Needed an A/C Valve that was leaking after replacing the Schrader valve last week. I called the store, they saved part on the counter & I was in & out in a flash. Nice manager and pleasantly helpful.Ill shop there again when I need a part.Most people have had good luck w AutoZone on parts that fit & work well when you are in a budget.

Its a good little store not too overcrowded and theyre always ready to lend a hand to look for something that will work

Im a woman and I didnt have trouble getting my very small children purchase-funnels. I go to an auto supply shop every few years. Ive been to other shops, and they dont seem to be as nice and helpful as this location.

Would have been five stars but this older man who worked here. Gave very poor advice to customers and also would not go outside to help an elderly disabled ( amputated limb ) gentleman use the obdII reader on his vehicle.. other than this worker would have been 5 stars

This particular location struggles with a long time employee who gives terrible service and drags the whole location moral down. This older gentleman is also very good at hiding his name tag. In a lobor crisis he hides in the back causing long wait times and his coworkers to yell for him. So sad. Head to the one by the dollar tree instead for better service.

I was pretty disappointed with their service, which is unusual for an AutoZone. The check engine light come on in my car so I went by to see if they could run a diagnostic on it. After waiting for a few minutes, the staff finally got to me. When I asked, I was told in a very short manner We dont do that anymore as if I was inconveniencing them for asking. Dont know if this is a new policy in general or just specific to this location but I was disappointed by the lack of service and the attitude of the staff.

I walked all the way there with my alternator in my backpack. Only to be told they couldnt order me the one that was posted on line. They didnt even try to offer me something else. Bummed walked all the way home sad and disappointed

The place is invitingly clean and gives off a welcoming aura. I was pleasantly greeted and assisted for a couple of simple items. The prices were generally affordable and acceptable. I would make this my go to place to get anything auto related.

I really love the way that the AutoZone is set up here. I would have given this location a five-star rating but it seemed like when I walked in that the employees were preoccupied with doing their own thing. Not even a hello was given. I have been to some other of the AutoZone here in town that have much more friendlier employees. I really needed help picking out a deck for my car since mine currently isnt working but felt as though I was not in a place to disrupt the employees talking amongst themselves

Went to get a belt for the Green Bean my scooter.staff very patient and helpful. Although I wasnt able to find the belt that I needed. They did however set me up with a temp belt. At my request and against there advice. I was in a jam needed to get up and running. I would recommend Auto Zone at this location to friends and family

When I needed a diagnostic test during Covid-19 OReillys next door to this Autozone refused to assist me when I desperately needed there help. Albert, Joseph Gurule and Jennifer gave me the best customer service in coming to save the day for me. They worked as a team to teach me how to use the self diagnostic machine to diagnose the vehicle i was driving and prompt in getting me the information I needed and explaining what parts I will need for the results for the diagnostic test I received. I work near this autozone but have never shopped there. Last night needing a brake line, store was busy and there were needy customers in front. When I was waited on the first thing Anthony H said was thanks for waiting and sorry for the wait. We got a couple break lines Anthony and I went outside to see if they would fit. So I made the purchase. Anthony H was extremely professional, helpful and WENT ABOVE AND BEHOND to complete my needs. The best customer service I have had in a long time. I would like to say thank you Anthony H.Amazing went back today to pick up a part that was ordered last night by Anthony. The gray shirt that is parts specialists that was EXTREMELY unprofessional could not find it in computer then he looked in store transfer section but could not find it then he told me that they have not received any thing today (a solid lie) after 10 minutes I asked for the store manager ( said about the great service last night he could care less) store manager was arrogant and unprofessional but he found it in the computer the break line 10 inches long, it was 5 feet away in the transfer section. (Could not find it it, really). My suggestion is to Anthony, You need transfer to anther store because your team is going to hold you back. 5 STARS Anthony.

Hours have changed, closed at 10 pm, not 11 due to COVID. The guys here are knolageqble and helpful, this location is one of the main hubs in the area so they have better stock then other locations.

OUTSTANDING customer service! Came in during my road trip from Michigan with a dead battery and Marco helped me find the right one and even save a little money. Then he offered to come out and replace it for free, spending 45 minutes on my corroded terminal! When the car still wouldn’t start, Marco and Manuel looked even further into my car to help try to diagnose the issue. Didn’t catch the manager’s name, but he came out to help as well and they worked together to figure it out. They couldn’t find the problem with their limited tools and access, but I am forever grateful for all of their knowledge, charity, and compassion!

I had excellent customer service here, I had to replace my battery and I am recovering from an injured back. The representative recognized this and welcomed me into the store and made sure all of my questions were answered and asked all the questions necessary to best diagnose the issue with my vehicle so that I would not have the same issue in the future.

My car indicator of Low oil was coming off & on...Antonio at this location helped me out by taking the time to see if I was purchasing the correct oil. Not only that he showed me where/how to add oil by doing it himself! Thanks Antonio for going the extra mile.

Place was not very busy and while i was looking around for things i could use on my motor bike i could tell the employees were watching me as if i was there to shoplift, but did not take the time to stop joking amongst themselves to see if i needed any help. When i did get someone to help me the help was not very good since my question was not answered. I just left and went next door to advance auto parts where service was way better.

The costumer service manager David was short and rude... I called in advanced to be sure they had the part in stock only to find out they didnt... not impressed at their costumer service!

They refused to take back an item I bought but let the customer behind me without the receipt take back theirs. Very Unhappy waste of $60 and not even able to get a working product or service without an already basis opinion or fake schpiel from cashiers. I always promoted Auto Zone if I spend money it will be mopar or OReillys.

The guy on the desk didnt get my accent. I had to repeat everything several times to make him understand. His accent was kind of slung and was difficult to understand. They should hire someone smart and clear speech

Good product. However the lack of respect for federal law as well as the disabled. Allowing their delivery drivers to park in the handicapped parking spots is why I only gave one star.Some of the employees here are very friendly and customer service focused. But allowing these drivers to park where they are parking is unacceptable.I know for a fact that this issue has been brought up to managment who said they would take care of it. In fact did not. Unless management is not there when this happensI would of gladly shared a photo as proof but my phone died as I went to take one. Next time I am there I will post again with proof.
