Love ittttttt! Not sure how long its been here but what am absolute gem! The coffee is great, the bagels are great, the service is wonderful, looking forward to trying more of the food! Great outdoor seating. Interesting modern design. Great location.

Owner was on his own today when I arrived. He took orders and also cooked the food. He did the very best he could without help. Help did arrive while I was still there enjoying my breakfast. Everyone was patient while waiting their turn to order. Food was very good and the prices are quite reasonable. I recommend and will definitely go again.#supportsmallbusinesses

Good coffee, but Ive now been waiting 20+ minutes for a bacon, egg, cheese on a roll!? And Its not busy now either. 5 of the 7 people in here (myself included) were here before I arrived and already had their orders.Ill know better than to stop here again. 🙄🙁🤔🤨

Currently its 9:50 am on a Saturday and the place is closed for some reason, but when they choose to open their coffee is great.

Ordered an Asiago bagel with egg and cheese, and a gingerbread iced Americano. The service was quick, friendly, and the food was so good!!!! Much better than other coffee shops I have been to around here!

Would give 4 stars for the coffee .. very good coffee and the nitro cold brew .. but the egg, sausage and cheese on a roll sandwich was dry with not much flavor .. the meat loaded wrap was ok but again a bit dry .. plenty of indoor and outdoor seating with very trendy vibe .. would definitely stop by for coffee again .. not so much for their breakfast sandwiches..

I would love to give Wired Bagel in Colonie, NY a 5 Star review. Their bagels and breakfast sandwiches are excellent! The problem is their lack of compliance with mask wearing and enforcement with their customers. My latest and last was this morning. There is a male employee that works both in the kitchen and counter. I assume he is the owner of the establishment. He always wears a mask but 95% of the time it is under his nose, not covering it. While I was waiting for my order to come out to the counter this morning, a man and his three children came into the establishment with no masks on or in their possession. The children ranged in age 8 to 13 years approximately. I pointed out to the “owner” that this family were not wearing masks and that it made me uncomfortable. The “owner” pretty much ignored me and said nothing to the family regarding mask compliance and went ahead and took their order. This in the middle of a surge of the Corona Virus in Albany County! Not to mention violating the rules and regulations of the Albany County Department Health in regards to the Pandemic!

Hands down one of the best places in the capital region. The food is excellent! The staff is amazingly-awesome! The atmosphere is fantastic and it offers both in/outside seating. Our family has become regulars. Everything we have tried is delicious! You have to go!!!

Well we went because it was close to our hotel. We walked in and the place looked nice on the outside and the tables were good. It took forever to get our food.they only had four bagel choices. And on top of that the food was below average compared to other places I’ve been to, although the coffee was really good I probably wouldn’t go again for food but I would totally go again for the coffe

My go-to bagel shop, Uncommon Grounds, was closed for construction so I figured I’d give this place a shot. I arrived at opening and was presented with a nice hot bagel. Unfortunately, it was tasteless. I won’t be back.

Staff is very friendly and the service is quick. The food is fantastic! Very flavorful and the portions are generous! My daughter had a peppermint bark coffee that had an excellent blend of flavors. My black coffee was very good, strong, but not bitter.I highly recommend Wired fur both their coffee and their food!

I ordered 3 bagels and a large coffee. It took 45 minutes, they got my order wrong 3 times, and I left with nothing. I informed them that my kids have nut allergies and they put a bagel with Nutella in the same bag as the others. I wouldn’t feel safe having anything here if you have allergies. The service is painfully slow and 3 other people walked out when I was there.

The other folks working are friendly and helpful.The whole place is comfortable and neat. If the staff were not busy serving then then were cleaning.Food was good, scones were excellent, coffee was great.Will come again.

Cool place with great coffee / latte and everything was good. The Santa Fe wrap, mango Smoothie and blue berries were tasty. I didnt know what to expect but really enjoyed it.

I dont know what they are doing to the coffee beans but 2 times Ive been here (about 6 months between visits) it was the worst coffee Ive ever had. So acidic that it almost tastes sour? First time I got the nitro cold brew and thought maybe they just have an acidic cold brew, but the other day I got a hot oat milk latte and it had that same acrid taste! They do have decent food though.

Dont expect the fastest service but thats because the food is made fresh (rather than pre-packaged or fast-toasted elsewhere).The coffee is AWESOME. Definitely a surprise but was so good I came back several times throughout a weekend.Staff is all very friendly and its a really nice space. Id imagine it can get crowded during the work week but it was a delight over the weekend.

Really appreciate the veggie options. Not sure if the man I was talking to was the owner or manager... whoever he was was super nice and accommodating. The one thing I would have liked to see is a nondairy creamer on the coffee bar, but most coffee shops still dont have that. Id definitely eat there again

Was just in here for a business meeting. I just happened to have gone to Starbucks earlier and already had a drink so I just decided to take it in with me. Keep in mind that there are 2 other people sitting at the table with me who have bought their coffees here. Someone that works there decides to rudely interrupt the conversation while he is walking to another table and says loudly that shouldnt be here. If youre coming in here dont bring that inside. Now maybe I am wrong for bringing a Starbucks cup, so my bad, but he could have approached me differently about it. This was my first time here and I was just thinking this is a nice looking place for future business meetings, but they wont get a dime from me now.

Location is a bit odd, its in the ground floor of an office building. The shop is clean, good selection of food. Salmon bagel was decent if a bit too much cream cheese. Couple minor complaints: 1) the Wifi password is not plainly posted. 2) When I get a cappuccino to drink here, I expect a big mug not a paper cup.

New little breakfast spot tucked away in the bottom floor across from the town library. Amazing breakfast and lunch foods with great authentic coffee made to order exactly how you like it. The area Is very new and clean and the staff are extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

Need to do some work? Well dont go to wired because the owner yelled at me for doing work after purchasing a coffee from him. All my mother and I wanted to do was get some work done and spend some time together. He told me to go to the library to do work instead, what a great way to treat your customers who have done work here multiple times before and recommended this place to others. But dont worry because Starbucks, Professor Javas, and Eden café is right around the corner, the food and coffee is so much better

Let’s face it. Professor Java’s sucks. But before Wired came to Colonie, your only other option was Starbucks. No thanks. So when they moved in, I was so happy to finally have a real coffee house in Colonie again. Let me just get this out of the way now. IT’S CLEAN!! Something Java’s never really cared about. Moving on..THE ATMOSPHERE is warm and inviting, the decor is nice, and the staff is always friendly. The seating is spread out so you don’t feel like your on top of one another. I’ll say the only thing I don’t like about the atmosphere (and this is common no matter what coffee house I’m visiting) is the music. Why do coffee shops play pop? There’s nothing relaxing about FLY92.THE COFFEE is very good. It’s all fresh roasted on premises and doesn’t taste burnt or untrue to its style. The Sumatra is dark and smoky, the house blend is a happy medium. I personally like the Mexican and the monsoon malibar the most. They offer regular drip grind or pour over, which is something I don’t typically see in coffee houses. I’ve had the nitro cold brew in the summer and it is excellent. Rich and smooth with no acidityTHE FOOD is excellent. I’ll admit I’ve only had the muffins, pastries, and bagels so far but they all seem high quality. Their bagel dough is imported from NYC a fresh everyday made on premises everyday. Try the French toast bagel. You won’t be disappointed. Their scones are actually the only ones I’ve ever liked. My favorite is the lemon.

The best coffee in the Albany area. It is way faster than going to the Starbucks. The coffee is very good.

I have many friends who favor this cafe above most others. Its really nice and they even have a small private meeting space for groups. I got a panini for myself and a bagel with Nutella and banana for my son. Very enjoyable.

This is nicely located and a good spot if you like the trendy, industrial type eateries. They have two areas - the main one with the service counter, and high-top as well as low-top tables. They also have a smaller room that seats about a dozen people. I didnt care for the ambient noise - but thats a result of the design and a personal preference. My only real complaint is that the menu stated hot cocoa as a beverage but I was served hot chocolate.

Wired has the best coffee in the capital region. Organic, single origin coffee has a crisp unique flavor.The owners are great hard working small businessmen. I am very excited the new location is closer to my house.

A great place to stop for tasty coffee, and a fresh bagel! I recommend trying the maple bacon and jalepeño cream cheese, as weird as it sounds. I am also a fan of their Sante Fe breakfast wrap. So good!

Coffee is pretty good, especially the cappuccino and cold brew. Bagel and cream cheese was pretty disappointing for me. There was absolutely no jalepeno in the bacon jalapeño cream cheese and it tasted like regular cream cheese unless I got a bite with bacon in it. Bagel itself was not great, not bad.

The guy working stared at my so awkwardly the whole time I there, I had to get up and leave...Coffee tasted burnt..

This is where I go to coffee when its my choice. The menu is very good, staff seems happy and polite, and the space is welcoming. Some of the food items are very substantial- there is literally a meat mountain, and I recommend that.Above all else : the nitrogen cold brew is excellent; Marty deservedly won an award for it. I can chew it. Literally salivating right now.There are gluten free bagels, sometimes other GF treats. When they have them, they are amazing. Paleo donuts, for instance.Theres WiFi and some sweet seating, and I dont think Ive been there while its empty.

Best bagels in the area (comparable to NYC) and its in a relatively convenient spot coming off the Northway or Wolf rd. All types of espresso drinks, coffee, baked goods, etc. Lox bagel and the Nutella bacon are both delicious and worth a try, as well as the candied bacon jalepeno cream cheese. Definitely becoming a regular.

Avocado toast didnt have any taste. The mango smoothie was refreshing. The service was okay.
