KJ, Meisha, Colm and the entire Calibre team were amazing to deal with and the results were absolutely amazing! I could not tell anything had ever happened! Perfect paint job and color match. I also got my car back three days earlier than expected! These guys are highly recommended.

I had to get the passengers window replaced entirely. The customer service provided was exceptional. The service was provided timely and explained meticulously. The window was replaced the same day and I was called the moment the job was finished. The windowwas perfectly replaced and the area where the window was replaced was cleared and cleaned.

I’ve been going to this shop for years and unfortunately 4x in the past 2 years, that’s living in DC a I guess. I’ve always found them to be excellent. Every time the work comes back perfectly and the staff has always been very friendly and helpful.

DONT GO HERE! Took my 2017 Black Audi A4 to this Caliber Collision location to have the back bumper replaced after someone backed into my parked vehicle in a parking lot. It was a quick few days when we were called that the vehicle was ready for pick up. When we arrived, I inspected the bumper and realized there was a chip in the corner (the chip was the size of a penny). Since this vehicle is black, it was very noticeable that something had gone wrong with installing the new bumper. The advisor that was in charge of our vehicle, ensured us that they would fix it quickly and took the car back into the shop to fix this chip I saw. At this point, it was already past 5 pm (they close at 6) so I knew there was no way this would be fixed in time before closing. After a short 30 minutes or so, the vehicle was brought back for us to inspect again, and yes they had covered up their mistake with the chip by only causing more damage by trying to buff out the chip. By doing this, they caused extreme damage to the right top bumper and now it looks like there are dents and streaks from this poor cover up job. With this frustration, I communicated to the advisor that I was unhappy with this but there was nothing else they could do since they had fixed the bumper. By this time, it was closing and I just wanted what was left of my vehicle back-there was no point fighting with the people because they didnt see a problem with the chip in the first place. I am extremely disappointed at them for the poor treatment of my 2017 Audi and I would not recommend this Caliber Collision location to anyone.

My insurance company sent me to caliber collision for an estimate after someone hit my car in a parking lot and broke off a mirror. The email communication from both my insurance and caliber confirmed an appointment to get an estimate. When I got there, the receptionist just put an agreement in front of me stating that I was responsible for all costs not covered by my insurance. They were expecting me to just drop off my car that morning and let them take care of the rest without even looking at my car and going over with me what repairs need to be made. At this point, my insurance hadn’t reviewed or authorized any estimates. I’m not sure why they would need to keep my car for at least a week until a new mirror arrived as my car is still technically drivable. I reiterated I was just there for an estimate and they refused to do it. Told them I would just be self pay, and wanted to know how much. Then the guy finally did the estimate but then reported back to my insurance and had my claim canceled.I had a second opinion from another local shop and they were able to do the repair for $150 less than what caliber quoted. So I can’t speak to the quality of work, but they were definitely shady.

Replacing my tires took almost a month.. 4 times of extensions everitme i called and still not done.. no updates no call feeling just waiting for nothing... after i got my car thers a vibration on steering wheel and they dont want to fix it.. terrible expirience .. never comming back .. not reccomend it to anyone...

Second time my car has been there. Terrible repair and paint job, hence 2nd visit. Went to pick up on Friday (1/26) after having it almost 3 weeks. Still a sloppy, half a** paint job. Not happy. Now...no car until Tuesday and it will be 3 weeks. Would not recommend. Communication was also extremely poor. We never heard from them. Only knew what was going on when my husband called.

I think the attendance was good, but it was not the best option to take my car there, since I went to see the estimate of my car and received the information after 2 hours and when I saw that the information said that I had to pay deductibles because for the little they were going to do, they charged the insurance too much and apart from that I still pay from my money I didn’t agree and I sent a text message to the estimator to cancel, but it seems that they worked fast because the next day I went to pick it up my car was ready and it was supposed to be ready in 4 to 5 days. So it did not seem like the idea that my insurance company and this workshop Caliber Collision made me pay deductibles when I did not have them pay. I may change to another insurance.

Do not go here! I spent $13,000 to have my Dodge Viper repaired here, at first everything seemed to go well. I got weekly updates etc... The repair took 4 weeks, within the time frame promised. When I went to pick up my car it was full of water from being parked outside with windows open, bumper was not attached, hood looked like a 12 year old painted it with hundreds of Fish Eyes in the paint which I had verified at another shop and car was very dirty. It took me 14 WEEKS to have them fix this crappy repair, I talked to 8 different people who all told me that previous rock chips caused the fish eyes (HA!) and eventually went to the owner who gave me pushback for weeks... Finally they repainted the hood but left the bumper unattached and didnt do anything about the water inside the car. This doesnt even cover the headlights that were misaligned. This was by far the WORST customer service experience I have ever experienced! I thought if you spent $13,000 you would be treated better than a piece of dog crap. I would check the better business bureau before you go here...I will certainly post my thoughts to them.

After a month getting my fixed here and taking it back in two times for an awful job and letting my battery die i was handed a car with a horrible paint job, a new chemical stain on my left back door and a bumper that still has a white impression from where I was hit! I will never go back to this place and i dont recommend it to anyone!!!!!

My near passanger window was busted out. My insurance company suggested this place. I will NEVER take my car there again. I was never given an estimate. I had to call and ask them to send one to me and my insurance company. I was told that my car was ready for pick up on a Friday afternoon. Since they close at 5pm, I asked if I could pick my car up Monday morning instead since I work until 5:30. They agreed. On Monday when I went to pick up my car, I was told that they were still waiting on a part and wouldnt be ready for another day. When I got the final invoice, it was $200 more than the estimate that I had finally revieved. When I questioned it I was told it doesnt matter because I just pay the deductible. When I questioned further, someone from the back came up and said it was for an internal part without looking at the invoice or previous estimate or even knowing what car I was referring to. When I was finally able to take posession of my car, there was still glass on the floor boards and the door was installed improperly, which I had to point out to them. It was another hour before I was able to leave with my vehicle. Throughout my car there were grimy handprints and general shop dust.

Wasted a lot of my time giving me the impression that they were going to fix a bubble that formed on the top part of the bumper. Two people looked at it before I came back to drop it off. I called to ask if it was ready, got the, Oh, I meant to call you yesterday... response. So I picked up a car that was not fixed (since there were striations on the bumper where it must have been hit by something, so it wasnt under warranty - which the first two people apparently didnt notice?) No estimate offered to know the cost of getting it fixed...An earlier (Nov 2015?) experience with them was also weird - I asked about getting some rocker moulding fixed/replaced & the fella advised I should go somewhere else to do it, because it would be more affordable.

Went to Wagon Works for an insurance claim estimate on Wedensday (10/17) morning around 11am. Was told that my bumper would be removed, painted, & clear coated...But only the right corner. (huh?) I asked why and was told, thats what your insurance co. told us to do. I called my insurance co. later that day and was told that Wagon Works works told them they said to me earlier that only the right corner of the bumper would be repaired because the rest was prior damage. LIES! Thats not what they said to me. My insurance co. said they would review the estimate and pictures once they received it, although they shouldve received it within the hour and this was 5 hours later. Called my insurance co. back on Friday (10/19), still nothing received. They called WW and was told it was being done right now. Called back Saturday and still NOTHING. Called Monday (10/22) morning, NOTHING, but WW told them it would be done immediately. Called back Monday afternoon still NOTHING. Go figure! Needless to say, Wagon Works will NOT get my business, nor will they get my deductible or insuranc cos money. Thanks for NOTHING!!!!!
