I love JCPenney! I have been a customer of JCPenney for over 40 years!They have a wonderful selection of products and their pricing is usually within everyones budget! I can usually find things that I like/love at JCPenney! I love the jewelry counter!I would fully recommend that people go there to shop. Their customer service is great! Portrait studio, did an excellent job! Shyann was great getting all 9 of our families pics and the many different group pic combos: spouses, kids, siblings.

Waited in line for an even exchange at the register for a half hour only to be rerouted to another desk where I waited another 20 minutes before I was helped out. The employees were overwhelmed but maintained a positive attitude and a professional composure.

This place used to be the go to place for curtains, then they decided to take down the displays and change up the store. Should have left well enough alone. I used to shop here all the time, now I dont.

Such long lines at checkout every time. Always someone returning something slows everything down. The reason brick and mortar are crumbling.
