We are very happy with Rental Depot. We do not live in South Georgia so we were referred to rental depot by a friend. Everyone was friendly from ordering to delivery. We were happy with everything we ordered - tent, tables, chairs, serving dishes, sound system and even a bounce house. Would definitely recommend and will use again if we have another event near or in Albany.

It was a horrible experience....The lady at the desk has a very bad attitude. (Stephanie is really sweet)The other one she never smile, she talk to you like she do care if you rent from there or not. Ive rented from there a lot over the years, Ive also sent a lot of my clients there. But never again will I rent from there or refer a client there.

Found everything that we needed. Gave a 4 because the chairs that were loaded on my truck were dusty and the tables looked rough. Customer service was great though!

Decent prices. Great customer service. Nice and professional delivery persons. However, the floor we ordered arrived DISGUSTING and DIRTY! I feel that items rented should arrive clean!!! Chairs were also filthy. Everything had to be cleaned quickly by us before our guest arrived.
