I like the store just fine but man they sneak in the promo stuff. Oh its great just sign up for it but they wait till the last second to tell you it 11 bucks a month. Then if you want to cancel the person wont let you, I called and the lady kept saying I should keep it and not listening when I said to cancel.

I went here in hopes of finding a couple movies I wanted to get. When I couldnt find them myself I asked the guy behind the counter, though he was in the midst of doing something else he stopped what he was doing to help me. He said he had one copy of Phantom of the Opera according to the computer, which was one I was looking for. Instead of just telling me where to find it he actually walked me over and tried to help me find it. Sadly it wasnt the one I was looking for. However, I do applaud the young man who helped me.

I only Funko pop hunt here. Havent found good funkos in about 2 years. They do have other neat things in the store. The still sell DVDs and cds. They sell collectables. A little bit of everything for everyone.

Appreciate variety of music and videos at great prices. A little pushy when checking out offering too many extras prior to purchase.

The store was fairly nice and had a lot of anime stuff, which is why I was attracted to it in the first place. Action figures were at a nice price, but the shirts werent. I ended up spending 95 dollars. The cashier was trying to sign me up for things I didnt want to sign up for. When I politely declined, she only started to ask for my email, phone number, etc. I asked if it was to sign me up for something and she said yes. I declined and walked out with my stuff. Get better employees, or change the way you do business.

Love the place and the worker walking around was very helpful and nice. I just hate at checkout they basically sign you up for free things even when you tell them you dont want to.. they still ask for your Id, address, and phone number.. very annoying.

Honestly FYE is not the same it once was. Many physical releases are of what trending are becoming even hard to come by as digital is becoming the norm. This is a shame and its only a matter of time before it closes down. Which I hate to see as FYE is one of the few corporate stores left that stocks physical releases.

Love the t-shirts there can find them anywhere else and the old school movies I grew up on...

Great place to find collectors items, everyone treats you nice, a no hassle place to find your favorite collectibles from movies or tv shows.

Fye has a lot of cool stuff, movies, music, shirts, random toys. My only complaint is the staff being kinda pushy when trying to get you to sign up for their stores card. Other than that great store.

Great gifts, especially their gummy candy selection! Reasonably priced, but too pushy on the discount card. Also failing to mention said card fee would automatically be changed to the card I paid with.

Great place for movie buffs. I am a serious movie collector. Exploring the movie selections at my local FYE store is exciting because you never know what cinematic treasures you will find. Great selection, great prices and great customer service. Plus FYE knows how to treat and appreciates the service of military personnel both active and retired. Military personnel receive complimentary FYE Backstage Pass membership. As a 20 year active duty U.S. Navy veteran, it is greatly appreciated. Thank you FYE.

Would give zero stars if possible. I love this store and I love all the cool merchandise however unfortunately when you check out they try and sell you a membership to get 10% off your purchase. What they dont tell you is that this membership costs $12 a month AFTER theyve already collected your credit card information and address. If I had read the reviews for FYE VIP before I would NEVER have consented to do this. They do not tell you that they have your personal address and credit card number to charge you monthly for something silly. Please take the time and do a web search FYE VIP reviews and beware!!!

As with most businesses based on youthful experience, it was not easy to get help with an item up on wall. In the end, I grabbed the stepstool and did it myself. Specialty store that always delivers on something new weve never seen before.

Their content is great but service not so much. For the past few visits Ive been harassed by one of your employees, constantly being followed while in the store and him asking to check me anytime I go for no reason. Last time I showed he asked me to leave bc of my hair cut.

Weve been going there for at least 40 years. Its always been delicious. One of the best salad bars in Albuquerque. Waiting staff is always been good. Cant wait to go back get the prime rib very tender.

There are a lot of interesting novelty items at this store that you cant find many other places. Lots of movie items and fun toys to look around at.

Always fun to search for old movies that were once on VHS now DVD. They have a great variety of movies to choose from with great prices. If you need a classic youre looking for, this is th right place. 95% of the time they will have what you need.

ForYourEntertainment has tons of cool stuff. Movies, music, If you cant find something to entertain you at this store, you must not have a pulse. This location is in the mall so its a little pricey, but not too bad.

Bought Christmas gifts over the holidays then was asked at the register if I wanted to join a FREE FYE membership so being presented as free with no hidden fees I agreed. Well today I was charged 11.99 to be apart of this free program. Nothing but liars and dishonest ppl with no dignity... I will call corporate and report this! Is there a business in this town that is honest and wont try and scam you?

SCAM ARTISTS. The Free FYE Membership Charged me 11.99 today and what made it better is that the cashiers were incredibly vague about what it is. I knew something was wrong when the cashier told me how to cancel once i finished signing up through HER.

Very shady. It is bad business to pitch a free membership, have the customer signup and then as they are paying say oh yeah its 11.99 a month after 30 days (as Im reading the very fine print on the tiny screen that is trying to get me to agree to charge my card $11.99 a month. Be upfront and honest with the customer that there is a monthly fee for the membership, do Not even use the words free when its not. We realized after leaving that this was the company that charged my husbands card for 2 years for a free rewards program he signed up for. Yes it took 2 years to cancel and was never told there was a charge at all. Im wondering why this hasnt been reported and how many people they have scammed by saying its free and not mentioning the charge, and these poor people are overlooking the fine print.Also-The stuff they have in the store is uniqueAnd cool but extremely overpriced. The small $6 Ryans Toys Egg we bought our daughter immediately burst open within minutes of opening.

Their selection of clothing here, brand wise and subject wise, is great. I highly recommend looking here for gifts and for yourself.

Went in and got an item for Christmas and the lady asked if I wanted a member card. Told her no, that I dont shop there and didnt want one. Apparently she signed me up anyway to get a monthly charge. The employees make a commission off how many they sell. I called and was told the lady is not working there anymore so nothing they can do. Store will steal your money dont go there.

I would give it a better rating but my experience was ruined by one of the employees brian, he is one of the rudest employees i have ever encountered,he seems to hate his job/life and was rude to me and ignored one of my questions completely and before helping me he was rude to a special needs customer just being a complete asshole to him and acted like he was better then him,and this isnt the first time hes been a complete asshole to me and my girlfriend. something needs to be done about this employee

FYE is a cool store if you are into entertainment merchandising and related chochkeys. They do have a diverse range of items from retro music and movies to current movie releases and anime. They carry LEGO sets and minifigures.

Im still in love with buying DVDs and this is the best place to do so!
