I asked for a product 3 times and explained after each time of me looking that I could not find the product. Instead of showing me exactly where the product was suppose to be I was told it’s over there somewhere. Very unprofessional! And the way the man spoke to me was very unprofessional so I told him to keep everything and I went to another hair store!

I love the customer service. It was pleasant

I went and purchased some clippers from this store for $85 only for me to get home and the clippers not to work...so gradually I return to the store and spoke with the owner....only for him to tell me that it was nothing that he do for me because I had apparently damaged the top of the box....but I only brought damage to the box because of the way they deliberately put the anti-thief sticker. He never once looked at the clippers and mad a decision based off a box. He has absolutely no customer service!!!!

I came in at four thirty and asked for help and the girl diamond said she was going to help me but she went back to the front and helped someone else. They have very poor customer service in the evening. I will not be shopping here anymore. Its five now and still no help. They need to get rid of them young girls

It well could be best beauty supplier in Albany area. They have more than anywhere that I can think of and very knowledgeable manager.

All the ladies who work there need to have a customer service class. Don’t wear mask properly only cover their mouth some ladies don’t have on a mask. Don’t use hand sanitizer period.

Exceptional hair care products

The young ladies work in this place of business now absolutely has NO good customer service skills. All they wanna do is talk to each other about their personal business, eat their food in front you and attentive to their cell phones. Also will not help you find anything in the store they would rather stand at the register and point to the aisle where the product is located. The owners of US Beauty Mart needs to have customer service training with these young ladies.

Ladies carry whole conversations while you stand waiting to check out. SMH

This was my favorite beauty supply store when I use to live in Albany.

They have good item but the people that work there is not friendly at all regardless if whats going on in the world you still need great customer service.

Ok now this used to be my favorite spot because every time I came looking for something the young lady that just had a baby 1 year ago always was helpful but these newbies in here now just dont want to help no one told me to ask the old Chinese man. If he aint married to a black women how he going to tell me about black hair, tall bright or should I say bright light chic.

Customer service is pretty decent. They have a great selection of hair products and extensions. This store is usually by go to. Pricing on some products are little bit overpriced so be mindful. Overall, I like this place.

I have been going here for years. They have the best products and they know the details about the products. They have great hypo allergic cosmetic supplies for my eczema skin type. I love their Shea Butter products for my sensitive skin. The customer service is always great, even with the newbies. This is my favorite hair supply store in Albany!!! Brookes Plaza...customer service sucks. The cashier told me about the return policy before I even purchased my items. Please dont categorize all your customers. I dont return shit...( my words to her)

This store has a variety of products to choose from, including products for men (hair clippers). Employees up front was nice and the checkout was fast. The pricing of products were reasonable and the store was well stocked.

Some of the people that work there are very helpful.but the owners think that All people of color steal !!!!
