These guys have been extremely helpful, flexible, and quick. Throughout a sequence of repairs (U-joint and grease fitting related) they’ve given advice, worked with my schedule, and done it all quickly and for way less than I was expecting. I’ve also been able to watch them interact with other customers since I’ve been here, and I cannot more highly recommend this shop.Ask for Bobby, but as far as I’ve seen they’re all good dudes.

Worst place ever. Took my car for an alignment they told me the price and they give me an appointment, took my car, when i pick it up i ask the guys if the alignment wasnt gonna mess up my back tires no more and he gave me a weird look like the back tires he said it should be fine. I got out before i got to my car i google alignment for front and back, thats when i figure out they mess up and did the front alignment, went back inside all they said is youll have to pay another 63dlls for the back ones. They never asked if i need it the front or back done, they never apologized for doing the wrong side, i felt cause im a woman and i didnt know they took advantage of me. They knew they made a mistake by not asking and make me feel it was my fault. I would defenetly never going back. I will post it on my fb too

The Mastertune professionals are everything you want and need in a shop. They will do as much or as little as you want done to your vehicle and are perfectly transparent with what your vehicle needs are. I’ve visited these guys three times and all three visits the vehicle was dropped off, diagnosed and called within the hour and work was accomplished within minutes/hours as opposed to hours/days.

Long story short. A/C work done on vehicle . Supposedly work was tripple checked. Drove vehicle less than 10 minutes a overheated vehicle one alternator belt wrapped around the fan and fan clutch the other belt is missing ribs. I replaced parts. Took vehicle back . Waste of time lots of excuses. A/C does not work yet. Will I take back for warranty. Probably not cannot afford more broken parts on my vehicle.

I had Master Tune replace a leaking A/C Service Port and recharge my A/C system. The technician was on time, knowledgeable, and performed the requested work quickly. He explained the cost breakdown of the service before doing any work (I really appreciate this aspect specifically, thanks) and I found their prices to be very reasonable.

I love Master Tune & Lube. I know I can trust them with my car. They are always straight up and check everything! I have been trusting them for a couple years now.

We are traveling from Arizona to Arkansas and had come into town finding out we needed brakes. BAD! The gentleman I spoke with was so kind with me over the phone and got us in as soon as we got there, Replaced our brakes and got us back on the road in no time! EXTREMELY FAST!!!!Full service oil change with an air filter change took 20 minutes max. AND THEY HAD TO ORDER THE FILTER FROM AN AUTO SUPPLY STORE!!!

Jeep wouldnt star today, I called Shaun and the guys at Master Tune and they got me in right away. Had my Jeep fixed in a few hours. Very honest and reasonable rates. I highly recommend them for any repairs or routine maintenance.

I have always gone to Walmart here in Alamogordo for oil changes. Today Walmart was very busy and was out of synthetic oil. So I came over to master tune and lube. They were very friendly and the service was very fast! I was in and out within about 20 minutes.The price was great I will definitely be coming back.

We needed some work done on our car still the last minute before a car trip the next day and called master tune and lube, they were wonderful, they took us right away, pleasant, and not expensive, thank you master tune and lube you guys rock

Absolutely exceptional. Stumbled upon these guys when I needed a couple of pre-purchase inspections done. Saved me from buying one potential problem car, and got me in a good vehicle the second time. For the second vehicle they said it didnt need anything.... Ive never heard a mechanic say that. I asked if there was anything minor I could do for the car to at least give them some business. They quoted me ~$200 installed for a RR shock (on a large SUV) and estimated 45 min. Came for my appointment after they ordered the part, was IN and OUT in less than 30 min and only cost ~$165. They also make great recommendations for businesses in town if the work is outside their specialty... such as stereos, tires, etc.
