Excellent job on the repair work. The repair team, from the front desk customer service to the paint shop we’re professional, patient and straightforward about what to expect. I can respect that. I wanted it fixed, but fixed right and they met my expectations. I was made aware of any delays and why and I was cool with it. Which the Pandemic and all, this team did their best. Great Shop…
We had an emergency repair need during a family trip, and the people at Ourisman could not have been more amazing. Kevin called around and found the part we needed, and ensured the repair could be done quickly so we could get home on time. We are so grateful for the excellent service!
The work done was flawless! Very pleased with the results. The Collision team repaired the damage in the timeframe promised. Kevin the representative who provided the estimate was very professional and helpful. He answered all my questions and kept me in the loop as each step of the repair was completed.
I worked with Kevin while. my vehicle was being repaired and he was great. He was very communicative and always called when he said he would. The parts my car needed took a while to come in but Kevin kept me updated every step of the way. Hes a standout!
Great place to take your car for Body work! Had work done at this shop last week. They were very helpful and walked me through the process and made me fully aware of what is going to be taking place and very good at commicatating with me. Some people would say you need to be patient with me and they were Great! Will definitely bring my car back here if I need any future work, knowing that Ill be a priority and will be treat right! Would recommend 1,000%.
Very professional and take pride in doing quality work
Had my SUV repaired at this shop and the staff was very personable. They kept me updated on the repair status and we’re awesome with communicating all concerns. I would have rated them a 5 but I was disappointed in the work on the front license plate holder. It looks like the new one was defective or broken and they made it work - looks subpar and sloppy. However all the other work was Great, the staff was great and I recommend them.

The worst experience ever! Terrible customer service, rude, didn’t keep me in the loop on anything. It went to 2-3 days to 2-3 weeks. When I picked up the car it still wasn’t fixed so had to leave another 4 days. Car was left dusty, there was a lighter left inside(I don’t smoke) my ez pass was taken down- they were fixing the number why are you touching the ez pass. Just overall a really poor excuse for service. I can’t imagine the terrible job they’ve done for others. As you can see the reviews are really bad for them. If geico didn’t pick this place I never would’ve went.
I was referred here by Ourisman Kia to fix a minor fender bender so I can turn in my leased car. I saw the awful reviews but chose to come here anyway because I figured they’d fix the damage to my dealership’s liking. Wrong choice. I was told it’d be 5-7 days to fix my car (mainly my front bumper needed to be replaced). Cool. It ended up being 4 weeks. Not cool. I was calling almost daily after the second week and was consistently told it’d be ready two days from now, tomorrow some time, Monday, etc. I took my car in 3 weeks before my lease payment was due (month-to-month lease) and, frustratingly, it wasn’t ready in time for me to turn it in so I was responsible for another payment. When I complained to the collision center they told me they called my dealership and that they would allow me to turn it in later with no cost associated. I called the dealership and twice and neither person I spoke to had heard from the collision center. Several hours of chasing down an answer, I was basically told I would indeed be responsible for lease payment and that shipping for parts has been delayed due to COVID-19 (I understand shipping has slowed down but being that we’ve been in the pandemic for 11 months at this point, the estimated date of completion should have been at least somewhat accurate). I’m very frustrated and disappointed with my experience here and do not recommend others visit.

I had a great experience when Ourisman when they first repaired my vehicle after a collision. After a few months, my washer fluid low indicator came on so I tried to fill it back up and when I poured in the fluid, it spilled all over the ground. I brought it back to them recently and was expecting them to make me set another appointment for another time but Johann quickly asked for my keys and took my car into a bay. I was happily surprised that he went to work on it immediately and after an hour, came to me and mentioned it was fixed and ready to go. This is not the typical experience I have had at car dealerships/collision repair centers. Thanks so much for Johann and the team at Ourisman for great custom service and a great overall experience!
Got my car worked on here after I got in an accident. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly! They communicated clearly what the process would look like and answered all questions/concerned. Everyone was lovely, but particularly a young man named Will. He stayed on top of it and was very pleasant to deal with. Will be recommending this shop to everyone!
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE. Dont do it. Just dont. I didnt read the reviews until it was too late. Aside for it taking almost 2 months to fix my car, then when I received it there was still problems. And half a tank of gas gone. So I reviewed my dash cam that they clearly didnt see and saw they were out racing my car around. Approached the management about it and showed them the footage and all they said was well we can fill you car up for you. Will never take the vehicle there again. Please save yourself all the headache and take it somewhere else.
Had my Lexus repaired here. The repaired took a few more days than anticipated, but the end result was fantastic. The advisor kept me informed along the way so I knew there was going to be a few days extra. The text messages was perfect for communication. I would refer them to anyone looking for repairs.
The shop did an excellent job on repairs! When I dropped off my vehicle I was met by their staff, they addressed what theyd do with the vehicle, and they called me later that day to tell me everything they found. When I picked up my vehicle it was clean and in much better condition than when I dropped it off :)
Do not take your car there is the worst shop I have ever been to and this is a dealer ship.
Throughout my whole experience with mike and Bob at Ourisman, everything has been no less than exceptional. I mean, just wow. It felt like I did nothing the way these two gentlemen handled and assessed my claim. Very organized and to top it off, I received my car earlier then the expected pick up date in immaculate condition.my business is officially established with them. Highly recommened
Twas a great experience at Ourisman Alexandria Collision, my car was severely damaged. Thankfully I was not hurt, but the employees at this establishment were very helpful and repaired my vehicle in a jiffy. 5 stars 10/10 would recommend, this place is the bees knees!
I was greeted with smiles upon entering this repair facility. It was a very smooth and easy process i was kept informed throughout my whole expierence here. They even have a nice customer lounge where you can get coffee and donuts, when I received my vehicle after completion. The car was clean and repairs were great. The adjuster on site walked out and went over the vehicle with me helping me understand what exactly was done. Would highly reccomend.
I should have read the reviews. Thats all I can say. This place is the WORST. I took my car here after being hit on the highway. USAA said that it should have taken 15 days if they worked on my car half the day on the days that parts were in (they allowed time for shipping and ordering, for estimates, and for weekends). My car was ready in 31 days and boy was USAA mad! They could not believe Ourisman took so long. When I came to pick it up, my car had white paint in the window. They tried to say it was already present. Then it looked like it had scratches all over it- but it was really just that the car was super dirty. Thankfully. They cleaned it and then I realized that both my sunglasses and my charging mount were stolen out of my car. I showed them, they agreed with me that they were missing buy Phil said you signed a paper saying that we were not responsible for anything in the car. OK. So, my charging mount was SUPER GLUED to the dash. The repair was not involving the dash. Honestly you expect me to remove that before giving it to you? And how did they even remove it in the first place??? AND WHY???? Next my car was making a noise. I took it in to Ourisman Ford who said that because it was sitting for outside 31 days, the rotor rusted. Guess who had to pay for that??? ME!
Shop is ran by a complete idiot name Lance. I have a 2015 Z06 and had the worst experience with this chop shop. Warning DO Not Take Your Car Here. They are a Geico chop shop. MY Door IS crooked. Interior panel crooked. Paint is three different shades from front bumper hood and fenders. They left tools inside of my trunk body panel which started to push on the panel from the inside OUT! MAJOR Quality control issues. It was a nightmare. Damaged a 3k rim then lied about it. Dealership Employees had multiple pics showing they were mint (saved me). I had to personally go there every other day and oversee the work being done to my car. My car was there for months!!! They would lie about part orders. Was there so much I met a customer whos car they had lost??? for weeks! Simply horrible!!! Dont GO……...
This place doesnt deserve a 1 star but I had to click on one of them. I got a text on March 23rd my car repairs will be ready on March 26th at 6pm. On Monday March 26 @ 7:08am I received a text that my car would be ready on Thursday, March 29th @ 5:59pm. I call and spoke with Bob who lacked any customer service skills, told me he had no way of knowing the paint would not be dry until this morning. At 9:57am I got a text from Michael@Ourisman that read Your vehicle is in paint getting prepped and ready to get painted I will give you another update when available. So obviously Bob lied or Micheal is totally out of touch with the process. Either way this place is a total nightmare. Also they have on the contract if you dont pick your car up on the date it is ready there is a 75 dollar storage fee each day and a 200 dollar admin fee. However all of their pick up times are at 6pm during rush hour and traffic. Please avoid this place and drive further to a place that care about the quality of their work. Ourisman Collision obviously doesnt have a mission statement.

This was one of my insurances preferred repair shops so I thought I would get decent customer service here. A week and half after my car was brought in I was told it would be ready for pickup. When I called, the shop manager said it actually still had to be painted and wouldnt be ready until the next day. The next day rolls around and I call them back only for them to tell me one of the fenders they ordered came in damaged so it would be ready for pickup during the weekend on Saturday. I call back Saturday morning and they tell me another part came in damaged. I was finally able to pick my car up the following Monday. They returned the car to me with a practically empty tank of gas (the light was on) not to mention the grimy fingerprints all over my windshield. Long story short, DO NOT take your car here. The mechanics clearly dont communicate with the managerial staff, they have no sense of urgency, God only knows where theyre ordering their parts from, and theyre incredibly poor at communicating with their customers. Very disappointed.
Absolutely horrible. They lied about when the one part my car needed was delivered, telling meit was in Monday, then when I called for an update Friday they told me that the part had just arrived that day. They charged me for work they didnt do, work that was on the appraisal and clearly not done (painting over scratches). They didnt have anything done in the time frames promised. And that was just the beginning of the problems. Theyre lucky I didnt call the cops - but the day is not over. If I could give them less than one star I would.

They had to repaint my car twice in October, which kept it in this body shop an extra 2 weeks.
