They have a great selection of items. They usually send a catalog out with all the deals. With a card, youll get 20% off on weeks whenever they have sales. The staff are quite knowledge when it comes to helping customers. Whenever you come in, you usually find what you want to get the job done. Big ticket items are not usually on sale. Over all its pretty clean in there

I LOVE HARBOR FREIGHT! I mean what else can I say? They have good prices and decent tools. Now not all their stuff is top-notch. You get what you pay for. But, they do have some quality tools that cost a but more than their cheaper versions, but if money is a factor for you than you have options here. If money is not the deciding factor, than go for the higher quality tool here. Ive only been disappointed with one purchase here and I need to share in that responsibility. I should have gone with the higher quality tool. I think the extra $40 would have been more than worth it. Live and learn.

Went today got the Pittsburgh 3 ton low profile car jack for $99.00 it is normally $114.99. its may 28 2021. I used it to jack up my Jeep renegade and it worked well.

Its cheap disposable Chinese tools, what else can I say? Absolutely nothing wrong with that BTW. Only thing missing are the cool coupons and catalogs. Dont like the new way they are going on that front. But, if I need a one-off tool for a one-time job this is my first stop.

Had a time sensitive problem with brake repair and needed a special tool to wind back rear caliper piston. There were none on the shelf, but a young man asked if he could help. I explained my issue and he immediately looked on his phone and saw there were supposed to be some in stock. So he went back and came out with one for me and 3 more for the shelf! Customer service doesnt get any better than that!

Excellent for some things. Prices are great. Terrible for other things. Power tools here are terrible, though they always work a few times before breaking. This is the best place to buy hammers, gloves, drill bits, paint brushes, and screw drivers, since the quality is good enough and the price is way lower than other places. There are few if any staff members available to answer questions, there is often a short line, and many customers wear camo. There are great coupons delivered supposedly through email.

Decently run store. I only put three stars because of issues with equipment from there but then again, you get what you pay for so it is what it is.Word to the wise - I do recommend NEVER buying sockets with the most stupidly designed packaging I have EVER seen on any product (not just tools).

Harbor freight is getting better, IMO. The quality of the things they sell has definatly gone up over the last year.I did run into an issue with trying to order a small tool cart. They didnt have any in stock, and I was told it was roughly a month away. So I asked if I could buy the one on display....I was told no, because she didnt want to have to assemble a new one.So I got it somewhere else. Cool story.

This is a great place to shop. Whoever wrote that post about the cashier that now works there doesnt understand the disrespect that she goes through with customers like you. I find it real disrespectful that he put her name up there when no one else mentioned a cashiers name. I used to work at harbor freight and the few customers that come to the store are disgusting and disrespectful. And the fact that you said to make our whatever safe again is highly inappropriate. You dont understand how hard it is to stand at work for hours with a mask not only that but dealing with disrespectful customers. I work in retail and know her pain. So next time please keep her name out of it and for your information, america has never been safe.

I prefer the one in Clifton Park, because this store always has staffing issues which lead to long waits at the register.

Ive been shopping at harbor freight in colonie for at least 10 years and the customer service has always been excellent and friendly. Their products are less expensive than anywhere else and theyve got a lot of unique items you wont find in most hardware stores

If you work on your own cars theres no better place for you than Harbor freight.I recently purchased some small kits for pulling my U joints and removing an engine pully.My last visit was to grab impact socket sets and I saved half over what I would have paid at home depot. Quality is great about the same of what you would find on any national brand and the guarantee is what tips the scales for me.Most of the Pittsburgh line stuff you can bring right in store and have them replace if you ever have a problem... FYI I have never had a problem

But when one employee has a mask on their chin or throat area it doesnt help stem the spread of COVID.PLEASE INSIST THAT ALL OF YOUR EMPLOYEES WEAR THEIR MASKS AT ALL TIMES.I had to walk out. Its shear laziness and lack or regard for others to not wear your mask properly. No excuse.

Sales cashier, Idajah, was swearing under her breath about this sales !&?* and refused to put on her mask even though I overheard another employee asking her to so. I wont be back here for a while. You had a lot of the tools. Anyway places in most of the representatives didnt really have any idea about the actual product so I think that Harbor Freight as a company should definitely make sure that whoever works there at least has some knowledge background of the product they are selling. Also watch out for some packages with incomplete parts and most of the stuff will break very soon but there is some stuff with a lifetime guarantee and some other good stuff there as well its like any other place you have to shop around and be smart

Harbor freight is the dollar store of tools and parts. But they still have incredible savings, deals, warranties and an amazing inventory. I literally go here for all my tool needs, and I rely on all my harbor freight tools to make a paycheck every week. You definitely get what you pay for.

I think you can get everything there the price is good but in my experience I want to buy a drilling machines and they had one on show case and not on sale. Again I went to buy a ladder one on show case and not on sale too bad for business

What a rip off my visit was it looks like youre going to get 30% off an item but they trick you the way its read Im still says 30% off any item thats up to $10 the cost of the item so nothing over $10, if its over ten bucks then you dont get 30% off.

A great place to buy dyi tools at a decent price. Large assortment of hand,power,and air tools. Quality is better than expected and if you have a problem their return policy is top notch.

Great place for inexpensive tools. I buy tools that wont see much use and they always perform well. The one exception is a jack that doesnt hold well. It slowly lowers when locked. HF wouldnt do anything about it since I received it as a Christmas gift but didnt use it until June.

They actually have a good thing going there. The tools and supplies are cheap enough that even if you loose them its no big deal. I really like their long combination wrenches.
