Big lots is to over priced anymore to be a discount store. Store felt packed bc the isles are so close. Had a dirty feel to it. Workers werent all that polite either. I found what I needed but nothing more. Probably wont be back.

Staff is very helpful when I ask their always working so hard they 4get to smile I know tha feeling but I always treated the customers kindly n with respect. They move products around every 6-8 months Soon as you get used to knowing where things are such as electronics way n the back their scattered all around in the front somewhere by the cashier. Bad experience today and my back was screaming. I love the cashiers though they are excellent thank you

Absolutely great customer service. You do not get that kind of care anymore. I found a dining room table set. But they didnt have in stock. So the wonderful gentleman looked it up for me, found a store, called and reserved it for me to pickup. He went above and beyond. Give this man a raise!!!

This is a nice big lots store, well run. Ive been going here for years. Im not gonna lie, Ive always been drawn to big lots for their tools section. They always had three or four big aisles full of tools, including power stuff, hand tools, electrical items and so on. It seems like in the latest story organization they got rid of that. Im not sure how much I want to buy furniture from them, but tools I liked quite a bit. Still a nice store, still clean and well organized.

I visited 3 different Big Lots stores in a week in search of a sofa. This location has the best customer service in the furniture department and also the best selection of furniture. It is very clean and has some great prices on furniture.

Nice store. Friendly customer service. Shelves are always well stocked. I noticed that some food items have been discontinued. What a disappointment. Theres always a nice selection of household items to choose from. Dont shop here as often anymore. Convenient location.

This is another great discount store. They have good prices on home goods and decorations along with random closeout foods and electronics. They also have some decent furniture in the back. I would give them a higher review, but over the years it seems that they are almost always understaffed. I understand that it is a discount store, and you wont find the best service under those circumstances, but to the owners and managers. Stop punishing your customers to make a few more $.

Its a sort of general store, with lots of inexpensive stuff. I went looking for a shelving unit, but could not find what I wanted. Still, they have them and lots of other things.

I go here a couple times a week. The different inventory is always fun to shop, can get healthier snacks and cereals at a discount. Be careful of the dates on the clearance end cap. Can get great prices if you dont mind being within the 1 week expiration

We always find something interesting in there... and the prices are usually lower than others in the area. Some of the food items youve gotta check out the expiration date cause it may be close!

Average discount store, product value has been declining.

DO NOT BUY FURNITURE HERE! The overall store is fine, but the delivery company they use for large items is terrible. They will lie about furniture fitting through doors/stairs and such, saying it will fit without problems, charge you for delivery before getting the furniture out of the truck then immediately say sorry it wont fit after you paid and refuse to refund anything. When I suggested changing the angle of the furniture to fit it easier they said we damaged a railing before and had to pay for it so we arent risking it then refused to try anything, and made me sign a paper saying I agreed to not get a refund or they would leave the sectional outside I would be responsible for the full purchase price + delivery. As of now biglots refunded the purchase price but I am still fighting with the delivery company for a refund of the delivery costs.

Its a Big Lots it isnt super fancy or something but it is on the newer side and easy to find things. I like going here for cleaning supplies because they are so cheap!

This location was okay, it also wasnt my best choice... this location was dirty in many ways that i dont want to explain lol. But prices are good.

They have reset the store, and it is terribly uncomfortable. I get that they wanted to showcase the furniture, however, the entrance is uncomfortably tight, and the rest of the merchandise is terribly disorganized. It is all still there but it’s just no longer easy to find. VERY disappointing!
