Item I needed wasnt on the shelf. I asked a staff member who was restocking if the item was there. She found what I needed with no issue. Very professional and friendly.

Its depressing. Shelves are bare. No carts..several people I talked to are saying the same. On a good day there are 3 cashiers plus self checkouts. I hate seeing this happening. Breaks my heart.

If I could give this pharmacy ZERO stars I would. The pharmacy wait times for much needed prescriptions are absolutely insane. I waited hours for a call back for a refill on one of my prescriptions and at that point I waited until the next day to pick them up. Yesterday I picked up a prescription and realized there was only HALF of my normal 30 day supply so I came back today 10/01/2021 and brought up this issue (I had already spoken to my doctor who sent through the full amount & my insurance covered the full amount) and was greeted with a snide remark about how I only take half the dose so I was given half the amount. Not true lol I take half the dose TWICE A DAY. This woman literally tried to argue about it with me. Mistakes happen and I’m understanding of that but don’t argue with me when you’re the one who made the mistake. I’m also very patient when I can see they’re busy. I’m not a pharmacist so of course I don’t know why it takes a long time so I try to be understanding when it comes down to the wait times, but come on? It should never take hours for 1 bottle of medicine and I’m over it. Work on your insane wait times & have a sit down with some of your technicians about their posh attitudes.

Beautiful clean store. Lines were really long for checking out. Not my regular store so Im not sure if thats a problem on a regular basis or just staffing issues because of the covid thing. GO BACK TO WORK people!!! Lots of businesses seem to be having staffing issues now. Well everyone wanting to change things up, now is a good time to try something new.

First time Id ever been to Acme. Really nice employees, helpful. Thought I was going to see the Coyote making purchases in yet more attempts on the Road Runners life. LOL.

The only place I love to shop !! The only downfall is they hire the younger crowd outta high school and some of them need to work on their customer service skills

Ive shopped here for 10 years and the produce is terrible. Generally not worth your time to even pick through.Also, often sale items dont ring up correctly so it can be hard to tell what something really costs.Staff is pretty good...a lot of high schoolers in and out so service can be hit or miss but generally its been great. Long time staff is amazing.

The food is always fresh. Lots of items to you cant find in other grocery stores. Check out is not long-lined.

One of my preferred Acme locations. A very well maintained grocery store, with none of the fancy frills and gimmicks so many stores seem to be adding.Very large deli and prepared foods counter. The fried chicken is excellent!Nice bakery with fresh products.Large produce section.Small meat counter, but there are a number of fresh proteins.A large liquor section in the store that carries a really good selection.I find the pricing to be very high and thats why Im rating 4 stars.

Got in fast was disappointed at their pie selection compared to other Acmes, which was my primary purpose. They had quite a few Marie Calendars but only 3 Edwards. Check out was quick.

With all of the new employees in the pharmacy I switched to Walgreens Im tried of not getting half of the medications that were called in!!!!!

Better then Acme 1 and they do not make you go to another register when the cashier has been watching you standing there with a cart of groceries 20 minutes and tells me go get in another line he is going to break. Needless to say, I walked out and went to Acme on East Ave and was treated like a Princess and they did not pull any funny business at all. I was also shocked at how rude, disrespectful, and down right lazy the new kids on the block are today. What really made me upset is Fred Albright had been a family friend for decades and he is the one who stole my Grandmother from Portage Country Club to be his bakery chef (until her retirement) before Acme 1 was even built and to see such disrespectful individuals representing Acme 1 and then treating loyal life long shoppers like garbage really makes me sad 😥.

The current staff is pretty good. I mostly interact with the cashiers. The store is pretty clean and over all has decent product selection. Why three stars? Their produce is absolutely terrible, verging on garbage sometimes and it isnt even inexpensive. I dont know if the produce manager is just buying bottom of the barrel stuff or doesnt know what product rotation is (I suspect a little of both).

Great place to shop. Love their meats. Beer Selection is great. Love that they have a liquor store as part of their store. Its a one stop shop for most things.

Usually this Acme is my go-to as it is close and convenient, however for the last 6 or so months everything on their shelves has been expired. Even to the point where some things are MONTHS past expiration. I have had to return several items after getting home and realizing they are no good. START PUTTING OUT FRESH FOOD ON YOUR SHELVES AND STOP SELLING THINGS THAT ARE EXPIRED!!!

This is a great in and out grocery if you come at the right time of day. They have a good deli as well and their wraps are very tasty. Also they carry my dogs favorite chew treats.

I love this Acmes selection of Vegan and Vegeterian foods. Just behind the vegetable section they carry many varieties of milk. Oat milk, Almond milk with several flavors. I Prefer the Almond with Bananas. They offer salads like tahini, couscous etc. Sometimes the vegetables arent supper fresh just be sure to check them. They also offer organics. The store offers many meat options and breads bagels cakes etc. at the instore bakery. The Acme is always clean! They do use separator at the checkout. There is also a place to buy flowers and balloons. When you walk in both side of the aisle is filled with sale items. The staff is friendly and helpful. Im thinking the selection is so diverse because of the area that is served....Green.

Stopped to purchase flowers on the way to the cemetery. There was no one in the florist area, however, one of the cashiers invited me over to their station. I appreciated her help.

Nice employees but way too over priced. And I lost my phone and they were closing and when I went back the manager wouldnt even open the door to speak to me let alone let me try to find my phone. But I called and talked to the night shift guy and he looked for it and found it right away.

The people who work here are really nice. The prices are a kind of high, but overall I had a good experience.

I love Acme! The sales on pop are great! The bakery is is awesome, my little one loves to pick out his own donut! They have so many things on sale and the food club brand is excellent you cant beat the prices!

The produce was the WORST I have ever seen and I have been going there for 30 years...The blue barries actually had MOLD on them along with the cherries..The prices are always HI so that is why I will stay with MARCS in Springfield for the better prices and the produce is MUCH better...Also there are installing a new dellie there now and will be opening soon...

Yes this is my go-to grocery store. I believe everybody knows about the meat that they have on sale. Can get rather crowded. If I ask my girlfriend to go to the grocery store she knows where were going. I would probably go to any Acme. This particular one her location is closest to my home. The store has a novelty of a giant fish hanging in the entrance way. And it has a place to buy fishing lures. I like the uniqueness. Just take one look at Acme in green and you can see the uniqueness of the store.

I dont get much out of this deli, but went today to get some jojos. stood there for over 5 minutes with 4 ppl behind the counter and do you think 1 person would wait on me. had to go to giant eagle to get what i wanted. its sad, this is the 3rd time this has happened to me. i spend alot of money in this store. i will go to a different place for the deli goods from now on.

Well I am particularly atracked to this store in Ohio because my oldest daughter is bakery manager. The store is spotless and the staff are very friendly plus the prices are very reasonable.

Mixed results with curbside. The substitutions are sometimes mystifying. Going in the store, early hours has been good however. Shelves are stocked and its not crowded.

That was the worst chicken and jojos coleslaw everything tasted so bad Ive never had bad chicken now I have. Tho Ive always gone to giant eagle think thats where Ill stay shopping now on

I love this Acme location. Its my go-to grocery store. I thought I lost my phone in the store one day and a lady at customer service called it to help me find it. Which I did! On another occasion I was looking for a particular kind of liquor to make a cocktail recipe. I asked what appeared to be a higher-up manager, he was very knowledgeable and quickly showed me where to look. The staff is very helpful and courteous, and they have nearly everything I need on a weekly basis as someone with dietary restrictions (dairy free and gluten free).

For starters the liquor is located convienently dead center of the store so that you cant miss it walking in if your day has directed you to that intent. If life itself hasnt persuaded you to entertain the liquor section yet then atleast the assessability from all angles of the store allows access for whenever the stress from the darn grocery store and/or its prices have finally pushed you.
