No answer on the phone, bad reviews about customer service and even that you might be closed?... Definitely look elsewhere people! Dont waste your time thinking about this shop.

While looking for a specific pedal, I found it it limited stock in the Rouge website. It was saying two were in stock and to order ASAP so I did. After about two weeks, they had taken the money from my account, sent no confirmation email or shipping invoice and would have done nothing if I had not called them. All of my emails from the previous two weeks had been going into their spam folder, these were emails using their “help” section on their site. This was already disrespectful enough, but it turns out they had none of the pedals I was ordering in stock. Mike told me he would be getting a shipment in after about two weeks, so understanding that this could all be a misunderstanding, no matter how outlandish, I agreed that I would wait to receive my pedal. Almost one month passed and I had heard nothing from them. I called and left a message with absolutely no response, so finally I was able to get Mike on the line and I was blown away. This man had taken my money and told me that he personally would be in touch with me about the pedal. However. There were no pedals coming in, he had neglected to send me an email or give me phone call and once again if I had not reached out they would have kept this to themselves. This is the most unprofessional shop I have ever worked with and I recommend no one use their services, they will more than likely be aloof and difficult to get in touch with.

Found the Rogue website looking for product specs and Michael popped up on that chat dialogue asking if he could answer any questions for me. He offered friendly, decision-making insight. I think I found a new source for gear, especially when expert service is in called for. Great customer service. I recommend looking them up!

Hello RGS...I wanted to tell you how delighted I am to have found RGS 🎉.In my shopping on Reverb.com, a daily occurrence, I was looking for a certain Tremelo pedal by Source Audio. RGS carried it and worked an incredible price out for me. To my surprise they even quick shipped it and it arrived in just Two Days! The Vertigo Tremelo pedal I bought is a winner and it has so much to offer besides a very good tone it is loaded with extra features from their Neuro app.I just today received my first RGS Newsletter, The format and content are well laid out and it was full of fun stuff. It looks like my wife better hide our stimulus check when it arrives!I will definitely be working with RGS on every available item I want that they carry as it looks like they carry mostly the “Good Stuff.” Their selection is very deep with many hard to find suppliers of gear.I found that by placing the Vertigo pedal Last In my chain and using its Stereo out, I just run a second cable to my second amp and Viola I have a Stereo Rig now, Perfect 👌.Walter H.

I originally posted a positive review, but now its obvious that the customer service is completely nonexistent.I paid more than $3,000 for a custom-built amp from Matchless. It arrived, and the reverb doesnt work. Ive informed Michael, the owner, of this problem repeatedly. Hes done nothing about it. Hes not trying to even handle the issue; hes just been repeatedly unresponsive.I wouldnt buy a guitar pick from this place, let alone spend serious money here.

I believe that Rogue Guitar shop is out of business. I ordered something 2 months ago and havent received it. More importantly if you call Rogues number, youll get voicemail. Chat is no longer working either, you have to leave a message. Anyway, I do not recommend making a purchase on their online store as I did, call to place your order to see if you get a live person.

My man Jonathan went out of his way to make sure everything with my order went great. He emailed me a personalized photo of the pedal I was interested in, packed it up quick and shipped it out same day, and even stayed with me on online chat after bone-head me double placed the order and he had to cancel one.Basically, youve got no reason to go anywhere else for your pedals. Just bought a new Xotic BB+ from Rogue Guitar shop and great experience! Im fortunate enough to live in the same town theyre in and went down, tried it out. Talk about a kid in a candy shop ... rows and rows or killer pedals and amps. Could spend a month in there. Super nice guys, very helpful and stoked about good gear. Bought an Ego Compressor from them two years ago and they were great then too. They have a ton of quality stuff. Thanks again, highly recommend them.

I have been using RGS as my go too guitar supplier for a little over 3 years. They have been excellent to work with. Customer service has been top notch and delivery with the quickness. I recommend everyone that I play with to buy from them as well. I probably have order over 1000 dollars worth of stuff from them and everything has come in perfect condition very quickly. I like that I always can get the same people there and not just shuffled around in a stupid automatic system. Highly recommended.

After getting off to a somewhat rough start, Jonathan and Rogue Guitar Shop turned things around for me. They carry better lines and offer discounted prices when they can and ship things out Priority Mail so you always get whatever you order in a couple of days. Give them a shot!

Just received an order from this store that my wife carried out over the ole-fashioned land line. It actually started off as a query over a product that was priced wrong online. The owner of the store honored the fact a mistake had been made and offered my wife the product at 20 bucks less. I got free shipping, and insurance, and this is the killer my wife ordered the pedal on Tuesday and we got the product today Thursday and we live in Florida.This store has got a customer for life any future effects pedals that I want will be ordered from Rogue Guitar Shop. Customer service was very friendly, not really sure what the 1-Star reviewers are talking about. While talking about my order with one of the customer service reps, they were a nice blend between professional and casual. Frankly, if Rogue carries what Im looking for, Im going to go through them from now on.

I had a most excellent experience dealing with Rogue Guitar Shop. Michael recommended the Pettyjohn Pettydrive 2, and it’s absolutely perfect for my needs (I write and record scores for TV commercials). It’s a studio-grade piece of gear, and is clearly the finest sounding pedal I’ve ever played through, including some very highly regarded products. The thing sounds clear, transparent, and even when overdriven, has a great texture and tone. It’s flexible, and it’s perfect.It’s always great when a supplier to my company can recommend the perfect product! And deliver promptly and professionally!

This was probably the worst service I have ever received. They do not understand what customer service is and are quite rude. I would not recommend this store if you want reliability, for if something goes wrong, and it probably will, you will be told what you did wrong and how the employees performed their duties flawlessly [more like like they defend themselves of their own mistakes before even considering the customer]. If google offered a number rating system it would have been a solid 0.

These guys are great. RGS has an astounding selection of guitar effects pedals and all of it from high end manufacturers, but their pricing is consistently better than all the other places I usually check. Ive gotten two pedals from them in the past year, and both times checkout was a breeze, and the pedals got to me in just a few days from across the country. I actually called for some information late one Sunday afternoon, and a guy actually answered the phone (the store was closed), checked the stock of the pedal I was after (Xotic SL Drive), and even got an order rolling for me, all off the clock. Cant say enough great things about these guys. I wont buy effects anywhere else now. You will not be disappointed!

Deals in the purchase and sale of email addresses. I never signed up for your email listing. I dont know how you found my email address. If I could unsubscribe without you selling my email address further I would.

Be wary of pedal preorders from them; they oversell their allowance which means that you can be waiting for months for the pedal to start shipping even though they took payment at the point of preorder. They arent very proactive at communicating the status either as Ive had to chase it up and contact the pedal manufacturer directly to find out the real situation of the order status.

The worst service that I received from Onlineshop ever ! Not return any emails or even answering to the phone.They charge you before any shipping certificate and without basic ETA for shipping.Excuses all the time without a reasonable explanation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The price may look good but the service is just bad, poor..I do not think they have a value to good service. bad service.sad. #JDT

I am sure I have interrupted jonathan on a peaceful sunday afternoon on more than one occasion yet he still gets back to me promptly seven days a week with answers. shipping is super fast!! you CANNOT go wrong here!!

I do not know whats happening. I asked for a pedal on Friday November 13 and they didnt answer me. I bought from reverb.com and the first time I wrote to RogueGuitarshop on reverb.com they did. Now they dont answer. Do not buy anything online in that store.
