Very disappointed with their website. For the exact same bag, they want to charge more than $500 just because its being sent to Australia. Our tax is only 10% (which would make the bag an extra $134). When I emailed them about why they charge a completely different price on all their bags for Australian clients, there was no reply.
Disgustingly over priced. It should be criminal how they rip people off. Trust me save 50% or more shop at Fashionphile. You will lose Money if you resale because of how much they charge.
SHOPED LAST WEEK WHERE EBONE ASSISTED ME IN SECURING MY DREAM VENTAGE CHANEL BAG.GREAT CONFORTABLE STORE TO ENJOY THE QUALITY OF SELECTIONS AND THE LEVEL OF SERVICE THAT ONE WOULD EXPECT TO FIND IN AN EXCUSLIVE MADISIN AVE BOTIQUE.ASK FOR EBONE--SHE IS FABULOUS ❤
I had an issue with one of the items I purchased on the WGACAs website. The team in WGACAs Wooster location went above and beyond to make sure the issues are ratified. Special shoutout to Jeff for being exceptionally excellent. :) I cant wait to shop with them again.
Stuff tried to force me to buy stuff, said they can give me a discount if I really want a jacket I said I’m good then they got mad for no reason..... worst worst worst experience ever🙂will never ever go there again. This place just not a good place for minorities
Ive sent 7 emails and called 4 times requesting to be removed from their email list. Ive unsubscribed and blocked them. I cannot seem to stop getting emails. I never like leaving bad reviews, however this truly is a horrible company if they cant remove someone from receiving emails. I’ll remove this review once they remove me from receiving their emails!!!
My husband and I shopped at the Madison Ave location and worked with Erin. She was absolutely amazing. Her knowledge of all things Chanel was impressive. She has an energy and personality that draws you to love vintage pieces. The best part was we felt no pressure to buy. We have visited the store several times to see her as she will be our vintage shopping girl when we are ready for Chanel #2.Thank you for employing such friendly, personable, and knowledgeable staff.
BEST place for thrifting luxury brands in excellent quality, surrounded by beautiful interior.
By far one of the best vintage boutiques in the city. I recently moved to New Jersey and was able to find a beautiful handbag for my daughter and the entire staff was very helpful. Can be pricy but there are so many wonderful finds.
I’m not sure what the policy for this store is (and apparently neither do your NYC reps that you allow to answer the phone) but I submitted an email to sell to the company and it’s been a week with no response. As the rep said “oh if they don’t respond to the email then that means they don’t want to buy”. So I’m guessing that means ignoring a customer blatantly is how they operate. 🤷♀️
Great selection of designer pieces but got yelled at because I took a photo of an item in the store. I find it hypocritical that they are reposting videos on their Instagram of people in their store but won’t allow someone to take a picture of a bag. I could be a personal shopper for a very wealthy client.
Very friendly and down to earth service. Great designer vintage and good prices. Will definitely buy more!
Not a great selection, but a few cool antique items.
Good. Expensive. But then what vintage that is worth anything isnt? I love this store for years. Lately Ive been on a huge vintage Chanel kick and head over to Pilgrim on the lower east side for that. They got really great chanel vintage and really great Paris vintage items.I picked up some great jeans here and a dress that I loved that was very mod, rare vintage brit 60s. So yes Ive been coming here for years and I love this place. Just dont think vintage as in second hand, it isnt, it is true vintage for vintage lovers. There is a huge difference. Ive loved the helpful staff as well. Always professional.
Severely overpriced. NO
A NY staple. Ive been coming here for like 20 years. Its expensive yes, but its got the best of the unique things. If you want individual style you shop here. Its not Macys and thats a good thing.
Love it, but prices out of my range.
Really making a name for itself with many great vintage finds. Its fun just to walk into with its great decor.
Great quality and conditions Vintage goods with good price! I got LV bag and Chanel watch there! The watch I wore is from the store!
A bit overpriced but unbeatable collection. Some really unusual finds.
They have a vast selection of incredible vintage. The best in downtown NYC.
I like it. been around forever. but 250 for a vintage rock t shirt? No thanks. Ive recently discovered Pilgrim New York on Orchard, better condition and prices on Chanel, etc. 290 for an Unworn Comme des Garcons Dress, 210 Like new Prada dress, etc. Priced are much more reasonable. womens apparel only so some unisex Japanese if youre smaller sized otherwise all womens designer high end. This place WGACA is great, just Overpriced. I cant afford it working as a design assistant.
Awesome store. Cool staff. Great items.
Fabulous vintage selection of high end designers
Really nice place with vintage clothes!
Nice selection, but overpriced. Very used car salesman vibe over here.
Over priced vintage designer selections, sales associates are not very nice to the customers.
They have fashionable used clothes, with well displayed wall.
Awesome place for vintage clothing, military and civilian, great service. A little pricy but Im from orlando.
Cramped but fun. So much to choose from! Treasures everywhere.
Everything is to die for. and I did. Except for the prices. :)
Too pricy.. (250$ min and gets to 1500$)
Great designer vintage Good prices
Cool shop, only very very very expensive.
Vintage showroom that is not cheap, but hey its New York and they have everything here.
Antique clothing
Great 👍
500 average for a vintage tee
Carisimo!
GOOD
Vintage showroom
The entrance cut because it smells like the area of Geumnam. But I wanted to go inside
They sell outdated things that nobody needs to people with limited possibilities who want to pretend what they are not. Personal edge and unprofessional.
