Be aware that if you have a warranty that you may not get a replacement. I purchased a battery for my atv it never kept the charge from the day we purchased it. I brought it back and was told that they charged it and it would work like new. I asked why would they not give me a replacement when my warranty said that I could get a free replacement and I was rudely told that I had to prove that the battery was bad. I told the salesperson that we also had charged the battery as well and we also took the bike into the shop to find out the problem and was told thebattery was faulty. And they still didnt honor the warranty that goes with the purchase. So buyer beware..

Everyone was friendly and helpful they got me my battery quick and even brought it to my car. the guy that helped me ask if i wanted them to install them but so i appreciate that. i did install it my self just cause am more than capable and i dont like having people do this i can do but thats just me. the prices where really good for there own in house batteries and interstate batteries... they also have used batteries at good prices too...over all great experience will definitely come back and will recommend it to people i know. a family member actually recommended to me and i will pay it forward from now on...

I arrived about 10 minutes before closing @4:50 the employees pulled together like a team, checked my battery, removed it, replaced it and I was on the road by 5pm excellent service, employees were friendly with outstanding attitudes.

Offered me some options and while the service man exchanged my battery I went in to pay a great price for a blemished battery with a two year local warranty. I am truly satisfied. I found this business while I was searching for Interstate batteries. I needed a replacement for my wifes car after 10 years on the last Interstate battery. As it turns out, they sell the best brands (in my humble opinion) Interstate and Opima, then do a fast installation. I was in and out in no time. The prices are very fair. I found my favorite battery dealer.

Great customer service. As soon as you pull into the parking lot theyre already at your vehicle getting the old battery out. By the time you walk in the store the person behind the counter knows what battery youre there for. By the time you paid for it and walk back out to your vehicle the new batteries is there. Great service and great knowledge about getting common orders out for walk ins.When I went thereand asked for a specific battery with aNAPA part, they claimed it was an exact match but when the battery came up front it had different posts and that was critical for battery placement for my vehicle.So no sale that day from me, and I wasted a trip, to bad because I would have bought three all together at 536.00 a pop that would have been great.The second thing about that day is that I paid for the battery them and there and returned it in less than 5 minutes, but it troll about 10 days to get the money back on my card.
