Spent about $700 on tires here. I found a screw in one and asked if they could repair. They told me not today we have to schedule. I wish I would have spent my money somewhere else. How do you expect to schedule a flat tire? Unbelievable

These guys have the pulse on how to run a business with great customer service. They got me in and out the door fast for an alignment. I did make an appointment but they let me come in a half an hour early. I just feel better when I see clean shops and a clean front desk. They have really experienced folks that have been there a long time and that speaks to how they treat their people. I will bring all of our family vehicles here.

Albuquerque Tire did an amazing job leveling and aligning my lifted 4runner. A friend had recommended them, and they definitely delivered. They were able to get everything done in an afternoon. Great service, friendly, understanding, and timely!

They did a excellent job (alignment) on my 1970 beetle, not only that they helped me with starting my beetle because it has trouble starting. They pushed my beetle no good, and used their battery pack, and that worked. Definitely will come here again, 100% will recommend.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Prompt service (with an appointment). Affordable pricing. I replaced all 4 tires and they finished everything - mounting, installing, and balancing - in less than an hour. They went over the warranty, what is covered and for how long, and respectfully answered my questions. Plus, the tech who did the install took a moment to highlight a few pros and cons regarding my spare. All in all it was a comfortable experience. I definitely recommend this place.

Courteous, professional. Recently I was informed by another entity that I should consider shocks and struts. I felt they were pricey and shopped around. I found Albuquerque tire inc. Charles gave me a very reasonable quote. I brought my vehicle in. It was inspected and I was informed my shocks and struts were good. That they had plenty of time left. I’m grateful for the service.

Everyone at Albuquerque Tire was very friendly and ready to help. Shoutout to Adam who was especially kind and talked us through our options of tire repair. We were on vacation coming from Nebraska and a tire wore out due to the tread separating, so we needed a complete new tire balanced and rotated to drive safely back. On a Friday morning we called and got an appointment right away with no issues and it only took an hour to fix. Adam even recommended us a breakfast joint right up the street while we waited, which had excellent food. Thanks to Albuquerque Tire we are able to travel safely back home without delay to our travel plans.

2 and half years ago after hitting something that damaged my tire, this is the only place that took the time to find the same brand of tire to match my other 3. Everyone else wanted to sell me a mismatched tire or 4 new tires.Last year I had a flat, Midas said they couldnt repair the tire because of where nail was, said I needed a new tire, told them to put tire back. I drove to Abq tire thinking they could again get tire to match others. They checked tire & told me tire was repairable didnt know why I was told differently. Although they are across town, its the only place Ill go.

I went in because I had a flat and they treated me very quickly and charged me less than I might have expected. Went in for a tire rotation and alignment. Thay rotated the tires and indicated probably didnt need to do the alignment. No unusual wear and its not pulling. Their honesty saved me $ and to top it off they didnt charge for the rotation! Ill be back!

Absolutely spectacular! I scheduled a tire balancing service because my steering wheel was shaking at high speeds. Before I even went into the shop, I received an affordable price quote in a timely manner. When I called to make the appointment, they answered all the questions I had. The day of the appointment, they let me come in earlier than my scheduled appointment, which was really awesome!The gentleman helping with my vehicle, Cade, diligently rolled my tire to me in the waiting area and showed me the problem. My tire was splitting and he explained that was most likely causing the issue. He also explained that replacing the tire would fix the issue and a balancing was not necessarily needed.So I had the tire changed, he also rotated my tires and he checked my tire sensors. He also offered quotes on some things that I would be needing in the future, also at very affordable prices. Every gentleman in the store was knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. The best part was, after leaving, my car was fixed. My steering wheel didnt shake and my car was riding smooth once more.Thank you for such a positive experience. I definitely recommend this place.

I came here after Firestone tried to tell me that I needed to align my brakes. The guys at Albuquerque Tire laughed and helped me figure out what was wrong with my car. Theyre honest in both their work and prices.

Very nice and patient with answering any questions I had. They gave me a fair quote (without any other surprises) when replacing my power steering rack and pinion. Price was very competitive and less than other shops around town. Will definitely come here again if I need any front end repairs. Keep up the good work!

I love this place. Even though I have only lived here a year, I have come here for 2 years. The service writers whom greet you when you come in are really helpful and kind. I wanted to remember the name of the one young man who always helps me but I forgot. In any case, they are fair in their pricing, quick with service and honest about what is wrong with my car. Being a woman, I always feel trepidation about going into service centers and I know I can trust these guys (and they know I ask a lot of questions!). I would recommend them for service on brakes and tires.

Big-O and Firestone couldn’t.I referred my ex wife to them for brakes after the dealership said she was in need of brakes immediately. They told her she had at least a few thousand miles until the really need replacing. And the rotors would need turning she just had them done for hundreds less than the dealer.Fair to women and men alike they are not out to rip anyone off.As a small business owner I’m glad that I get the same Fair business practice I offer.

I did a lift kit on my Toyota Tundra and took it to them for an alignment. they looked over my work and found a bolt out of torque spec and took care of it with out charging me extra. They ALWAYS take care of my Fleet with utmost care. Tom your Crew is the best!!!

The best alignment shop in northern New Mexico. Hands down Tom, Adam, and Richard are the most helpful guys in recent memory. I have a moderately altered suspension and it is quite low. It was not only done right, with requested adjustments, but on time. I am very pleased and have been converted into a loyal customer.

Customer service was good on the initial drop off for an alignment job. Picked up my vehicle an hour later and on the drive home felt a vibration which didnt exist before. Figured it was a balancing issue with the tires so I got them checked. They were fine so I took my vehicle back to Albuquerque Tire. I explained the situation and put no blame on the shop. Just wanted my vehicle checked out to isolate the issue. This time around customer service was horrible. They were very defensive and even went as far as saying that I couldnt have got the balance on the tires checked in the time I had picked up the vehicle to when I brought it back. Without actually saying it they called me a liar. Yet again another mechanic/tire shop that doesnt care about customer service. Never got a clear answer on what the problem causing the vibration is, just the run around. Great price for alignment jobs though, if they actually perform the job correctly. Who knows?

These guys are great! I was on my way through New Mexico when I got a flat tire that couldnt be repaired. And since my Tesla Model X has 20inch tires and literally no other shop in the 100 mile radius had this size, they are the only ones that found a tire for me and the next morning I was already on my way!

Wheel alignment Tech is good. That when Im in Albuquerque ( I live 2 ½ hrs away) and need a wheel alignment I bring it here! So far I brought 3 vehicles. Only thing is need an appointment, and small parking lot. Waiting room need a TV to pass the time waiting on Vehicle.

I was hearing a weird noise in my rear tire. They looked into it, free of charge. It ended up being a simple brake issue. I appreciate their honesty and willingness to help.

Requested a quote online and they emailed it to me promptly. It included all fees and taxes. They replaced all 4 tires in around 30 minutes, and when I went to pay the price was exactly what they quoted me with no hidden or extra fees tacked on at the end. They were nice and didnt try to upsell me or hassle me like they do at some of the bigger chain tire places.

I went there based on other reviews I had seen. The guys were extremely nice and personable. They gave me an inspevtion and quote even after already having made an appointment. It was everything that I read. Awesome place and people!! Definitely go when you need brake and suspension work.

Go anywhere else. Called on June 16, after making a quote online, to set up the appointment. I was told the online quote doesnt reflect the correct pricing and I would be paying about $5 more per tire. No worries, I thought, Ill go ahead and make the appointment. Gave all my info (name, address, vehicle info) and confirmed 11am July 6 and that it would take about 30 to 45 minutes. Showed up at 11am on July 6 to find zero record of me or my order. At minimum an hour wait. Ill take my business to any other tire shop and recommend others do the same.*Edit* I called Pep Boys - they gave me a better price for the same tires, when I showed up to the appointment my tires were waiting and my name was on the schedule. Again, I recommend to avoid Albuquerque Tire.

I dont recommend this place to anyone. I went to this store two days ago before traveling to check on a problem related to car vibration. Although only one day before I went to them, I had my tires balanced and rotated at Costco. When I went to them I was only considering an alignment, but they were not honest and they layed to me that my tires were not balanced and I was convinced that the problem will go once the tires are rebalanced again. I trusted them and I paid 89 total for something that I already have. Unfortunately, I drove directly with my family to Flagstaff. Me and my family had an accident and lucky thanks God we were safe. What happened is that theses Grady people laid to me and I found out that my car was balanced even before I went to them. My car did not need balancing at all as they said and there was a measure problem that has nothing to do with tire balancing. Because I relied on their dishonest words that my main problem is tires balancing, which was not true, me and my family had an accident on the road and I had to pay over 1000$. Please, never go to this place unless you have more money to lose. I hope I can rate zero star.

Excellent service. They were able to get me in without an appointment. I just came in to get my tires balanced and they found that my wheels were mis-shaped. They showed me on the tire balance machine and asked if I still wanted to balance the tires before doing the work. I will definitely come back if I need more work done

Ive had them service my work truck and my car. Very professional, honest, and helpful. And they gave me upfront pricing- no frivolous charges which Ive experienced with other shops around town. They also gave me a ride home and picked me up when I had them do my suspension and tires. I have 3 vehicles, and they will be handling all of my suspension and tire needs.

Had issues with a tire told them I would buy 2 new ones, was informed all I needed was a patch so I could save myself the 200 bucks and pay 16 instead. I have never seen that from a business where they care more about the customer than the dollar signs. They will have my business for life. Awesome business model!!!

Had alignment with it for my car, but couldnt be aligned completely for right side due to control arm issue, I was told once replace the control arm, they would align it for free. a couple days ago, after I replaced control arm and called them, they didnt honour their promise.

So I took in my tire for a patch. The guy at the counter filled it up immediately, located the fault, and told me I needed a new tire. He pointed out my warranty was probably still active and It would save me 100 dollars to go somewhere else. I am immensely grateful for his honesty.

When I needed new tires earlier this year, I called Albuquerque Tire for an estimate. They gave me a couple of options for my car and I did my research and picked the less expensive model. I was very happy with how inexpensive the tires were compared to my last tire buying experience with a national chain.I also really liked that Albuquerque Tire did not try to hard-sell me the more expensive tires or to get me to buy additional services. They were really pleasant to deal with in every aspect and I would recommend them to anyone needing tires or tire service.

One of the most awful experiences I have ever encountered at a place of business. They lied and cheated me and acted like I was crazy. I have a vintage car which requires hand screwing wheel caps and they didnt screw mine back on. Two fell off while driving, one I was able to recover from the road because of a friendly motorist waving me down. My wheel caps cost 75 bucks to replace. I went and screwed the other one on myself and they didnt even put in my original screws so finding the right ones was tricky. I went back to the tire shop and they treated me with such contempt, and completely denied that I even had them on my car! One of the mechanic then told the owner I wasnt lying, that I was telling the truth, and whoever that man was has more character than the owner and the manager who both then blame their workers yet still would not replace my wheel caps even though I gave them the supply place where I got them and they had them in stock. I told them they didnt have to even be in perfect condition a mid grade was fine which is less money. They said theyd replace them and call me when they came in. I went in after a week because I hadnt heard from them and was met with the same contempt. I believe its because Im a woman and they dont know how to treat customers fairly. Im sure if I was a man they wouldnt have done that, but, they are cowards. Im a single mother with two kids and not rich! To this day they have never called me back to rectify the wrong. Im a small business owner myself and would never treat my customers that way. Its a shame because I support small business, but when this happened- its Discount Tire !! They treated me much better and made sure my car was ready to go wheel caps and all plus they have nationwide guarantee!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!

Adam saved our cross country trip! Travelling east, we discovered we needed new rear tires for our 2015 Z06 Vette. We arrived at 3pm, and we knew that it might not be possible to have new tires mounted that afternoon, which would put us way behind on our trip. Amazingly, he was able to have the car ready before 5pm, and we were on our way to Tucumcari. Thanks!!
