Worst experience at Mazda Services. Dropped my car off for a whole week and never got offered a courtesy vehicle. My car is under warranty and they won’t fix it because it’s supposedly rodent damage. Ok fine but they give my car back with this huge stain and not fixing the material back to its normal spot, rodent dropping on my seat, left garbage in my car and didn’t have the paperwork ready when I gave them a time to pick up my car, very upset and will never be coming back to purchase a car or get anything done to my vehicle. On top of that a month after I purchased my car, my oil light was going on and off so I check the oil, NO OIL IN MY CAR. Very disappointed with this company.
I had a service appointment here and they were very prompt and skilled. Ill definitely come back.
Drive your car directly into the service bay.✅ When I brought my car in, immediately they were able to top off my windshield wiper fluid and check my battery.❌ they charged me for a service that was included in my warranty❌ when I asked them to double check, they pulled up the wrong information. They pulled up somebody elses warranty information- for a completely different car❌ i have to jump through hoops and call 10 different times to get a refund. The person assigned to give me a refund is either, not picking up, not in office, or not returning my voicemailMazda, you had so much potential.
