WORST DEALER EVER!!! I have a open case against them hope they are really closed, that doesnt mean that they will not open somewhereelse and keep steeling peoples hard earned money.

This has been the worst nightmare. Bought vehicle and can not get title. Apparently they are out of business went to go visit and the lot is empty getting the runaround on the phone do not ever buy a vehicle from this company

People please dont go to them we bought a truck from them on 10/8 and on 10/10 it started to have problems we returned the truck to them on 10/20 since they never answered but never gave us our money back we are still waiting on our money and are taking legal action against them!! We will see them at court!! Dont go to them they STEAL YOUR MONEY!! THEY ARE A RIP OFF!!!!

O rating is not what I going to give them, they are dishonest, they worst people I ever dealt with, bought my truck from them everything was ok . After a couple week got my finance information in the mail and it was a shocker these fools change the price of the downpayment and up the balance on my loan, so we call the finance company because I thought it was them but they said its the dealership, talk to the dealership they said they would fix it but never did, going on 2 months still have not received my tags, DONT BUY FROM THEM TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!

TERRIBLE!!! please people dont let them have a bad experience and a run around like they have done to me!!! I bought a truck from them 10/8/20 on 10/10 the check engine ligth came on!! I called them they dont answer 2 of the people there told me it had 30 days warranty engine and transmission and when i called the dont want to be responsible i have contacted BBB and also a attorney since i took it to get a service detailed assessment and the engine is gone! It runs but makes a really bad noise PLEASE DONT GO TO THEM !!! IM GOING TO FIGHT to close thsm down they should not be in business stealing people hard earned money!!!!!

Very honest, friendly and pleasant experience! They are very courteous, and never pressure you at any time through out your car buying experience! Just because their dealership is hidden away from the beaten path, you shouldnt be fooled.The guys at M & B are striving to make you happy! You cant beat their excellent prices on their perfectly maintained vehicles! I was very surprised about how smoothly everything went. From the first minute I walked onto the lot, I never got one bad feeling.The owner was impressed that I made a very intensive check list for the car I wanted to buy. They let you take as long as you need to look the vehicle over and kick the tires. The process is very fast, it went so fast that no part of the deal took more than 25 minutes. The test drive, my check list and going to the bank, filling out the paperwork was all finished by noon, and I got there a 9am when they opened.Their lot may be small, but their prices being so low keep the cars moving in and out of the dealership quickly!I would highly recommend M & B to anyone if they were looking for a very high quality and reasonably priced used vehicle. I would give them six stars if I could. Matt, the owner honestly really wants to help you...

At first thought they were great. Seemed like great guys. Was going to recommend them to friends and family. Was even going to give them five stars. Then started to notice little things. Like the DVD player in the car they pointed as a great feature, put in a DVD to play for the kids only to find out it doesnt work. Fine no big deal. Its not why we bought the SUV anyway. Then not even two weeks into owning the car the transmission goes. Took over a week just to get Raf to call back. Excuse after excuse. Then its the typical run around, will have to talk to owner. That was over a week ago. Hes going to call us today and Raf isnt in for a couple of days now. 420 pm and still no call. You asked me to visit google and give you a rating, well youve got it. Scam artists. I would have been one giving five stars too, glad I waited because it would have been a false rating. Go else where. Other places more reputable have great prices too and stick to their word. Call me if you need anything. Yeah right

These guys are nice and good and I got a good deal and great car but the only problem was before I bought the car I took it to a mechanic and they said some things might need to be replaced(I think those things should have been replaced by the dealer before they put it up for sale). So when I asked the dealer if they could fix the issues they did and I was happy about that. It did take a bit longer to purchase the car than Id anticipated but Im glad I got the issues dealt with before buying the car. Car is still running great.

Went to M&B Auto Sales LLC (Yasini auto gallery) and told them that I was interested in a convertible Benz. I told them my limit and they showed me one beautiful car that I couldn’t resist. The SL500R AMG was just some thousand dollars around the Market price and we had a deal. The associate Paulie gave me all the specs about the car and provided all the details about the cars history. Everything checked out perfectly with the car and I couldn’t be happier with his service. This was my first huge purchase and Paulie took care of me. It was a swift process and he was able to tell me everything I needed to know being a first time buyer. He has worked with me and is still currently working with me in getting things processed perfectly. He has great interpersonal skills and looks out for his customers. I trust him and his judgement for I have not seen any reason not to. He responds swiftly to questions and concerns and he absolutely want to sell a car! THEY ARE A SMALL DEALERSHIP BUT THEIR SERVICES AND HONSTY ARE BIGGER THEN THIS WORLD WE BOUGHT MY WIFE A 2011 FORD FUSION GRANTED THAT OUR CREDIT WASNT THE BEST WE HAD BEEN TO OTHER DEALERS AND THEY SAID THAT THEY COULD GET US FINANCED,,,, IT WAS A LIE WE WERE SEEPTCAL ABOUT GOING THERE BUT WHEN WE SPOKE TO RAFAEL AND MATT WE KNEW THAT THESE GUYS WERE THE ANSWER TO OUR PRAYER. WE GOT THE CAR THAT WE WANTED FOR THE PRICE AND ABOVE ALL THE FINANCING WAS CHERRY ON TOP. EXCELLENT SERVICES, EXCELLENT PRICES AND, EXCELLENT CARS. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS THEY GOT US AS A CUSTOMER LIFE.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM M&B AUTOSALES!!! I purchased a 2010 Dodge Journey from M&B Auto Sales on October 13th after responding to an add on Craigs List. I should have been weary when I arrived to the secluded lot with guys just sitting around hanging out. My dad said to me that it looked “shady,” but, I was eager to jump at the deal for $5,495. My son was going to turn 16 soon and I wanted a decent car for him to drive, not my V6 2014 Chevy Impala.When I arrived to the lot, they already had the Journey on, which should have been a sign. It was running and they had every excuse for every question that we asked, but, we didn’t see anything too wrong with it. It was a used car, right? So, you’d expect to have a few MINOR issues. The salesman swore up and down that it was a GREAT vehicle. So…I purchased it.HUGE MISTAKE.I got it home from Alexandria to Woodbridge and within an hour, it ran hot. Couldn’t get a response from the dealer. Took the truck to Dodge and was told that the radiator cap was the wrong cap for the vehicle…how does THAT happen?Then the check engine light came on telling us that Cylinder 4 was misfiring. That cost $1200 to repair and flush fluids, etc.But, no, no, no, theres more...the head gasket is actually blown. I have taken it to two mechanics and have been told that I can have the head gasket replaced for about $3,000 or a new engine…I JUST BOUGHT THE VEHICLE!!!I CAN’T EVEN GET TAGS ON IT BECAUSE IT WILL NOT PASS EMISSIONS WITH THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON.I am screwed any way you slice it.M&B purposefully sold me the car knowing that the engine was messed up. They knew what they were doing. I have called them SEVERAL times and get the run around. Now, they won’t even allow me to speak with the owner. Keep telling me his mother is in the hospital and he will call me back. It’s November 30th.The 30-day tags are now expired and I cannot get tags because I need an emissions test performed. I tried to get an extension but DMV told me that someone already requested one so they were unable to give another one for this vehicle. I am assuming the cons at M&B requested the extension.They are FRAUDS and are just trying to take your money.GO TO A REPUTABLE CAR DEALERSHIP. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE. I really wish I would have read that previous review from the woman who had the transmission go out on her shortly after purchase. Also wish I could find her.I could have purchased a better car for the money I have to spend to fix this car.Absolutely ridiculous and deplorable. They passed themselves off as standup guys who were interested in doing the right things.Please, do not allow yourself to be a victim as I was.P.S. Google required me to give these crooks at least ONE star, but they do not even deserve that. They dont deserve anything.
