Everything was perfect. They were able to help me in my emergency since I lost my glasses. They were able to see me right away. My wait time was minimal. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My Doc is awesome. I believe the woman who helped me is Brittney.. I dont remember now, but I was seen at 10am on Friday, March 3, 2017 and the woman who helped me has long curly hair and blue frames. Everyone was awesome there. I dont know what you do for rewards but they deserve a pizza party or something. Excellent, excellent service!!!

Hey, FYI. I am now at Sterling Optical in Clifton Park. Had a good run at this LensCrafters but the interwebs be slow in updating my move. Thank-you to all who were great patients of mine here but just hope this post helps any who are looking for me and want to hike it up to CCM where I am located next to Prime meat house.
