This store is consistently out of products. Im always told that either they havent had a truck in weeks or that the warehouse just sends the store what they THINK they need and that the store isnt allowed to place an order. If thats true, this is the stupidest way of running a business Ive ever heard of. And the selection of nail products keeps getting smaller and smaller. Dont waste your time here if you are a nail tech.

Worst location I have ever been too. The staff here are rude, ask continually if you are licensed, and even accused my significant other of stealing while in the store. Definitely not the type of people we are, plus we were at the counter waiting to check-out with an arm full of products, the ones they said we were stealing with another customer in the store we did not know. Very odd. Refuses to let you use the restroom, calls it a company policy, I call it a law violation to not have a restroom available when open to the public. Visit SalonCentric instead!

They never have the product in stock that is needed. Much easier to place an order online and wait for it.

The store is always out of what I need, and the employees treat you like a criminal for being there. Im ALWAYS asked if Im licensed, with attitude. Ive been licensed for 15 years.

I have been a cosmetologist for over 35 years... If I dont have a card I will not come into establishment... I cannot stand to be treated like a thief as soon as you walk through those doors... Im here to buy products not to rip you off...

She kicked me out because I wasnt a licensed professional.

The hours say that on Monday this location closes at 7. This is incorrect. At this location, we close at 6 on Monday. All the other hours are correct

They are always out of what you need. Only beauty supply house in Blount county. Aggravating doesnt come close. Staff are very friendly though.

Wish it was open later. I live an hour away and they are always closed by the time I get off work. And the nail section seems to always be getting smaller and smaller. Now they dont even sell the primer use and never have my nail tips in stock.
