Sales person very friendly, but they didnt have what I needed and I went elsewhere.

Nice staff, they fixed a defective instrument by returning it to the manufacturer and had them repaired it because of quality control on the manufacturers part.

Went during the day to have a saxaphone repaired, fully expecting to have to leave it and they said they could repair it right away if we could wait for 15 minutes. We took them up on their offer. Cost was very reasonable. They also gave us a couple of tips on proper care. Nice to do service with a locally owned company. GREAT service.

Staff member was very friendly and I felt he was very knowledgeable. I went to rent my son an instrument for school after already being turned away from another music/ instrument location. I was dissapointed that I would have to inform my son I couldnt rent him an instrument. But because of Taylor band, I was able to bring 1 home to him. Thank you

Nice music store that offers a variety of instruments, supplies, and books. They also have a bunch of private rooms where lessons are given, which they offer lessons for several types of instruments.

Will take my daughters flute every time. Erin and Justin are the best. They do lessons and sell new and used instruments. All used are tested and fixed and cleaned.

They were great got the old flute all ready for the second daughter to start playing in about 10 day! And wasnt near as expensive as i expected! Very freindly and honest

Very disappointed. My son wanted to learn an instrument, walked to the door and noticed the No Concelaed Weapons sign. I have my CHL and I only patronize places that dont restrict legal carriers. Im sure that criminal cares about your sign.

I called this business ahead of time to ask what was needed to rent an instrument. I brought everything the man on the phone told me I needed and when we got there, the employee working informed me that Id been given bad information. I wasted time and gas driving there because they were incompetent. We ended up renting my daughters instrument elsewhere and had no issues with common sense with the employees at the second store we went to.
