The folks at this location are always fast, efficient, and friendly. We got 4 new tires today for a great price! $700 installed and balanced and aligned. Took 20 minutes. Fully vaccinated folks arent required to wear masks, but we did.
Had an awesome experience here. First time buying new tires and wheels and Seth was a stand up guy. They were still very helpful in helping me set up a Les Schwab account, as well as picking out the right tires I was looking for and the wheels I wanted as well. Employee came out to great me and said I am next in line for tires. It took about 40 min and then I was advised to have alignment done. That took about 30 minutes. Complete transaction and service was about 90 minutes. Very fast, friendly and courteous employees.I would recommend Les Schwab and this store!
Really great service. I get my tire pressure checked here and they are always nice. Found a screw in a low tired and patched it for free! Even let me and my dogs inside the building as it was summer and hot out.

Kylee is extremely rude and her behavior needs to be adjusted. I have been going to Les Schwab for over 20 years for my personal cars and trucks as well for my business purposes. She has the worst customer service skills and spent over 20 minutes texting on her phone instead of taking care of myself and other customers. Im not sure how she was able to be hired at once a great and friendly environment.

The service at this location is absolutely wonderful. I am a mail carrier and I work out of my personal car. Seth made sure to fix an issue I had, and helped me get snow tires. When I was waiting there was a down pour, one of the guys working pulled another customers car up to the door so she didn’t have to go out in the Down pour. Great customer service!

Refused a basic job.two months ago, they replaced my struts but didnt tell me that i beed other repairs in the control arms and bearings or the fact i needed a sway bar mount reweled. only in oregon can shops legally withhold information on your car and charge you extra to fix. in oregon...they reward crooks for bs like this.where are the realllll shops at???
4 new tires. They were so fast, did exactly what they promised with no extra charge for any other work. No alignment needed. Very impressed and plan to return for a scheduled brake check and possibly some decorative rims.
Literally the best place that exists. Im new to Oregon and we didnt have these in Ohio. They are super friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone. One of the only businesses Ive been to that doesnt feel like they just want my money, they actually want to help me.

Came in to get our rotors resurfaced and they were so nice and fast.
I showed up to get a set of new tires and alignment due to realizing they were bald and the cords of the tires were showing. Very unsafe. I was told it would be 1.5 to 2 hour wait. 4 hours later!!! I was then told it would be an additional hour or longer. I was stranded there. This is bad customer service. Im so dissatisfied. I will be taking my business to costco from now on after 18 years of giving my business to les Schwabs.
Great service reasonable prices. Had my brakes go out a week ago. Took it in they checked it out quickly and didnt try to sell me what I didnt need. Got the issue taken care of for me in a couple days because a part was on order and now the brakes are working perfectly. Thank you! We are back to enjoying summer adventure!
You might pay a few dollars more for your tires But when you get a flat and you know you will you will save a few dollars because usually they fix it for free ..Excellent service people ...

After an initial misunderstanding with the office staff everything was great. The tire and wheel staff out in the garage was great. Took the time to ask me about my vehicle and made for sure I had everything I needed and answered all my questions. And I could not be more happy with the tires and wheels on my Silverado.
As always the guys at Les Schwab were honest with me and didnt recommend things I didnt need. While there was a little but of a wait, it was worth it.I recently moved to a state where there is no Les Schwab yet and let me tell you boy do I miss them!

Les Schwab was a life saver. I called other competitors in town and they were unable to help me until POSSIBLY the next day in the afternoon. I called Les Schwab and KC was at my house within 20 minutes to fill my flat passenger rear tire, FREE of charge. I then went to the Les Schwab shop to have my tire evaluated and I received a thorough inspection of all four of my tires. Overall, competitors were unable to help me until the following afternoon POSSIBLY. Les Schwab had my flat filled and my two rear tires replaced in less than two hours. Exceptional customer service and performance. Thank you Schwabs!
Have always been a Les Schwab customer but this is the 2nd bad experience at the Albany location. Went in for an emergency flat tire and was told it couldn’t be fixed. Their competitor 45 minutes away fixed it immediately and it’s going strong for thousands of miles. NEXT, I brought my vehicle in for a tire balance and suspension check. I was told I needed front struts and rear shocks. I agreed and left vehicle for a couple of hours. They said it was done so I paid $900-something and went home. Shortly after I got home I received a call that they forgot to put the rear shocks on! So I had to drive back over and pay an additional $300+! They did offer me $20 off the last charge but this location has cost me so much time and hassle. They’ve also cost me money in expenses driving all over the place! Never returning to this branch. Totally not worth it.

I used to love it here. Usually I dont write reviews but I want to be honest with my experience. They used to be cheap and I always felt listened too and cared for! Ive been a loyal customer for 4 years.After this experience I will not be going back and I intend on calling management.I had called about scheduling a wheel replacement (new wheels). When I had called the lady on the phone was very rude because she didnt understand what I was asking. I figured I didnt say it right and brushed it off. When she transfered me over to an automotive technician he told me to look online. So I did just that, scheduled an appointment, and then I get a call about the wheels I picked they did not have them and he could not order. He offered me some wheels and was ready to schedule a new appointment. He was very rude when I was asking details about them but I wanted to know what they were putting on my car! So I went ahead and scheduled it and did more research online.Sure enough I went into my apointment and they tell me 20 minutes later that the wheels that were ordered do not fit my car (I have four lugs they were 5 lugs). This guy I believe his name was Frank, super nice! He worked with me and wanted to know what this fellows name was but he never told me. I was more than happy to wait for the proper wheels with his kind customer service.When I went in to pick up my car, the one and only office lady who is always there (and not always pleasant) starts flicking my keys at the auto technician and I notice it when im waiting in line. She continues to flick them at him and hes confused asking her what she wants and then walks away to continue talking on the phone.He then comes to me and apologizes for her being rude!!! Then he has to ask me what is going on with my car because he wasnt The guy I talk to on the phone.I understand the frustration of the situation but I did everything I was suppose to do. I know how to read tires and Ive been ordering wheels and tires on all my vehicles for years. I understand people make mistakes and its hard to know what youre ordering over the phone; But im not going to pay you 600$ for terrible customer service that isnt a one time thing. I will be going to Beggs from now on and I hope they start to like their job a little more!!!

Brought my car in to get a flat repaired and after the work was done. Eli gave me a call and asked me where I wanted the key put. I told him to put it in the drivers side sun visor, but when I got off work to get my car the key wasnt where I told him I wanted it. Im not happy with the service that I received today

Came in for an alignment which they said I needed after I swapped my winter tires. Two weeks ago when I had my tires swapped they said my breaks and everything else looked great, but now they say I need breaks and rotors and new bearings. Went in for a hundred dollar alignment trying to up sell me1000 dollars of work. Also would not tell me how much my alignment was off, inconsistent information I do not trust these people to work on my car. I will be staying with the other locations that Ive been to.
I had a great experience in here. I was greeted at my car by a very friendly employee, he then looked at my tire and decided since the wire was showing I would definitely need a new one. He then looked in the used tire section and found one to fit my car. I told him I would have to wait until payday to get it since I didn’t have the money at the time, he then proceeded to talk with his manager and got me the tire that day and made it able for me to come back and pay it on payday! Excellent service and so willing to help you stay safe!

I love Les Schwab! They always make everything okie dokie pokie again! They are super fast, super nice, super helpful and always on point with exactly what needs to be done! They have amazing recommendations and have mastered the balance of explaining what is super important and not pressuring me into doing something that I might not totally need at the moment. I truly feel like they genuinely have my best interest in mind and that I am not just another dollar sign! Thanks so much!Theyre currently complying with all of the CDCs recommendations, including social distancing, providing hand sanitizer along with requiring masks on both the employees and the customers.

Quality tires, quality personnel, quality service, and all while you wait in a clean, warm environment with a clean restroom, television, and free popcorn. Free tire rotation every 5000 miles, and they check your brakes too...for FREE!! What else do you need?
Wow, talk about service! I was on a trip with a low pressure fifth wheel tire. I pulled into the commercial truck bay for help. The guys there, who were busting out their own work, stopped and checked my rig. Pumped up that tire, and 300 miles later it still is great

Had a blowout on truck while returning home from visiting nephew. Waited for over two hours on side of freeway for AAA because they had to send second tow truck. Had been tires placed on truck to get back on the road. The Les Schwab tire center was very busy so we were there for quite some time. They did have popcorn which was nice and a clean and comfortable area to wait. Rest rooms were clean. I cant say much about the price of replacement tire as it was my sisters truck. She did say that they have her credit for the old tires even though they were years old and the price of the new tires were reasonable .

I have been a Schwab customer most of my life. However the Albany location is a very poor representation of this company. I have been back several times because I keep hoping maybe it was just a bad experience. But after 7 or 8 bad experiences in a row I have to conclude it is just this location. This location just doesnt have the service I have come to expect from Schwab, I have even been mislead or outright lied to on more than one occasion. Fantastic company as a whole, but do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

New Years Eve, a flat tire on freeway on the way back to Seattle! Got to Albany on spare a few minutes after closing time. Terry, I believe was his name, was nothing but nice. All the staff was! No grumbling though it was time to go home. They were doing emergency repairs only. Got our tire right in. It was dead unfortunately but the quote was fair for a new one. My husband was going to put the new tire on in the parking lot so the guys could get home. But the staff insisted he not be out in the cold and they put the tire on quickly. They were patient, professional and smiled thru it all. Wish I could remember all their names..Ryan rang us up, correct quote, super nice not rushing and wished us a safe trip home. Mathew was great figuring out our problem. The whole staff was great with us. We will be doing more business with this location in the future. It was a bit of a wait but they were all working very hard to get everybody done and back on the road. They were all patient and very nice. The trip home was so much nicer.

Other then not letting you make an appointment for getting your tires rotated when there is a two hour wait or even putting your name on the list so the only option is to wait for two hours just to have them start. That and some times there prices are a little on the high side, some times, other then those two things Albany Les Schwab is great. I love all the staff. There so kind and try so hard in general and try so hard to be as fast as possible. They have always done great work and if anything is not right they fix it no problem, no questions asked or any complaints. I just love them and there work they do for my family. And having an account has really been a life saver. Not having enough money when a tire pops no problem, put it on the account and make small payments. Les Schwab literally is a life saver. Thank you all for your kind attitudes and great work.

Ive updated my rating up to 2-stars, because two years is a long time to wait before responding to someone, but I do appreciate the initiative.I was frustrated over my experience. That incident was something Ive never had to deal with at any Les Schwab before. I believe that its an extremely poor reflection on a company when employees cant even wait for someone to leave before they start talking negatively to their other co-workers over their own mistake. As I was walking away the co-workers the guy was talking with started laughing, so I updated my review later that night.Since that happened I havent returned to your store, nor do I have any intention to. Theres far too many options available to tolerate that type of behavior, and while it might not seem significant to some, thats at least a couple thousand dollars a year going somewhere else.Thank you for reaching out, but respectfully Im going to have to decline the offer. Theres not much you can say or do to change my opinion at this point.___Edit #1:Ive dropped my rating to 1 star because they werent smart enough to realize how loud they were talking. A word of advice, If youre going to trash talk your customers over your own mistake the least you could do is make sure theyre outside of your store first.___Original:I recently purchased four new tires at this location, and after the tires were mounted I noticed damage to the center cap of my rim. My rim started making an obnoxious flapping sound, and because of the way it was cracked it caused excessive vibrations from that tire when I was driving.I made it a few miles down the road before turning around. An employee came out with me and inspected the rim, and he agreed that it was their fault which was evident by fresh plastic. Then he told me theyd give me a call when they found a replacement.I will bump this location up to four stars after I receive the replacement, but I cant say this location deserves 5 stars, because the employee responsible should have owned up to it in the first place. If I hadnt caught it right away they could have caused more damage to my vehicle and I would have had to pay for it.

I went in and asked for an inspection of my suspension because I specifically said that I believe my control arms are shot. They did the inspection and told me my suspension and control arms are perfect I just need an alignment by an Audi specialist.I schedule an appointment and take off half a days work to get an alignment 2 hours away at the specialist and they immediately show me that all of my control arms are nearly completely snapped in half and they can’t do an alignment / I shouldn’t even be driving the car at this point.edit: I dont really see any reason to discuss it with anyone. Im not trying to call any specific workers out and jeopardize their job / income.It was just very irritating and I will be bringing my vehicles elsewhere

They try to push new tires on a person even when you just need a repair I had to tell them either you can fix my tire or I will go figure something else out and then they said fine I will see what we can do
This is the place where I get all of the front end work done on my car.They have always been able to do the work when they say they will, and have never had a problem getting the right parts for my car. I have a car that some types of parts can be very difficult or in possible to get.I am very thankful for Les Schwabs professional work on my car.
