I own a Porsche Macan Turbo. I was in town in business, and the exhaust started to make a noice. I called Saturday and the owner answered the phone. He informed me that they are close on Saturdays, but he would see me Monday first thing. Monday the owner and his son immediately found the problem and fixed it, the also noticed another non related issue and took care of it right away without asking. They kept me very involved in the diagnostic process and the repair. When I ask, “how much I owe you?” The owner said “you owe me nothing, I’m just glad to help”.
