me and the young man got to talking and I have to say this young man is a grade A++. His name was Casey and to my shock he was actually the store manager he handled all of the problems with my truck and handled business so well it is great to see such a great young man hold his own as if he had done this for many years. The Young gentleman up front was so polite and knowledgeable he saw I had a walker and held the door for me and even helped me in and out of my vehicle. When I got to the counter he actually brought me a chair so I wouldn’t have to stand while he got my tire size. As an elderly lady i sure am glad I came across this kind of chivalry from this young man I will definitely be sending all of my business to him.

I recently purchased new tires from Tire Choice. I was very happy with their service. They were very kind and professional. I will certainly use them again.

Upon my visit to Alexandria I picked up a nail in my passenger rear tire the young man at the counter named casey was very polite, respectful and knowledgeable I felt very comfortable speaking with him he told me that it’s very common that the rear tire always catches the debris from the front he went to the vehicle and checked the tire for me and told me it was repairable so they get my van into the bay and with in 15-20 mins I was ready to go. I had asked him how much I owed and he asked for a hand shake and for me to be safe that was amazing it’s not very common to come across that now a days. As the mechanic was fixing my van me and Mr.Casey we’re talking and he explained to me that they are remodeling his store and for what is going on there this young man took the extra step to not only take care of his customers and make me feel like I’m not just a customer but did this while his store is under construction I was blown away by such a passion this young man has for his store and customers. It was an absolute pleasure in a bad situation to come across this young man and his wonderful crew I will be recommending to everyone. Thank you and god bless this wonderful company.

My 88 year old mother was first spoken to very rudely. They did sloppy work and then the young manager told her she needs to leave because she was complaining about the work. Then they put on the wrong lug nut caps, she had to go to another place to get the work done properly. This place needs to be reported first for their customer service, second because of their dangerous decision to use the wrong materials. If this is the way to treat the elderly - you should find another place to get your work performed. Despinos Tire Service finished the work in a professional way and it cost her an extra $87.96.

David took time and worked with me to get the best deal on tires and even beat the competitors price. I would recommend Allied Tire to anyone and recommend they ask for David.

I have been here several different times to get my front end lined up and they have not been able to do it yet because there have been something wrong with my front end. I hate it but Im glad the guys at allied tire will tell me whats wrong with my vehicle and they will even fix it but I dont have the money and my husband is a mechanic but they will fix the problem. So now this week Im headed down to get my front end lined up an they are the cheapest one around they going to to mine for 69$. And the guys who work there are all very nice.

The absolute best experience for me. The sales man I had waiting on me his name was Edrick and he was an absolute gentleman he was very knowledgeable and polite there were a few times where he had to ask his store manager a question and the store manager was very knowledgeable as well and actually took the time to show the proper way and explained it in a nice way. I came in for a front end check bc I heard a grinding sound and edrick actually went out and checked it himself I was surprised that he did but in the end the rubbing sound was something that was on the back and he fixed it quickly and had me back on the road in a matter of minutes. I am so grateful I was recommended to these gentlemen. Thank you so much

This place will straight up look you in the face and ***LIE*** to you about what needs to be done to your car. Im a mechanic and found out the hard way when I followed up on information they gave my 83 year old mother. This place should pay for lying to people who dont know any better. Well, Im not one of those. AVOID this place if you dont want to be taken advantage of.

I was apprehensive about the cost and possibly being taken advantage of, but was pleasantly and highly appreciative of their honest assessment and fair price. i was willing to get more work done, but was told it wasnt necessary. they could have made more money from my first visit, and it would have been my last, but because they were honest and actually saved me a few bucks of unnecessary work, i would definitely be returning.

Worst experience ever. When they sell you a bad tire they will not replace the bad tire or listen to you when you try to explain. The guy actually came outside and punched my window after i stormed out of the building and tried to open my door to my vehicle. Clearly the tire is defective and no good and i buy several tires for all of my vehicles there and i will not be giving my business to them ever again. I am very displeased and upset with allied.
