I love going here. Their prices are unbeatable when it comes to almost anything. Just be careful of defective items. Other than that, have bought clothes for me and my whole family here along with home housewares, electronics, furniture and much much more.

Store prices are fairly good on most stuff. Store was clean and well stocked.. took about 10 min to check out because only one person on the register but we didnt die or anything.

Went in to find rugs for our new apartment and Darius and Jim helped us find the perfect set. Darius went over and beyond any customer service Ive ever experienced and made it feel like we were family. Roses definitely has hired the right people and we look forward to seeing them again in the future.

Prices have gone up considerably. A little disorganized but nice staff. Many products have no prices, told to check prices at checkout which ties up clerk and creates long lines and chaos. Bathrooms were a horrible mess, unflushed toilets..due to impolite customers or needed maintenance?

Its cheap..but so is the merch...and if i ever find something that ISNT made in China..my head might roll off

I used to get some amazing deals on name brand dresses. The quality of their garments really went down. I did not see name brand items. Clothes very cheaply made, and not worth the money

Store is cool. Cashiers can be kinda rude at times but for the most part its decent. Store is put together and neat. I really appreciate that.

Everyone was very helpful and all had wonderful attitudes. But Jim in the furniture and flooring department was fantastic. I purchased my very first bedroom set. Loving it. He went out of his way to help me. Jim gets a 10+. Will be buying my living room furniture next. Very satisfied. Thank you roses staff. Everyone there gets a 10+.

Jim and Darius is great they help me a lot. They have great prices n great furniture. I wish you guys had delivery because it was set I wanted but just couldn’t get it home. But thanks you two gentlemen for all the help.

Good price I go there once in a while to look anything. I would go back again to see if anything on sale.

When I say I will no longer do business at a particular location, I mean exactly what I say and moving forward I will no longer shop here. Masks required yet this family is in the store, the father no mask, coughing like hes about to die, little boy keeps sneezing and of course out of the 7 of the them, guess how many had on the masks, the Mother and one of the kids, the other 5 .... Nothing, oh hell no, I will no longer spend in this establishment ever again.

I like the items and the prices but sweet Jesus every time I go to check out a cashier has an attitude or an associate has an attitude if you ask a quick question. Ive worked in retail for years in the past and never acted like that. You choose your job and if you chose to work in retail and dislike it or the people so much make a change.

Its like a mini Walmart. They have it all plus more. Good deals on furniture and carpet. Quality of items varies based on what you buy. Best place to get blinds for a cheap price.

Dirty, unorganized, bathrooms are horrible, need more registers open, I wish they keep the store up because in the beginning it was a nice store.

Store has good prices, but if you are concerned about Covid safety precautions beware. Crystal, whom I believe was a manager failed to wear a mask, unless wearing one around her neck counts. It doesnt take much to wear a mask. I believe I will take my business elsewhere.

They need access for disabled people in wheelchairs and mobility scooters, like door activate buttons. Hopefully we dont have to file lawsuit to make that happen.

Courteous employees and customers. Only complaint was a rack of tank tops mismarked and store said they couldnt do anything because of the possibility of customers putting thing back wrong. Only $3.00, but still.....

Prices are good. You should inspect items closely. Store could use a little cleaning and sanitizing. Cashiers are slow. Whomever orders the music(cds) does a terrible job. There is no r&b. I do shop there occasionally.

The store didnt have what I was looking for. Most of the clothing was geared to culture. They had a variety of other things but I didnt have time to really look. From what I could see, the prices are great. I plan to return at a later date.

Seriously a great store. Most of our house is now furnished with Roses merchandise. The furniture department is stellar and helped us out when we were couch shopping. Definitely the most bang for your buck in chapel hill.

This place has good deals but the up keep of the store is very disgusting and disorganized they really need to work on their store.

Live nearby and walked over several times when I first moved into my new apartment. They carry clothing, pet food and other items at reasonable prices besides furniture. I got a great wooden rocker on one of my trips. They also offer a discount to seniors.

This place is SUPER D0PE!! Cheap name brand and unique non name brand items I’ve never even seen before. Friendly staff and great management. Furniture is a tad pricey but all in all love this place fulllly recommended:)!!

Wish that I knew about this place a long time ago. They have great prices on everything in the store. I got pants for $10.00. The same type of pants, & brand name, goes for $19.99 @ competitors stores. I am going to do all my clothes shopping at Roses! 😀 I love saving 💰!

If youre from the Akron area, the Chapel Hill store is much better than the one in Arlington Plaza. Much better.

Its a big store, something for the whole house not just clothes, its a department store they got alot of stuff from top to bottom and even outside to your pet care needs! I think they need more staff on hand to keep it better as saying together!

They have products in the wrong area almost all the time so when you think you gonna get it for one price its actually more expensive then where it was hanging with 5 more of the same thing smfh

Comparable to Dollar General or Big Lots. Good place to get inexpensive carpet remnants. Not a clean facility. Bathrooms are not adequately clean for even a dog to use. Staff is not friendly nor professional.

Great prices and really the only place can find clothes that fit me comfortably.

I always find great deals at roses! They have a wide variety of merchandise and furniture. They even have a nice selection of larger size clothing for both men and women, which is pretty unusual for a discount store. Electronics section could have a little more variety, with a few more Apple items, but on the whole thats pretty neat, also. I give it five stars for trying.
