These people are amazing. We called everywhere for a tire that was leaking air. Everyone was booked. They offered to take a look and after 20 minutes, had us back on the road. Very nice, incredibly friendly staff. Don’t look anywhere else, just go here!

I will never bring my car anywhere else unless it is a warranty issue and I need to bring it to the dealership. Chris is excellent! He is very honest and he keeps his word. They are very fair here and they are very friendly. It has taken me awhile to find a mechanic I trust in Albany and this is the one for me. I highly recommend these people!

Would never do service with This Business. They past my last employers vehicle for inspection and then i was in an accident with same vehicle due to lack of brakes Because they failed to do their job and check the brakes to see if they Needed to be replaced When they did their New York State inspection. Luckily I was only doing 10 miles an hour or a woman and child could have gotten very hurt due to this companys lack of effort And care when it comes to their work on vehicles.

I am giving McCarthy 3 stars because I mostly had good experiences there. However, last October I brought my car in to be inspected, and they told me they couldnt pass it because window tinting had to be taken off. They claimed not to know where I could get it taken off. They also changed the oil and within a month, the oil was leaking due to some kind of hole in the oil pan, and the engine was almost ruined. I am now nervous that wherever I get the car inspected this year is going to mess it up somehow. I am writing this review because I feel like McCarthy should know how that experience a whole year ago is still bothering me. Maybe they were under different management or something. My experiences prior to that were good.

I came in to get an oil change with a group. The groupon stated it came with oil change, standard filter, tire rotation and multi point inspection. They did bother to air my tires however but werent bothered to put the valve caps back on all but 1 of the tires. I asked if they rotated my tires and he said I didnt specify that which is incorrect. I specified what the groupon was for when the counter clerk said that a bla bla bla in the computer. The oil was still changed (I hope) but the other stuff was not completed.

The staff @ McCarthy Tire is always professional and always explain the vehicle problem in laymen terms.Excellent work .

Not to happy was told work would be done same day I showed up at 415 with cash to pay and place was locked up phones off ... I guess I walk home and take tomorrow off without pay !!! Very unprofessional
