Overall, the service and quality was phenomenal. Kenny was amicable and knowledgeable throughout the whole experience. I especially enjoyed how the whole team was present to provide me with my car and the work they did. They take pride in their work and it shows. The only thing I do hope they improve on is to be in communication about the status of the job as time goes by. Overall, I would recommend

This shop is an absolute nightmare. They have had my vehicle for 3 months and still have not completed my repairs. They are not waiting on parts for my car and they are not under staffed. Carstar Collision of Alexandria is simply incompetent. They don’t communicate with their customers and don’t work unless you stay on top of them. Management is useless so it is pointless to try to escalate your issues. You have been warned don’t trust your vehicle with them.

Quality work. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because they did need two extensions to complete repairs based on parts arriving damaged which may have to do with their wholesaler/distributor. This shop partners with entrance and both worked together to give me updates. If you had paint work done, expect a dusty vehicle to be returned. No cleaning or detailing is done compared to other shops but Ill let it slide because it was paintwork and a car wash is contraindicated in recent paint work. However, wouldnt have hurt to do a courtesy vacuum like other body shops do. That would compensate for delays and extensions in my opinion.

Horrible place. stay away. it took them 3 weeks to fix a small accident. they never align my trunk, left my leather inter full of paint mark, airbag warnings are on now, exhaust was left hanging as well. if i could give negative stars i would. had to take my car to my local buick dealer they found a bunch of things that Carstar did wrong. run away

I had a warranty claim for a single cracked headlight after I purchased my Toyota Tacoma from Carvana. Darryl took the opportunity to also fix other cosmetic issues on the front bumper along with two new fog lights and two headlights, which all were covered under the warranty claim.Thanks Darryl.

Total scam...be warned.Wheel alignment of my car couldnt be done due to potential demage/bend in cars frame or suspension. So, the alignment guy recommended me to get my car tested with laser system so that the issue with frame or suspension be resolved first.I called this shop and the and explained him the issue. The guy on phone informed me that they have laser system and they will run a diagnostic for 100 bucks to find the issue. I was happy to hear as most of shops i contacted didnt has the laser system.I went to shop and explained him situation and showed him the alignment report. He started the story that first we will change 3 shock absorbers and 2 frame pieces which will cost around 3000 usd...and if that didnt solve the problem then we we might have replace the whole chassis...surprised and amazed ...i asked cant you diagnose the issue with your laser system? ?? Instead of answering my question he asked me a strange question...why dont you file a claim? Do you have insurance? ..Although i had insurance but just to check ...i said i dont have. They guy responded that we would not like to take this job.To cut the long story short...they didnt had any such laser system to diagnose frame or suspension issues as advertised...100 bucks is probably just for taking a visual look..They are interested to get an insured client whom they can charge big bills.

Extremely happy with Carstar RS! I swiped a garage column and had to get my rear passenger door replaced along with a small scratch to the rear quarter panel. Kenny was great with the estimate and not pushy at all about accepting it, just went over the repairs in detail and said to call back and let them know if I wanted to accept it. They got my parts in and got the repairs done all within a week and my car looks good as new! The paint blending looks perfect and everything was reinstalled and the car was cleaned and detailed. Cora called to give great updates and was a pleasure to work with. I would absolutely recommend Carstar RS!

$550 for two weeks?If you are looking for work this is more or less what you should expect!2 weeks pay, No hocus-pocus, lies,bs or photo shop. They do good work 👏 just dont work for them.

Accommodating, polite, & easy 2 do business w/. Very informative through the whole process of repairing your automobile. Notifies you if there are any changes to the agreed upon repairs. Even if an insurance company is handling the costs. I highly recommend them 4 any body work needed.
