Extremely happy with this product. With the adjustable hinge feature in the back of the machine, I can now make copies of training manuals, binders and my other bulky books! There is no more glare and awesome quality, can not thank Repeat Business Systems enough.

I recently purchased a used copier/printer/scanner from them to replace the very old unit they had been limping along for me.Unfortunately, there was a problem with the initial unit they procured for me.
