I just left Sallys @ Hunters Crossing looking for help with my hair color..Same older woman that has helped me last 2 times. Not only did she have her small Daughter greeting her Customers while she hang out behind the counter with her, But TWICE I got her on my usle to help me and TWICE she walked off to go back to her Daughter, with no other Customers in the store, to chit chat..leaving me standing in the isle with No Answers to my problem, waiting because I thought she was coming back ! Terrible SERVICE !!

Absolutely disgusted with the way my elderly mother was treated.... The lady was extremely rude to her for absolutely no reason. Was very kind to the customers before her but once she had to deal with my mom she changed it up was rude with snippy remarks etc. my mother don’t have it in herself to ever be rude to anyone even when there rude to her!!! Neither of us will ever come back. So if you’re elderly I suggest finding a different Sally’s to go to. Hope this lady loses her job to be quite honest because this makes me sick!

Walked in The Alcoa Store,The lady behind the counter was waiting on two other ladies. She said hello welcome to Sally’s,I said hello and how are you today,she replied to me with I was Better. Every time I come in that store Tina is rude and nasty towards me and it doesn’t matter if she is waiting on others or not.I am Done With Sally’s Beauty Supply. If this is how you allow your employees to treat customers,That is sad.

They dont have enough black hair products

I wish i knew her name, but the long blonde haired young lady with glasses, has continued to be incredibly helpful through the crazy process of dying my kids hair! I highly recommend this locations as opposed to others close by, because the employees here REALLY know what theyre talking about!

Curbside pick-up was so easy! They had everything I ordered and transaction was perfect.

Last week I went in to buy hairspray. You were out. The girl said next thing to it was ion. So I bought it. Didnt take out of bag till Sunday morning after my shower. It was not hairspray but a root lifter. Needless to say I missed church. Took it back the same day. Explained what happened. Not even a Im sorry for all your troubles. From now on I go the other Sallys. You people dont have a clue. Thats all I wanted. Train your staff better.

I see the same very helpful employee each time and she always is very, very helpful. She up sales but only things I truly do need which as a consumer and a previous retail worker appreciate and respect! I wanted to go from black not brown but straight black hair to platinum blonde to later go pastel and she has helped each step of my way and my hair is an amazing platinum and I know exactly what products I am buying for my beautiful pastel color. This is my favorite store now and the employee that has helped me so much is a big part of that. Dont be afraid to ask them for help!

The staff here is so friendly and knowledgeable. This will be my go to store for beauty from now on.

Love the ladies here help me find what i was looking for and got out within three minutes.
