I needed a new car battery, but for some reason no one replaces batteries on 2010 Nissan Muranos. However, Vern was able to help me out and figured out how to replace my battery on his own! He was so kind and helpful, and now my car is back to normal. Thank you!!

Excellent service! Vern helped me pickup some new wiper blades in the correct size and even offered to install them for me, braving the ongoing cicadas infestation. Great experience!

I needed to replace my windshield wipers and had planned to go to the dealership for convenience but decided to stop by here on the way thinking I could try to buy the wipers and install them myself. They made this it SO easy! They have an app where you can easily find your make/model and size for wipers AND they even put them on for you free of charge. So in total, this took me 10 minutes and less than $50 dollars for brand new wipers. Great customer service!

TERRIBLE service. I Called to get a price on a part and was put on hold for 5 minutes! Then when someone finally answered they could not speak English very well and then the call was disconnected, or I believe they simply hung up on me.

No problem ordering. Would be nice if military discount was offered on your web site. See how Lowes proves your are military and provides the discount in their web site.

I bought a two heavy duty batteries a year ago and it gets weak so I take to this place they told me needs overnight charging. I took on the next day put on my truck, when I check the battery gage it’s not charged or they didn’t charge it. Don’t trust them. They kill my time.

I went in the store looking for an oil screw wanting someone to greet me and see if i can get help. I to go around looking for someone to help and they were not very friendly at all they just told me to take the screw and try them on the back to see which fits. Very unprofessional and I had to tell the guy can you please help me he did after but as well knowing that I needed help I was not even greeted or approached for assistance never going back. For a company like this there should be professionalism. Also very unaproriate language being use in the store when customers can hear and not knowing if they can be offending them. Being fluent bilingual made my expirience really not good. I hope this will be address and better handle.same with no masks being work 3 people. Did not have a mask on just shows how things go in store when rules are not being placed.

Only negative is they no longer allow customers to rent tools for free because of covid-19.

Just to let gentleman know that Auto zone did help me with testing the code for check engine light. Coz he told me they dont do service because of the Covid-19 and Im ok with that, but dont try to sell me 60$ device and trying to convince me that Autozone and other shops also stopped doing that service.Have a pleasant day.

Great location! I went in with an A/C issue. I was greeted immediately by Richard who showed me a cart full of ac Freon. He suggested one with a stop leak and he even walked outside with me to give me some tips. Thanks for the help Richard! You guys have a customer for life!

This store was extremely helpful. I went to another advance auto parts in Alexandria before coming here and one of the guys was very rude there. He was socializing with his friend and talking about a mouse being in the store. He was just overall annoyed with his job.Anyways, so I left there and went to this one off of duke street! I believe Ricardo was the one at the front desk who helped me. I feel bad because I came in stressed about my truck and the guy from the last place. But Ricardo was so nice and helpful and explained my options. He talked to me about batteries and windshield wipers. He happily (even though it was freezing out) installed my battery and windshield wipers. He also went out of his way to take a look at what was causing my brake lights to turn randomly on and off. He was just overall very helpful and hard working. He treated every customer coming in with a positive attitude. Even when he was helping someone else, he acknowledged the in coming customers. I highly recommend this place because of the service Ricardo provided!

Advance Auto Parts is refusing to price match Mobile 1 oil that is sold at Walmart for half the price. They claim that it is too much of a discount to honor the price match guarantee that Advance Auto Parts clearly has on their website. They are clearly violating the terms of their advertisement, while wasting the time of their customers. I’ve already filed a complaint with the FTC over this false advertising issue. I can also technically begin a lawsuit, but at this time I am deciding to not pursue legal action beyond bringing this to your attention and the attention of the FTC.Advance Auto Part’s price: $42.00Walmart’s price; $22.88

Most other advance stores have better customer service and care.

Fraudulent billing. They charged my credit card twice- Once for items I never received. They could produce no signed receipts but still would not correct the error. Do not use tap and pay there. Beware.

Staff is friendly and more knowledgeable than other Advance locations I have been too, and their online inventory is actually accurate! 75% of the time Ill order items online and the other Advance locations never have them...This one actually does keep the inventory and stock accurate.

This store is like every other advance auto parts store Ive been to. They always have a wide variety of well priced goods for my vehicle and a staff on hand to assist me if I need it. There is nothing amazing about the customer service, but Im not usual in the auto parts store to make friends or be pampered.

Just try another advance auto parts. Terrible service and recommendations. The employee there gives an attitude and needs learn proper customer service. THE EMPLOYEES NAME WAS VERN.

I went to order a new tail light assembly due to failed inspection. Cameron helped me and said they should not have failed me due to a crack and to contact the state. I did the next day the trooper met me at gas station and they passed me. Saved me $500. If I ever do need anything advanced is where I will go. Sometimes its about doing the right thing

Rico was VERY professional in showing me how to insert a headlight bulb, as well as handling a strange encounter from a fellow employee who became verbally aggressive with him in front of me while he was trying to give me instructions on how to fix my light. Rico is 18, but showed patience and professionalism in asking this 67 year old employee who was trying to start a fight with him to leave as he was acting unprofessionally in front of a customer he was trying to help. This bizarre encounter with the older employee made me feel unsafe and confused as to why he became so accusatory and aggressive, and upon asking Rico, he apologized for the behavior of his coworker and stated that his coworker has been showing the same behavior to other employees as well. The manager of this Advance Auto needs to have a retraining with this 67 year old employee who had no professionalism or common courtesy. One star for this scary encounter--- 5 stars for Rico.

Nice place, off back on the service road. Go around the left hand side of the building to the second set of doors to get in. The quiet atmosphere allows for great browsing with no crowds or radio blaring, in the background.

My right headlight went out. I replaced my left headlight on my own a few months prior. I was expecting to do the same this time around but wanted to make sure I got the same headlight as there are a few options. One of the employees came out to my car to check it out. He then showed me which headlight to buy (not immediately pointing me to the most expensive option) and proceeded to install it for me free of charge without me even asking! 10 minutes and 20 bucks later, good as new. Another employee even let me know my shoe was untied. Its the little things!
