Garage door spring broke on Friday evening with vehicle in garage. We needed access to the vehicle so we wanted a repair done on Saturday. Left message for several service providers, and Jeremy was the only one to return a call. He arrived on Saturday within two hours of the phone call and completed the repair at a reasonable price.

Jeremy came out promptly when our old door buckled and needed replaced. He knew everything possible about his product and also pointed out problems with the old installation that contributed to the failure. He corrected all the issues when he installed the new door and clearly explained everything as he went along. Quality product, expert installation done quickly, fair pricing, and very customer friendly! Oh and of course the old door was hauled away.100% positive experience start to finish.

We got our garage door through Jeremy about 1.5 years ago. He was great. He was on time for the job and for the quote. Within our 1 year warranty we had an issue and he came to fix it within a couple days of calling him without a charge. We have had no issues with the door since.

Sent request on JK’s website for a non emergency request for a garage door repair on Saturday. I got a callback first thing Monday morning and they came out a few hours later and promptly repaired the spring which had detached from the wall and made sure it was firmly attached. They also installed a wireless keypad as a last minute request. The price was very reasonable and they were very professional and personable. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I came home and my garage door only opened one foot. I found that my springs were shot. J K door solutions answered after hours, had all my parts that was needed, and did a full tuneup for a great price. Really nice owner and has been doing doors for almost 20 years. If there was a higher rating for Jeremy at JK Door Solutions I would give it. He knows his trade, works efficiently and charges a very fair price. He has been out twice now which was for two unrelated events. The first time I had another company come out that quoted for unnecessary repairs and wanted to charge around 10x more than what was needed. Highly recommend.

I had Jeremy out to fix my garage door that had fallen off the track. He showed up that same day and had my door back up within an hour. I was very please with his work especially the fact that he salvaged my old garage door that had a few bends in it from the fall, but he straightened them out good as new.
