The service is professional and the work is excellent. I trust them to fix my car. We bring our cars to them and have been their customers for over 20 years. Professional Auto Body did an excellent job of repairing my 2015 Honda. They truly live up to their commitment and reputation in providing quality service. My car looks as new as it was before. Im very satisfied with their service. Leaving my car there for a week was a huge job. They sure provide exceptional service. The staff were professional. I highly recommend this place.

This is the place to go for body work. The owner is genuinely nice. Alain, the manager, is one of the most helpful people Ive ever met. My vehicle had extensive hail damage and the carriers insurance company (progressive) gave me a low-ball estimate for repaits. Alain worked with the Progressive adjuster, got additional money for the repairs, and fixed my car perfectly. Extremely satisfied!

Great shop! This place was suggested by a local dealership and Im glad we were steered their way. Unfortunately we had had a lot of recent fender benders and have had a lot of experience here. The staff is friendly and easy to work with. They have very fair prices and the work is always done on time. The quality of the work is great - our car always looks brand new. I would suggest these guys to anyone!

I am very happy to report that all the positive, online reviews of Professional Auto Body/Alexandria - as well as the enthusiastic recommendation of my Hyundai auto dealer - were proven true when I picked up my car this morning. Im pretty critical and curmudgeonly and yet I could not be more pleased. The car looks as good as new, the price for the work was very reasonable, the communication was excellent and the people with whom I dealt couldnt have been nicer and more professional. My Toyota Rav 4 was recently damaged and I took it to Professional Auto Body for an estimate. The estimate was free and I was able to take the car whenever I wanted. Audrey at the front desk is AMAZING. She is so helpful and kept me up to date with how my car was coming along. The paint job included repainting the car and the stripe and I was extremely impressed. I really hope I dont have a reason to go here again, but if anything happens to my car, this is my first stop.

I met with Mr. Minh about a car repair after getting my front door dented in by another car. Not only did he charge me less than the original estimate, he was also able to complete the repairs within 24 hours! My only complaint is that the place is quite cramped and may be difficult to navigate, but the quality of service is definitely worth it!

I was absolutely impressed with Professional Auto Body. I had several estimates done for my car, and they offered the best price. They were friendly, flexible, and they finished the job in just a few days. Honesty and integrity is very important in this business because there are alot of places that offer high estimates and unnecessary repairs, but Professional Auto Body went beyond my expectations. Mr Minh the owner is a wonderful man of integrity who has been in the business for 23 years. I highly recommend this place. Horrible experience here, contrary to what other reviews have said they are not upfront with all the costs and fees and try to add them in at the end. If you need your car towed here, they say the towing is free, but its not. They just add it into the price, and you HAVE to pay it, one way or another. On top of that they charge a $50.00 per day storage fee to keep your car at the shop. Their estimates are way too high and they seem to just make numbers up. I would highly recommend taking your car elsewhere. Not worth the hassle.

This makes the second time (1st time around 10 years ago) that I used Professional Auto Body to repair my car(s). Each time the work was superior and you can not detect any affected area had been damaged. The last time (Tuesday, 5/08/14) was from a crushed front bumper which happened in a parking lot. Went to 2 other auto body shops in area and they all insisted that I needed to purchase a new bumper which would have run over $1,000. Luis Hernandez,Professional Auto Body Ops Mgr and estimator, said that his tech could fix the current bumper at half the cost. Luis said it would take 2 days to fix. True to his word, he called Thrs. afternoon and said repairs were complete. My rating is not only for the quality of their work but the superior customer service exhibited not only by Luis but with any of their staff I had interaction with. I will be a returning customer if God forbid I ever need a body shop again. PS, the person who damaged the bumper did not leave a note - why am I not surprised.

Horrible experience! I took my 2003 BMW to Professional Auto Body to repair and paint my trunk. When I went to pick-up my car I immediately noticed the body shop re-used existing M and 5 emblems even though my insurance paid for new emblems. They installed the trunk BMW roundel using double sided tape instead of buying grommets for less than $1. The paint quality was terrible due to a bad job sanding and buffing. I have returned my car three (3) times to repair the paint and each time they fix a small area instead of fixing the whole trunk. Mr. Minh has no quality assurance process. Calling this place is a waste of time as know one answers the phone or return voice mails. I would avoid this place at all cost.

DO NOT GO HERE I BEG OF YOU THEY BROKE MY CAR EVEN MORE ANS THE OWNEE THREW A FENDER AT ME Brought my car there 2 months ago, took then about 3 weeks to fix what was needed to be fixed. Came by to picked it up only to find that they had broken a piece of the button on my steering wheel, ESC couldnt be turned off, the front right guard to my engine was missing and a piece of my gear shift was gone. Told them about it and it took them another month to fix and order the parts. Came in today only to find a piece of my right view mirror was cracked on the back. They saidnthat it was there from before and they were dead wrong. I go to school in Richmond so whenever I park my car I ALWAYS fold my mirrors in to be safe. The French guy who worked there was complaining that my car has been there and taking up space for so long, why is he complaining its your guys fault for taking forever to fix it. I asked them why were they giving me attitude when they broke my car even more when they were suppose to fix it, they said that it was my fault the front right guard was broken when I know for a fact it wasnt, the owner Minh got into an argument with me about it and then he brought out the old piece they replaced and threw it at me saying here is your old piece.Ok first odd you do not I repeat DO NOT THROW THINGS AT YOUE CUSTOMER ( wish I got that on camera), second when I brought my car in they made even more of a mess, third dont tell me that I broke it when I know for a fact that i didnt because just like the other stuff they broke they definitely broke that too.I will be reporting this place to whoever and whatever I can, HORRIBLE people
