The cashiers were so nice and helpful and got my pick up order in no time! The pick up feature in the app made it so easy to just go to the store when ready and get my item and go! So simple.

From the time my daughter was small I learned that target exchanges gently used and even stained cat and Jack close for a merchandise card. I’ve been doing this for at least six months now. As some thing gets worn out, I take it in, return it as long as it’s within a year, and then I end up getting her new clothes. Like I said, I’ve done this repeatedly and there was never an issue. Now, all of a sudden, I’m trying to exchange out her clothes and they are telling me that it can only be if there is a factory error or in brand new condition. The type of rules that would be if I was returning a never used item. This was never the stipulation before. I was specifically told that the item can be outgrown, damaged, or in perfect condition… As long as I had proof of purchase, I could return the cat and jack item to pick out new ones. This was my whole purpose for shopping target clothing because I thought it was amazing that they took the clothing back and I believe donated it or some thing but I’m not 100% sure. Now I will be shopping elsewhere. How do you change the rules after they’ve been accepting my things all of this time and all of a sudden I can’t do what I’ve been doing .

They are a bunch of thieves, today they sold me a PlayStation 5 took my money but when it was time to pick the item up they no longer had it in stock. One of the employees canceled my order and took the system for themselves from what I’ve been told by a reliable source

I love Target. Always bright, clean, and welcoming. Theyre consistently priced 1-2 cent higher than their main competitor which is comical. Drive up service is AMAZING with no $35 minimum like some other places.

The Target pick up experience has been the best one yet. Orders are brought out quickly and the staff is always polite. The app makes it easy to let the staff know you are on your way and what type of vehicle to look for. I still feel like I am shopping aimlessly at Target, which I love to do, but get to do it from my home!

Marked my online order as ready for pickup, so I drove 15 minutes there to get it. When I got there, it was canceled due to a technical issue. Which is it? The target website chat is broken, so Ill never know.

I had called in before I went to the store explained my banking issue and spoke with a person who said “ that’s fine we can override it” so I went into the store and the blue haired girl in the returns who then called another girl over where they mumbled for a few minutes and then told me that the previous guy isn’t right and they can’t override it. I called in spoke to a manager and they didn’t care. I called corporate and had a report sent to the department manager.I was mostly upset because I was mislead on information and when I expressed concern no one cared or is going to coach whoever is wrong.I shop at target as a whole once a week every week and I’m just going to take my business to Amazon or Walmart or whoever sells the same products.

This is so convenient! I usually do drive up but today i wanted to get out of the house and have a little break. I am almost positive there was training going on today as one woman was showing another how to scan and where to look for the product. My box of wipes seemed to be open so she even counted to make sure all were there. Even with training it was a smooth transaction and very efficient and they were both very nice. You have a great staff at this Target & i hardly shop anywhere else :)

They Were Quick And Loaded With Ease

I went here to buy an air fryer but when I got it home it had some sort of leftover food inside! Uh oh! It was covered with oatmeal. I couldn’t believe my eyes. I thought “Dang it!” So today I brought it back to the store. I’m thinking “how do they know I wasn’t the oatmeal culprit??” To my surprise the kind person at the return counter didn’t even bat an eye. She returned it, apologized, and it was as simple as that. All of that worrying, tossing and turning, for nothing. I got all my money back!! Every penny! Pretty nice right? Not bad huh? I happened to make the trip with my friend. We started in the women’s clothing section. Boy oh boy is target really stepping up their game. Cute clothes after cute clothes. I’m talkin style, fashion, the works. My friend and I did not initially plan to buy clothes. I bet you can guess what happened. Our cart filled up just like that. My friend picked a few tops from the women’s section. We ventured to the men’s section where we found a couple gems. (We’re girls, but we can still buy men’s clothes, ya know?) After the men’s section, we walked back to the socks. Are you looking for socks with quirky designs? Target has em. We ended up in the home furniture and decor aisles. My friend really needed a small rest and low and behold there was a fancy chair on display where she could take that breather. We picked some tea and candy and pb cookies on our way back to the check out area. But along the way, the bright beckoning lights from the cosmetic aisles lured us in. My friend knew of this type of lipgloss with tiny flowers inside. We wanted the peach scent, however is was jam packed full of the tiny flowers. We were pretty bummed because it just didn’t look at good as the lipglosses that were not packed full of tiny flowers! So we unfortunately settled on the watermelon. Which is really a fun summer flavor if you think about it. Not really a bad flavor at all then really. Summer is coming after all. In the end we were happy with the decision we made. We chose self check out. Everything we were purchasing had a barcode, THANK GOD. Except the last item: the lipgloss. Barnacles. Luckily there was a employee with cute glasses on who was able to look it up lickety split, on her handy dandy employee device. That about wraps it up. Alls I gotta say is, nice place.

Very poor experience. Ordered an item online for pickup. I had a customer hold me an hour and half late at my job so I was running behind. I called at 9 to let them know I won’t be there until 945. Got there at 945 and decided to look in electronics for a moment before I pick up my items. Everyone I came across made sure to tell me how long until they closed and acted like I was a nuisance. The store was still open. I gave the person my order number at service and 4 or 5 people standing there like they were just annoyed with my presence. Some folks may have had a rough day there but you’re in customer service. If you don’t like it, leave.

Love the drive up. I work in the medical field and have to wear a mask all day. Nice not having to park the car and put it on again to run into the store.

Very friendly and helpful. Only ONE check out person that had her mask down on her chin while checking people out ...She called me over to check out and I called her on it. Touching her face, etc and then handling items checking out. PLEASE remind employees to cover their nose, as well. A little more effort can make a big difference.

There are items in stock that I prefer all over the store, mostly grocery and home cleaning.

Poor customer experience. I placed an online order and when I parked in one of the pick-up parking spots to get my order I was asked by an off duty employee (plain clothes) to move my car because those spots were only for orders done through the app with the drive thru option.Okay, I didnt understand why but instead of debating it I moved my car. She then went to her car that was parked in the same area and left.Online orders dont count but employees can park there? Failed it.

A homeless family was in the parking lot playing music, holding a sign needing help. The Target manager approached the family ordering them to leave the area. The family was not in front of Target property. Shameful, the insensitivity, abhorrent behavior this female Target manager exhibited toward this homeless family.

Same day delivery is 5-star. Due to breaking my foot, shopping is tough. Target uses Shipt for Same Day Deliveries. At first I didnt know what to expect. But the shoppers/drivers text you when they start shopping, text you with photos of alternatives if something is out of stock, text when theyre done asking if you want to add anything, tell you when theyre checking out, when theyre on their way, and when theyve delivered. Really great service!

Incredibly Clean, Neat and Organized. The floor absolutely sparkles its so amazingly clean. I love shopping in this store. Its not necessary to hunt through racks for your size, all the racks are organized by size and not overstuffed, nor is there ever clothes on the floor or draped over the racks. I am always greeted as soon as I enter the store. I love it!

Followed, very obviously, by security while trying to find a backpack for travel. I go to your store to spend my hard-earned money but instead get followed by security constantly, resulting in not purchasing what I want in there for. Felt as if my business was not wanted and that I was a convicted criminal or as if I had stolen from there before. I HAVE NEVER STOLEN A THING IN MY LIFE. I don’t appreciate being made to feel that way, and I don’t appreciate being followed so obviously. And not just your red shirt employee, your actual staff with security shirts. Almost from the time I walked in the store until the time I walked out the door. My family already has stopped shopping at your stores due to your bathroom policies, but I decided to give you a chance. NEVER AGAIN. You will NOT receive another cent of my money ever again. One more thing, you should train your staff to follow people that ARE ACTUALLY STEALING. Because I can guarantee, while they were wasting their time following me, someone else was in there getting away with your stuff undetected.

Excellent service. There’s no minimum I need to buy. I have ms and can’t do a lot of walking it’s nice to not have to spend a specific amount of money on stuff I really don’t need to do a pickup order.

I live about the same distance to this target and the the next closest one and I prefer to go to this particular store. I feel like it is more organized and the employees here are more helpful. There is only one grocery item that this one does not carry that the other location does but other than that, I prefer this store over the rest for its convenience, selection, and service

I enjoy any Target very much. But, this Location is quite nice and the staff is always courteous and helpful. However, even before the holiday season, items are somewhat sparse... It seems as if theres never much stock on the shelves. Otherwise, it still is a nice location.

As a regular shopper here because I live very close, I see trends happening here. More and more often I find that items I buy regularly are out of stock, not just the first time I look for it, but 2, 3, 4 or more weeks later, an empty shelf where the item used to be. I also see more often the aisles crowded with carts filled with product to be stocked, but no one around to do the stocking. Finally check out lines keep getting longer and longer.

I came in early and the the young man who greeted me told me that the carts were just cleaned. The store was well kept and safety guidelines were in place.

I was asked today by the cashier if I would be using my EBT card.. 1) I feel more knowledgeable now that I know what that is. 2) I guess my husband is right.. Throwing on athleisure wear, heading to Target, grabbing a Starbucks, and loitering in every aisle probably prompts concern that I might be homeless. 3) I would recommend that the cashiers don’t ask people if they’re paying with food stamps- even tho this made for a funny story in my book.

This place is very very expensive. I have gone here a few times because they do carry a lot of things that Walmart and other stores dont carry. Like they have raspberry Pis here, no other store around here has those. But the prices for the smallest thing are 80% more than any other store. Great selection and helpful people, but they are very overpriced.

I am not satisfied with the help in the store. They always seem bothered, not offering help. Now I have had like 2 cashiers in all the years Ive gone, very pleasant, helpful.

Dont wait in line for any of there food like pizza hut. Appatently the target employees are more importsnt than a shopping customer. The attendant just cut me in line and the Austin kid didnt even tell me ill be right with you or anything. Just helped his friend get her food. Wont return to this Target for food. I have never had a horrible Target experience until now. I was treated poorly by three associates the first one was stocking shelves and I just wanted to ask for direction he literally looked me in my face and ignored me never responded. The second associate I knew that she was obviously on her way to leave or come back but I simply needed direction and she looked me in my face and said I’m on break and walked away. The last person I encountered gave me the wrong change and insisted that she had not made a mistake. It was not clean, it was not orderly highly disappointed. There is no reason for unkindness to a person remained polite.

Like most Target stores its big but manageable. Check out is relatively quick and service is both helpful and friendly. Only downside is price - but then again it IS Target.

Customer service reeks. Went to buy a modem and they refused to honor their own ad price. We explained we used the price check and it didnt match the ad price. The cashier tried to make us look ignorant and was arguing with us like we were children. Will never shop there again even if I have gift cards.

I shop the store because of the instore CVS pharmacy but I probably would not otherwise do so. Sometimes some of your pricing is rather alarming.
