I needed to replace my window from a recent break in and was looking for the cheapest price. I called Velocity and spoke to a man named John. He gave me an estimate that was above what i wanted to pay but after explaining how broke i was he referred me to a more affordable shop. When an employee doesnt care about making the sale and just wants to help a customer in need, thats when i know they are true to the business. I told John id prefer to work with him and he met me at a price that was very reasonable. Great customer service, fast, helpful and nice! I hope i dont have to replace a window ever again but if i do, I will be going back and will recommend this place to everyone!

Because they were fast, very professional with their work, I had I small dent on the front windshield, man Honestly I never seen before how effective this repair can be, prevents from run cracks every where on the windshield.
