One of my family members needed their hearing aids adjusted. We went to NM Hearing Aid & Tinnitus Center. The owner did this adjustment. In easily understood language, he explained how sound waves are converted into nerve impulses while describing the physiology of the ear. Before each test he explained what he would be doing, what the test was meant to evaluate, and afterwards the testing results. He was helpful and took time for this comprehensive hearing evaluation. I would recommend this business to others needing hearing aids or hearing aid adjustments.
