Im not one to buy sunglasses online so I had to visit the store. I was happy to see that during this pandemic each employee in the store was following mask guidelines and they were cleaning shelves and racks. I brought in my 12 yr old pair of Oakleys that had broken the day before and Robert was more than helpful in picking out a new pair (Wire Tap 2.0) that was similar to my broken pair. Im very particular and he was patient and showed me several different versions of the sunglasses with different lens colors and lens technology. I even received a discount that I didnt know was available to me because I traded in my old pair! (Yes, even though they were broken). Theres a reason that Ive stuck with Oakley for so many years. You get what you pay for, and I will definitely be a returning customer (hopefully not too soon)!

Purchased a pair of sunglasses, and was greeted by very professional and friendly staff. Helped me make an informed choice and were up front about the steps I would need to take if I had issues with the sunglasses that I purchased (cracked lens replacement, frame warranty, replacement process, 30-day return). Definitely a worthwhile purchase.

Mgr. Robb was good enough to put aside and hold three filters for my MSk3 that I purchased on Amazon ( store was out of stock)

Staff very friendly, merchandise very nice, good selection. Found the perfect pair of sunglasses and also nice swim trunks. Will go back for other things I liked :)

I bought a new pair of TwoFace Prizm Daily Polarized sunglasses 11 days ago. I was there to find out how much it cost to replace beat up lenses on my old pair, not to buy a whole new pair. When I found out it would cost $100 +tax for replacement lenses, I took them up on their offer of 25% off a new pair if I traded my old ones in. Easy choice - $165, after tax, for brand new glasses, instead of $108 for just lenses on an old pair.This morning I put my sunglasses on, which I keep in the Oakley sleeve, in the glasses holder in my car, to find they somehow have a tiny little scratch on one lens, right in my field of vision. I stopped by the Oakley store to find the guy I bought them from working. He apologetically told me there was nothing he could do to help, other than offer me 50% off a new pair. I asked him for any possible way to repair the scratch, but he had no answers. I asked him if he had any sort of suggestions, and thats when his co-worker decided to speak up and say, Maybe take better care of your glasses, in a very condescending tone. I was shocked at his brazen attitude and reminded him that he works in customer service, to which he replied, Well, youre the one standing there complaining.Ive had them for 11 days. Ive worn them for maybe 3 or 4 of those days, pretty much only at work (I wear business attire, not boots and a hard hat, to be clear). I have no idea how they got scratched, especially because I do take very good care of my sunglasses. I was just looking for some help, which, due to company policy, I didnt find. What I do know is I will never purchase sunglasses from Oakley again. Not only are their policies unfriendly to customers, but to have employees, who have customer service as their only real mission, talk down to customers when theyre simply looking for help is 100% unacceptable. If one of my employees talked to a customer like that, theyd be lucky to still have a job.That whole experience has caused Oakley to lose a customer who has religiously worn their sunglasses for the better part of 2 decades.

They have great staff that were very helpful. They made it easy to find what I was looking for and didnt try to up-sell me.
