My wife and I went to the Worth Hearing Center and wanted to share our experience. It was great. The front desk staff was very friendly, she was very helpful. Dr. Rodrigues was very knowledgeable. She explained all of the tests so the we understood everything. She went over options and was very caring about our concerns. I would definitely recommend.

Dr. Pina is very thorough, understanding and is very good at explaining the various choices I can take regarding my hearing problem.

It nice to see that Worth hearing has not changed since 2007. Thats in a good way, for friendly can do personnel service. All I needed was for my backup aids to be serviced. I know your wondering why just service, well my main hearing aid GUYS are backed up an I needed some quick get in get out care. No offense to the VA but they get backed up with all the disable VETS. When your hearing aids go out you get in a panic mode. For what its worth it Worth Hearing for that panic Mode.

I had an excellent experience. It took a few minutes to provide new patient information, but once that was done it was just a short wait for the hearing test. The results confirmed my self diagnoses that my hearing was more diminished. Dr. Beauchamp discussed the results and a next possible step. We determined that I needed two hearing aids and I had time to think about it. No rushed move. So far, I am pleased.

My first visit with Worth Hearing was in 2010. Then I returned in 2018, as I had concerns about possible/perceived hearing loss. I met with Dr. Amanda Lopez, and was immediately put at ease with our conversation and following tests. It was determined at that time, that I could continue without the need for hearing-aids. Thankfully!Recently my primary doctor told me I ought to go get another test, so I placed a call to Worth Hearing. During this time of taking extra measures to keep everyone safe, it was very easy to book an appointment. On entering the office, all measures are being taken to make things are clean and safe.When I sat down with Dr. Lopez, I was quickly reminded why I like her so much. It’s good (and fun) to be able to have a conversation, that not only puts you at ease, you get such professional care in talking about test results and options. I once again walked out without needing hearing-aids. Thankful and grateful to know I’m not in a place where someone nudges you to pay for unnecessary things.I sure like Worth Hearing Center. And I sure like having Dr. Lopez looking after me.

I had my ears checked today. I was having a slight problem making out words when people talked to me. I do wear hearing aids and thought that it was time to have them checked out. Dr. Cali did the exam and as usual she did a very through job and I was pleased with her analysis. I would say that her and office staff are the best !!

They are taking great measures to ensure safety and comfort. Watching virtual fish aquarium activity, and the Aurora Borealis in high definition while awating my appointment is a huge plus.

I had to rescheduled this appointment due to her being out sick for my initial appointment and I did not know that when she took me back to her office. She noticed from the information on me that she was the one that had to reschedule our appointment and immediately apologized. She didnt have to tell me that but she did. Integrity.The testing went well and she made sure I understood all her directions and explained everything clearly at the end.They are a great place to go to.

I was admitted right on time. The doctor I was assigned was new to the position, but thoroughly competent and experienced. I appreciated the graphic results; especially when I received an email with the results. My wife and I can look at them and discuss them together. Well done!

I got a nice reception when I checked in for the first time at this hearing-related business. After signing up for a new account, I was then given a very thorough hearing test. The whole clinical team was polite, thorough and supporting.

Over the years I have been fitted with three pair of hearing aids. Dr. Amanda Lopez is an exceptional audiologist, with vast experience in her field. After completing the hearing test, she reviewed the best hearing aids for me, explaining in detail the benefits of each. After purchasing and being fitted, she listened to my feedback, then readjusted my H.A.s just the way I wanted them. After wearing them for a period of time, I went back for a minor adjustment, tweaking them just the way I wanted. I highly recommend Worth Center and particularly Dr. Lopez.

1st time appointment, for hearing aid repair, earlier today. I had pleasure of meeting Calley (sp?) She was fast, knowledgeable, efficient & best of all, my hearing aids are working better than they have for a long, long time. I’m headed back to Wisconsin in a couple of days; but will be moving to Albuquerque in late summer/early fall. I know where I will seek hearing care when I move to Albuquerque permanently.

Visiting Worth Hearing Center was an all round enjoyable and fulfilling experience. I had visited another hearing provider in the past. I ended up with hearing aids that didnt work. They sat on my night stand for almost two years. I decided to go to Worth Hearing and see one of their doctors, Callie Beauchamp. She tested my hearing, adjusted my old hearing aids and I can say I am very very happy.The whole experience from calling them on the phone to ask questions, and make and to make an appointment was easy and great. I have used Worth Hearing since they started in business; fifteen years ago at least. I have always had individualized professional service that has met all of my hearing needs. I had a sudden hearing loss and at Worth Hearing I was treated with compassion and understanding in what was a very traumatic situation. Cathy was a tremendous help to me at that time. Since then I’ve gone through several generations of hearing aides and I always get follow up service for regular cleanings and adjustments as needed. There is never any up-sale or pressure. I have recommended Worth Hearing to many of my friends and they all have been satisfied.

Dr. Callie was great! My first hearing evaluation in years and it went smoothly! She took the time to explain the different types of hearing aides with me and the pros and cons of each. She was super friendly and laid back, I liked that she wasnt intimidating or pushing anything on me! Cant wait to go back for my fitting!

Amanda Lopez is wonderful. I have a complicated problem with lots of drainage. She worked hard to find the right type of hearing aids for me and explained everything simply and clearly. I was referred to the Worth Hearing Center for evaluation. When I arrived, all my questions were answered by the audiologist who then proceeded to explain each individual test at the conclusion of the evaluation. The reports I received the next day are very professional and I was able to easily understand them based on the explanation I had been given. The audiologist was patronizing and disrespectful regarding my ability to pay for hearing aids. She and the receptionist assumed without checking that I did not have coverage - Audiologist: I dont think you know what senior care offers . When I explained that I have full coverage with a large group plan at my husbands workplace, the receptionist belatedly called the HMO, and got the wrong information - since our subsequent inquiry got the right info, she must have continued to make assumptive mistakes. Needless to say, I wont use my FULL coverage with the center, or return to that office.

I had a hearing loss in my right ear and was referred to Worth hearing Center by my Doctor. The staff there was very helpful from beginning to end and ensured my comfort. I was made to feel important as was everybody who I observed as patiences as well. The final experience and fitting of my hearing aid was an emotional experience to which I felt complete in my functional life style. Kudos to the owner and staff for their professionalism and care.

After three different “hearing specialists” visits I found my way to the PROFESSIONAL hearing specialists and how happy I did!My initial examination began with an in-depth CONVERSATION rather than a lengthy questionnaire of which required additional explanation on my part.I was given the opportunity to try out the product WITH NO OBLIGATION though immediately I knew I wasn’t going to live without them. I knew I had a hearing problem but when a trial pair was placed in my ears I couldn’t believe the extent of it...I almost cried with joy!My experience with Worth Hearing Center has changed my life! As a teacher, I’m involved in a multitude of environments and my hearing aids have proven to be the BEST asset I’ve ever invested in. I have used Worth Hearing Center for about five years after an unsatisfactory effort at a local Hearing Aid Center. Worth listened to my concerns, did a thorough hearing test and prescribed the correct hearing aids for me. I go in every three months for a good cleaning and tube replacement where I am treated very well. I have and will continue to recommend Worth Hearing Center to everybody with hearing concerns.April 2018 - I just had an adjustment to my hearing aid program and it has helped. The high frequencies are much more apparent which I am now getting used to. I am definitely hearing better in conversations. Worth Hearing Center personnel always take the time to listen to my concerns. Thank you!Feb 2020 - Just a cleaning and conversation today. Always a pleasant experience. I am scheduled for another hearing evaluation next month.

The audiologist took ample time to hear my history of declining hearing--along with worsening tinnitus. She was knowledgable and up front in her diagnosis. I was referred to Worth Hearing for what I thought was a hearing test but the test performed was a combined hearing and speech test. This was given to me without my knowledge that it was a combined test. When Worth Hearing submitted the bill to my insurance, my insurance informed me that since the test was a combined hearing and speech test I would be responsible to pay an amount calculated by using my insurance deductible and not just the standard specialist copay for a hearing test. This greatly increased my out of pocket expense. My insurance did say that if Worth Hearing would submit a new bill for a hearing test only, they would adjust my bill. The doctor that performed the test at Worth Hearing stated that during the hearing test when I was told to listen to the words and then repeat the words heard this constituted the speech test part of the hearing test. The doctor said that she would not change the billing. I would not recommend Worth Hearing to any one.

Staff is very friendly, efficient, and accommodating. The audiologist guided me to what product was not only best for my hearing impairment but my lifestyle as well! Highly recommend this service for the best results ever!!!

Unfriendly. Office very old & dated. Smelled odd. Receptionist a little bit cold, but hearing device fitter Cecelia was difficult to talk to. She was not nice when she saw I had Medicaid. She actually rolled her eyes! I couldnt believe a professional would do that. They accept Medicaid but seem to dislike doing so. Maybe they shouldnt be accepting that insurance if theyre going to treat us badly. That just makes them look bad from the start. Negative experience! Ended up at ABQ Hearing&Balance -MUCH nicer office, free kurig coffee bar, & everyone Ive worked with there has been friendly and accepting.

Always available for hearing tests

I brought my daughter there for a hearing exam and the receptionist and actual provider were great. The other miserable people working there did not give me the same vibe. I definitely got the vibe that as soon as most of them got off work (for the exception of the receptionist and provider), they grabbed their MAGA hats and turned on their alt-right radio stations. I would only go back, if it was guaranteed I would have the same provider.

Both my child and myself wear hearing aids purchased from Worth Hearing Center. Consistently excellent service for over a decade. Can always get an appointment within my timeframe. Looking forward to the next decade!
