Nice representative. Good store but small. No tablets. Lots of chargers and phone covers and such.
At first Ryan who helped me was great. Very friendly. Upgraded my phone and we went over my plan. Then after I left I noticed my new phone wasnt getting 5G service. He attempted to call customer care who told him to call tech support. Who just happened to be closed I asked now what and he said that I would need to contact Apple. I said no. Youre gonna give me a new phone. Which he said he cant. Which translates to I wont. I use to work for att and I know its possible to switch phones out Ive done it before. So I know he was straight lying to me. He didnt even apologize he just said he cant do it. I left with a phone I just bought not working properly. I had to spend hours of my own time to get it fixed! Which I finally did with no help from Ryan. As soon as I left the store Ryan closed the gate behind me so now I know he just wanted to go home. When I was in his shoes I would have stayed with the customer until we figured it out. Cause that was my job. Not just give up. And Ive also come to the conclusion Ryan didnt help me with my plan changes I requested. He kept claiming he couldnt change things and that I needed to do it myself. Which is BS cause if a Authorized retailer cant do something in an account we would call customer service and get it done for them customer through CS Not just expect the customer to take care of it.Ryan is very lazy and unprofessional. Hes probably gonna denying my statements but its the truth. Ive never had a worse phone upgrade experience. Its normally been fine at other stores but I will NEVER go back to that store. This experience made me even second guess staying with ATT for service. Id give Ryan specifically a 0 out of 5 if possible. Find a new career Ryan cause you suck.
Kevin was awesome! I went in for an upgrade and he took the time to see if I was getting the best discount with the best plan. After looking at my account he was able to help me add a line on my account AND save me money! The Heritage Mall AT&T is great! If you’re looking to join AT&T go see Kevin!
AT&T store has shorter lines for IPhone’s. The help is quick and they are very professional and helpful with questions and all assistance.
Had a great experience with the Heritage Mall team. I switched from Verizon and they saved me some major money! When they say they have discounts for everyone they mean it!!

I went in to upgrade a phone in July and my life has been a living hell ever since. If I could give -5 stars I would. Was lied to and now 5 months later still can not get issue resolved. Even a employee at a different store told me they are notorious for ripping people off... wish I would have known that 6 months ago!
This location is fantastic, Chris is very knowledgeable, I went to another store that was helpful but an able to solve any problems, Chris is a genius. Highly recommended!!!
I will never go to another place when it comes to buying a phone. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and eager to help you find solutions. The Manger Matt clearly makes customer service the number one focus of his store and he goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is second to none. Anytime I hear that someone is looking to buy a phone or tablet or start Direct TV service I tell them go see Matt at the Heritage Mall and you wont be disappointed.
Matt is amazing! He helped us save $175 a month by switching! Absolutely amazing service! If we need anything we will be going back and I recommend anyone to go to this store!
So we went in. Through out our sign up, your system opus went down, first net went also. The staff was great, they worked as a team, and got us going and switched over. So for something that was out of control, they adapted and over came. Well done. Thx guys

Came in to inquire about switching from Verizon, granted I understand they were helping customers, but after 5 minutes of waiting with not even a Hello or well be right with you I left. Bad customer service by your crew today. I guess Ill stay with Verizon.

Greatest customer service I have received at any wireless store or company, this Team is top notch in all categories, they will receive all my business moving forward.
I did not heed the warnings from other reviews of this business - which I now regret! The manager and workers clearly are into customer service but they only serve one customer at a time. I had to wait 50 minutes while the two employees finished with their customers (I was the next in line) to get a new sim card for my phone (which took all but 3 minutes to do). As I walked out of the store I overheard the manager tell d people that they were running at least an hour and a half behind for walk-in customers. I would have liked to know that before I sat down for almost an hour - Unimpressed.

The personnel at the store were helpful and knowledgeable. However, It has been 2 months and I havent received the $200. visa that I was promised. The first claim disappeared and Mariah at ATT said there was no record of it even though I had a confirmation number. She said a new claim letter would be mailed. I have not received it. Now I have been on the site to see the progress of the second claim and it said the rewards had been denied. This is starting to look like a scam to me. I would give ATT zero stars if that was possible.
