I absolutely love my visit at Save-A-Lot.it wasnt claimed. they had just what I needed. the Associates very nice and helpful. You can even get liquor and wine in this Save-A-Lot its amazing.

Prefer this store over the Arlington Road store.. Larger selection of everything and the lady that usually checks my fiance and I out is SO careful about not smashing my groceries by just throwing them all in a cart, which I appreciate beyond words!!

Under new management despit being 24hrs the quality of food matches the prices and savings

I like the store, however it states open 24 hours, so I come out at 11:15pm only to find it closed. What are the current hours of operation? The lack of cashiers is a definite issue. I generally stop for a couple items and wait behind multiple people with full carts, I often give up and go elsewhere. I would shop at the Tallmadge ave location if it had consistent hours and more cashiers available.

This is the place I normally shop. Every once in a while I cant find what I want.. But its got all my staples.. They redid the floor plan, and I still cant adjust, or find those cheap tortilla chips I liked.. (they werent swimming in salt) the vegetable area is great.I stopped coming inside stores during the pandemic and went to only curbside for a year.. But that takes planning and I needed something..Near the end of shopping all the lights went out because of the storm. Lol.. One register still had power, yay. So I could still get my stuff while the staff calmly got others to the door..

Had hamburger on sale, but three days in a row they were out. Terrible management

The experience at this place made me see how others can be disregarded not actually knowing the next persons abilities. When I was just here with a family member buying groceries a female from India did a very harsh look at my family member as if she was to enforce some type of authority over her. As well as being made to wait, something Ive done myself with cashiers when Ive forgot a item. Yet at the same since life is life and it is beautiful smiling, laughing, and enjoying your teams we all have.

I USED toshop here 5/6 nights a week. UPDATE. Since the new owners took over Save-A-Lot it has completely went downhill. Absolute garbage. Completely change store hours and they cant even stay open until the appropriate time. The store on Tallmadge Avenue closes at 11 PM but the staff takes it upon themselves to close at 10 p.m. whenever they feel like it. Used to be a great store to shop at now I wouldnt recommend it to an enemy

Thankful for a 24 hour store during the pandemic when everything else is closed by 10pm. Great location, nicely stocked and store is managed well, friendly professional and efficient service.

They are always understaffed and the cashier was super rude. he was an older gentlemen and got upset with us for bringing something 15 sec late when we checked out. terrible customer service.

This store is looking better every time I go.

Went there July 21, 2021 @3:30 am website said they were open 24 hours. They are not. Sign on the door says 8am - 11pm

I was able to run in and run out and get what needed.

Its a large grocery store with many items that are low cost and the selection is reasonably priced. Its pretty clean and pleasant to shop in.

Being able to stop in at any time if the day is really nice.

Friendly cashiers not in there and got out real quick and the prices was really great I love that store everybody should go to it.

The selection wasnt great but the people working there were super helpful. Im from out of town and didnt know you needed a quarter to unlock the carts and there are no have baskets, the cashier gave me the quarter so I could buy groceries. She also helped me find what I needed.

This is my local Save-A-Lot I used to love to shop here but now I only go here when I have to the prices are becoming astronomical. I am saddened when I see trash all over the place. It sends a message we dont care about our store and we dont care about you. If staff is going to have a smoke break, at least they could busy themselves tidying up.

This place is awesome 24hr. You can get your munchies at 3am. Only problem is they dont sell cigarettes.

Its super inexpensive here! Get my carts loaded for about $100 and eating like royalty for a week. Some might scoff at the discount type grocers but you cant beat the prices, and its pretty good quality generics.. They do carry some name brands, like cereal and munchies. Open 24 hours again! Be sure to bring a quarter for the carts! And bring your own bags or snag a box while shopping, bags are only like 5 cents. Recommend for thrifty eaters!

Customer service is pretty good.. I shop there because it is convenient. And some of the prices are good. However I am big on cleanliness. I do not want to walk in and smell rotten food. I will not shop there until its cleaned.

Great groceries! Fresh fruit, soft bread, cold beer, and even a small selection of wines. The store and parking lot were both clean, and the all three of the employees that I came into contact with on my visit were friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks!

Found everything I needed for my black eyed peas. Not crowded wine I was there, quick out.

It was a good place to shop. save a lot has gone thru more owners than i can phantom and every time a new owner comes into play prices go up.they tend to over hire employees and then take hrs away from veteran employees to give to newbies who then tend to leave after a little while.if prices keep goin up were goin to rename save a lot less.

I like it, selection is okay. If they were more than one lane open at a time, it work be better than okay. Good prices, though do your comparison shopping.. Some items are cheaper at other stores. Dont just look at the price, look at how much youre getting .

A nice and simple grocery store good for grabbing a lot of groceries or just grabbing something by going in and out. Very easy and friendly employees. Overall great place indeed.

Today I went to buy some things that I needed and the cashier Juanita B is her name because she is on the receipt, she treated us very badly and this happens whenever she attends to us the same thing with more people I know I do not buy again and I prefer to go to Another side that shame that such things happen incredible. they lost a client who went every day

Relatively large Save-a-lot. The carts are nice. Good selection. However the produce was covered in fruit flies and when I grabbed a ground beef chub, I touched blood. Cashier piled things on top of our frozen pizza and cracked it.

The fresh fruit and vegetables is my favorite.

Just had to get sum milk and sum snacks..

I am a healthcare worker here to assist during this crisis. I called this establishment on 4/12 at about 3:18 PM to ask a question because I have never been to a Save A Lot. The male answered the phone as if he’s had no customer service skills or training. He answered the phone with “we close at 5”. Shocked, there was an extended paused before I could find the words to respond. I asked “is that how you all answer the phone”. With a clear attitude said “yes because people are calling asking what time we close”.I will no longer consider shopping at this brand.

No complaints.

Mostly non courteous employees. No sense of urgency. Really just overall sub par. Would rather shop at a more expensive grocery store due to the lack of just about everything with the staff here. Some managmenr and guest service would take this place very far. As for produce and bang for your buck. Hard to beat. But still the terrible service spoils all of that appeal.

The selection of items are cool, but the store isn’t very neat. I saw ripped bags of fries and fries all over the inside of the freezer. I don’t know if it was due to the fact that it was around 1 in the morning, but the staff weren’t very friendly or welcoming. Maybe I’ll just try to come during regardless hours maybe my experience will change.

Says it open 24 hours a day but it is not. So now after driving 3 miles to the store for my pregnant wife. So she can have some mac and cheese. But no there closed so now shes upset so thanks save a lot

I have gone to this save-a-lot many times and there has never been any fresh produce. Its in a very high traffic area. I would think that knowing that you would make sure things are always well stocked.

Convenient and usually have just what I need. Not Giant Eagle but will do .

Tbh, I only ever go to this store after I get off work at 10p. I can always find what Im looking for and the employees are nice.However, I am not happy that the store is going from 24hrs a day to 8a - 10p. It means Ill have to go to Walmart instead to get things I need last second.
