I can’t say enough about this company. Just when I thought all customer service was dead, The Glass Man showed me there are still businesses that go above and beyond. I had to have my windshield replaced. I called a competitor and they said it would be a few weeks to get me in, my windshield wasn’t in stock IN SALEM! I called the Glass Man, they communicated with my insurance company and were able to get me in THE NEXT DAY!! Not only that, they gave me a loaner so I could go home while they worked on my car. Just outstanding! Would go back to them without hesitation. And they did an A+ job!

More then satisfied of their performance.Cleaned glass out if door. Was gentle taking off trim and door panels. Over all I highly recommend them for auto glass repair.

I got my windshield replaced for $50 through insurance. Jake was extremely helpful and courteous, my windshield was replaced within a couple hours and looks good a new! Definitely recommend and I’m excited to use The Glass Man in the future!

I went in thinking it would take a day and might cost me well over a thousand, but my experience was quite the opposite. He gave me a quote and I made an appointment that next day. It costed me around $300 dollars to replace my front windshield an took about 2 hours. Truly a great experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I would highly recommend the Glass Man. I worked with both Jake and Matt. Very nice and professional. After trying a couple different shops through my insurance who couldn’t seem to find the right windshield or call me back, I finally tried The Glass Man. Jake was able to order the right windshield no problem and fit me in to their busy schedule. The day after they replaced my windshield, I ended up getting another rock chip. They fit me in the same morning to fill it. If you have a choice, choose The Glass Man!

The day before this post, my car had been broken into with glass shattered all over the place on the rear driver side. After numerous calls with multiple auto glass companies (8 total) and comparing rates, no one had the part of my car in stock until days later or even next week. Their rates were more expensive then The Glass Man as well. I called my insurance company and they directed me to The Glass Man, which was nearby. Jake told me that they can source in the part the next morning, which was less than 24 hours of when my car was broken into. He got the part very quickly compared to other companies, and created an easy experience for me. Jake kindly helped me out throughout the process, and I will tell you that he is a great and honest guy who enjoys getting to know the customer, while getting the job done. The laughs we made and stories we’ve told made me realized that he is a humble guy. I am from California, and I moved over to Oregon to attend school last winter quarter, so I dont really know much people around me. I decided to skip my class early in the morning just to drop off the car, and Jake asked if I had another ride, or when Ill be back. I told him that I had no ride and he kindly offered to drive me back to school to attend my morning classes and will pick me up when the car is done; stress-free. Update: its 2021, Ive been using these guys for ten years now. They rock. Cant recommend enough. They take really good care of you. They treat you like an individual person, not just a customer using their services.Update: 3 years later I still love this place. I love it so much that when I lived in Portland for a year I drove south just to take my car to them, and so did my father. They stand behind their work and always make sure you are taken care of.These guys are so nice and so great. They will take you to work/school after you drop your car off and deliver your car to you later in the day. They will also come to your house! They also stand behind their work 100%. They will get the glass in for your car (if they dont already have it) lightning fast. I live half an hour away and I make the trip out to them anyway because they are so awesome.

Shout out to Jake and his crew for excellent service - timely, responsive, honest. Turns out the chip on my new (to me) car had already been filled so there was NO CHARGE. Davis Glass wanted $50 up front just to look at it. I will definitely be calling The Glass Man next time I actually need a repair :)

Out Standing Service. Seriously. My son that is attending OSU was taking a friend to the train station in Albany had a little mishap and his cars windshield took the brunt of damage. The car had to be towed unfortunately and was costing $60 a day until my wife and I could drive up from Medford to have the damage assessed and repaired. Jake at the Glass man offered to have the car towed to his shop and have the windshield replacement helping us save hundreds the tow company was going to charge us. He was able to find a genuine Subaru heated windshield and have it ready to pick up in just a few days. The new windshield looks and fits terrific. Jake was terrific at sending pictures to us and keep us updated on the work the whole time. Truthfully one of the easiest auto repair processes I have ever had. Paul

He never answered his phone both times we tried and we even left a voicemail and nothing. So we had Mid-Vally Auto Glass redo the windshield in my car and denny was so amazing and the only one to do any window in any of my cars/trucks in the future.

Because I wasnt home an hour and a half before my appointment, they did not show up at all. Will never call them or recommend them.

I called several other locations in the area and they are the least expensive. Besides that, I have used them a couple of times now and they are fast and extremely accomidating. Hopefully, I wont need to replace another wind shield, but if I do, I will continue to return here.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Had this guy come out and replace the windshield on my truck; he did not replace the cowling seal after he replaced the window, which is safety concern because it actually helps direct the water to the wipers. We tried to make contact numerous times to see if he could come back out to look at his mistake. We actually did get a hold of him once where he said he would come out and fix it, he never showed up, and seems to not return calls at all since. Its going to cost me $80 to replace these two seals which is BS. Either way avoid this company and go someplace else for your own good.Edit: They also failed to properly reattach my review mirror which fell off when I went to adjust it. Poor service and laziness, plain and simple.

Had to have rear window replaced in my husbands truck, and so glad I went to the glass man, very friendly staff, and great work.

Woke up to our rear window of our car smashed in... had went to liability ins.to save $ so needed to get rear window & have installed. B&R auto wrecking told us $50 for rear window & for $30 more would include the rubber seal.( would never give them buisness again!) The seal was no good. The glass man team included the rear seal for no extra charge! Would defintly go to them again!Thanks guys! You rock!!
