Thanks for the generic reply Tractor Supply CO. I feel the concern.Im highly disappointed!!! First of all you way over charge on name brand cat food then you advertise a $5.00 gift card to buy that food only to not get it. Train employees to know how to do their job instead of how to play dumb and how people wont notice till its too late to do anything about it.Was a frequent shopper but think Ill buy food elsewhere.

Very nice and helpful staff work at this Tractor Supply location. Yes the prices are higher than the average chain stores like Walmart or Lowes. However they do carry the things in stock you would otherwise have to order at the other stores. This is the place to go if you need it now.

I just want to thank the two ladies that helped me with getting my dogs new kennel tonight I didn’t get their names but it meant so much to me now I have a less destructive dog and I am a happy owner I am now a forever customer I am looking forward to returning!

Poor service and overpriced goods in a cluttered store.

Good selection of animal and outdoor gear. Store is clean and staff is friendly. Great variety of pet foods, treats, and medicine. They also offer a good selection of outdoor wear and work clothes as well as shoes and boots. They offer lawn equipment and ATVs also. Great store for the outdoor person.

I was at TSC this morning and couldnt locate everything I was seeking after looking around for a while. As I was checking out, the cashier asked me if I found everything and I told her I couldnt find the vet wrap. She directed me to it and I was able to complete my shopping trip. I was very thankful since Ive been trying to find it for a while. Every time I go to TSC, everyone is helpful and courteous.

They are always out of stuff I need.End up looking for items in other stores.Prices are getting too high.

My daughter in law bought baby chicks and all the things needed to take care of them. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Weve returned several times for more supplies for the chicks.

TSC is my go-to store for a number of things for use around the house. Always buy my dog food from here. More often than not Ill pick up any tooling I might need from here as well while Im getting the dog food. Theyve got a great selection of just about everything that I find myself in need of, and Ive always appreciated that about the stores. The Albany location is also conveniently located right next to the local Walmart.

Nice and helpful employees. Have what you need for poultry. Very happy with this place and is where I buy my feed at. Also happy for joining neighbors club. They sent me a coupon on my birthday. I like getting the chicks from here too.

Love my tractor supply store. Staff are always willing to help me load my purchases. However, if I could get one of them to help me unload and carry those big bags of dog food into the house, I would definitely give them 100 star rating.

Great place to get hardware & dogfood. Cheapest propane I ever bought. The people helping me out were excellent.

I would give them an even lower score if I could after the way I was treated after my house burned down.I couldnt produce a receipt for something that I had ordered and paid for in advance so I didnt get what Iin good faith purchased.It had to have been in their system but the manager along with the corporate office wasnt interested in looking.I was told that they didnt care about me or my business.

Made a special trip to pick up a piece of equipment. They had it. Staff attentive. However staff didnt ask about joining Neighbors Club.

Nothing short of amazing. Everyone at this Tractor Supply is very friendly and extremely helpful. I usually shop with my small daughter and buy a lot of feed making it challenging to load it on the cart with her. They always offer to help me and even load it in my car. It makes the trip so much easier.

They have just about every thing you need. I used to buy Blue Buffalo brand dog food & then discovered that Tractor Supplies brand, 4Health has all the ingredients Blue Buffalo has but at a lesser price. So we now buy 4Health for our Basset Hound & he loves it. They have a variety of flavors as well as grain free. The store is very clean & they always greet you upon entering.

I absolutely love Tractor Supply in Albany, Ga. Theres something for everyone in the family there. Excellent place to find gifts at for the men in your life. Great things for the women also.

Great place to get all your farm supplies. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Prices here beat the competition (Lowes and home depot). Ive been shopping here for about a year and a half now and get stuff for my farm and for my home lawn. When they have their chicks and ducklings the little guys are in great shape. Ive never encountered a rude or annoyed employee. Every one of them seem to bend over backwards to help me and educate me on why I should buy certain products or equipment.

This is my place for bird feed and pet care supplies. It also has a great deal of nostalgic items for me. I grew up on my grandfathers farm periodically and then was a member of 4 H.

I like tractor supply but the prices are just a little high. Plus the last two times I have been in there I could not find anyone to help me but the person at the cash register and he couldnt leave but one time real quick, and that was just because he had no one at the register but he was helpful. Thats why giving them 4 Stars not 5

Stopped by to ask the manager a question about the $2899 lawn mower I just purchased from there. Was told u will have to wait he is on break.....service after the sale....stood at customer service so long without any help, I had to call tsc customer support while in the store..i have never seen such bad customer service.

I always hear how awful Albany GA is. Of course this is said by people that dont live here or shop here. I went to Thomasville Ga location and couldnt get anyone to assist me at all. I walked out without purchasing a thing. I have ALWAYS had excellent customer service here. I have never had to beg for assistance from the great employee here.
