This store is FILTHY!! Havent shipped there in awhile because did not think the store was sanitizing. Turns out I WAS CORRECT. Will not be lazy again, next time I will drive to Brimfield and use a clean self check out

Cancelled my curbside pick-up 1 day after I placed my order. I called to ask why it was cancelled and they had no explanation. I told the employee, this is why I dont order from your location, in which they responded with thats fine. What great customer service. Avoid this location at all costs.

Better carry your card cuz rarely accepts cash unless youre in a huge line where youre waiting on everything from other cash spenders, snap and welfare users. Usually about 10 ppl. Rarely stocked well thanks to supply and employee shortage. Take wipes and sanitizer if using the restroom. Most employees are not exactly eager to help.

Walmart has some very nice quality baby products! I just purchased a Kolcraft umbrella stroller for my nieces baby. It is so lightweight (9.5 lbs) and collapses so easily. Even has a bottle/cup holder which a lot of them dont. It has acanopy cover for sun or light rain. And the price was around $26. I did have to find a Walmart that had one in stock so it must be a popular item!

Go early in the morning to avoid crowds. I buy just about everything there except some items at Home Depot nearby.I especially love the self credit card only checkout stations. Very fast once you learn how to open the bags from the side top instead of the middle top of the bag.

The vision center is great but in the past they double charged me for boots and would not refund the extra charge. I went there with a girlfriend who had to see the optometrist. The first time I had been there since they double charged me.

This is a normal everyday Walmart. It restrooms and store is cleaner than most. The shelves are neat and mostly organized. Would come here again but I dont to this area very often.

I’ve gone to three different walmart’s and called beforehand asking if they had the Moderna vaccine. I called about a week ago to make sure they had it before I came in and the girl on the phone said they indeed DID have it. I wasted my time and gas coming out here. When i showed up the girl said “oh we’ve only every carried pfizer.” walmart has officially lost me as a customer.

Store was ok clean. Hardware aisle was a mess. Self checkout wouldn’t accept cash. Not the newest Walmart store. Not the dirtiest either. Everything locked behind glass.

There were busy.but love going to Walmart to get some stuff for my e-bike they didnt have a lot of stuff cause everyone had three pick before I got up there but they had several other things like a tire kit so I could fix my bike if I got a flat and other stuff I needed to get great place to pick up what you need.

Their grocery pickup is so convenient, and their employees at the pickup area are pleasant and helpful. Pickup lets me save my energy for doing things I enjoy

Well there seems to be empty shelves and low stock on many items. I remember when they were 24 hours and they had everything stocked up. I guess now they can only stock during the day but I know locations actually stock at night. So if theyre still stocking at night why are they having problems fulfilling and and filling the shelves. It seems like the stock people are continuously in the way of the shoppers. But I also notice after hours that theres a whole shift that shows up and then leaves in the morning. My question is what are they doing? Why cant they just stock at night and then let everybody shop and peace.

Nice clearance sales going on right now throughout the whole store. Cleaned up quite well here. I enjoy talking with people everywhere I go!

They have driven so many of the local vendors into the ground. They dont service anything, and cant give advice as to the best products for your needs. I visited IHOP, in their parking lot. I REFUSE TO SHOP THERE!

Shelves were fully stocked and found everything I needed, one stop shopping makes shopping quick and easy.

The staff are friendly and helpful if your ever looking for something the store may or may not have. Ive been happy finding everything Im looking for. Especially when it comes to fresh fruits and vegetables. Always a great selection.

The shelves were pretty bare and nobody was stocking. Most of the toilet paper was gone, all the paper plates etc.. were gone, the boxed dinner Isle macaroni and cheese etc .. was empty, hardly had any seasoning packets and none of what I wanted, the bakery items expiration date was the next day.

Self checkout makes the lines both shorter and quicker. An even better option is to simply order and pay online. All you do after that is park in the designated area. An employee will bring your selections to the car for you. Avoid the crowds and lines completely

Good place for grocery shopping, shoes, clothes, auto, pharmacy ect. The Walmart price policy usually makes Walmart the low cost for many items. THE SHOPPING CARTS ARE USUALLY IS DISREPAIR. Almost every cart has broken wheels and can be a challenge to push throughout the store.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.Shelfs and store are well stocked and clean. Prices are compatible to other stores with same type of merchandise.

As Walmarts go this one is alright. Its usually fairly clean and the employees are helpful and nice. They are frequently out of things or low on things that I need but that happens

The employees are sooooooooo familiar where everything is!!!!!!!!! Who Does That?!!! Well I can say every item has its place!! And ar WALLEY WORLD!! Everything, Everyone is in PLACE.. Thanks WALMART. I say its like anyother Walmart, the people there are nice, but its one of the smaller Walmarts so there are things that might not be there.

I prefer the Massillon location over the Tusc location. Less rif-raf and always stocked better. But today...the greeter didnt say hello to me, even after I said hi...no goodbye either. And the gal at the self-checkout has a personal preference for customers to hit the assistance needed button vs flagging her down. I always forget because no other attendant requires that. She always instructs politely, but with a hint of annoyance in her tone to please hit the button when I need help.

Good store to get what you need but its not a lot of cashiers are working when I do see them they just standing around talking to each other

Getting better with how they treat their customers not all just some. Glad 2see some old faces and I understand that people was scared. But I also know that the PANDEMIC is and has not ever been a REASON 2B RUDE ‼ PEOPLE CALL IT FOLLOWING THE CDC GUIDELINES. I CALL IT USING CONSENT FROM DAY ONE. BUT I WILL SAY KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK WITH WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN JUST PLAIN OLD CONSENT.

Good prices? The quality of some products are more than lacking. For example towels, I remember when a towel actually took the water off of your body when drying off after a shower or swimming pool. And nothing lasts as long anymore.

The lady in the shoe department was extremely kind and helpful while I was shopping for a pair of shoes for my son. Very rarely does a Walmart employee go above and beyond but this fabulous woman did!

Im able to get in quickly purchase the items I want then head to self checkout scan my items and pay for them, bag them up and leave quickly.

The lines went fast. It wasnt crowded, the employees were nice and they had what I needed. I will like to add that it was neat in this store, stuff wasnt thrown about everywhere.

Dont go to Walmarts Optical department if you just need a prescription. They purposely give you the wrong PD on your prescription because you dont purchase glasses from them. So much winning Walmart! Now I have to return my glasses and reorder. I went to the Eye Doctor in Akron on recommendation of my Cousin. I will never go back.

Its Walmart. When it all works right, it works with the precision yet assembly line feel of the giant corporate retail machine it is. When it doesnt, its annoying, cause the caliber of their employees collectively is meh, and you dont always get to deal with the ones who are holding down the 5 star end of the scale.

This Walmart Supercenter has to be the worst in the area as far as stocking is concerned. This Walmart is consistently out of stock on numerous items and empty shelves can be seen all over. Either it serves too large of a population or their ordering practices need to be revamped. Strongsville, Wadsworth, North Olmsted, Fairlawn, Elyria and Brooklyn Walmarts are all stocked much better. The staff here are quite polite, helpful and nice so that bumps this to a three star review.

Never has nothing only accepting debt cards at self check out. Left cart setting and left. Will go back to north Canton store. Better service

The overall shopping experience is equally satisfying to the boost in self checkout in which there are multiple lanes to do so.

To be honest my girlfriend commented this location had issues. I told her all Walmarts were the same? Actually, she was correct. The cleanliness and the store shelving was clustered and unorganized. If you went to the Alliance,Ohio Walmart you would see the wow difference in proper management skills and team organization skills. Sorry Arlington Walmart. Get the Manager out of his chair and work on team building.

I didnt buy anything. Was waiting on someone. Bathroom was tidy.

The store was clean & the checkout lines moved pretty slow and there were a lot of employees walking around doing nothing. On the grocery side everything was nice well lit, the flow of things was very nice and well thought out. On the clothing side there were some things out of place and clothes on the floor but staff was very helpful.

Love Walmart always go early in the morning when its not crowded especially during Covid 2021

I had the best cashier. She was very helpful as I had to 3 different orders to ring up. She was polite and I even gave her a compliment because you dont usually get nice, positive cashiers at Walmart.

The workers are so rude!!! They are not helpful, they walk right out in front of you and dont even say excuse me. Then you have workers doing shopping for people who hate your store so much they wont come in. Them workers get in front of you because they think they can do what they want. You cant find half the stuff youre looking for because no one has stocked the shelves!!! Then we had to stand in the checkout line for a half-hour because you dont have enough lanes open... Even the self-checkout was that busy!!! GET A CLUE WALMART!!!!! I was about to lose a grip and start screaming!!!

Asked 6 different Walmart employees to open the case so I can by a Phillips one blade. First it started out someone will be there in a few min. 45 min into it I started to get angry so I called the store told them the situation and once again sorry sir someone will be right back 40 min later still no buddy so I went to rite aid to by it . Cost me 10 dollars more But guess what my service was instant and polite more than I can say for W Tusc. Walmart cause it seemed like the more I asked the more annoyed they got anoyed cause I wanna spend money in your store. Ok Im done.

It is a Walmart so it has the conveniences you would expect however as far as Walmarts go it is pretty hood. It is often very crowded and there is a bus stop located in the parking lot so there are a lot of bus people there for whatever that is worth. Like the other locations they have cut their 24/7 hours and theyre now only open until 10:00 p.m. . They often have their employees stocking the shelves during their busiest time so you are constantly struggling trying to get your cart around their numerous pallets and other shoppers because they no longer are open around the clock to stock the shelves in the dead of night as they did before.

Always Busy, Employees are rude mainly the Money center and Customer service representatives. We get its not the best job but its your job people have pride

Terrible store. No cash in self checkout, no change, or short lines anywhere else. And the older greeter at the entrance, leans on TOP off. the sanitizer staton and no one wants to stop for a mask or to sanitize yourself before entering. I asked this older African American man politely, to move back a few feet so I could safely get some sanitizer, and he asked me where my mask was, implying one was required. I would have had to walk up within 12 INCHES of him IF I wanted a mask or some sanitizer! This guy was very rude and offensive and 5 other people near by told me the same thing.

If could leave a 0 star review I would. One cashier at least twenty people in line and people are still coming to check out and then the cashiers are picking and choosing who to cash out. Not to mention they were shutting down registers as more people were lining up.

Walmart is officially losing more and more of my business each time I go. They are price gouging by more than double on nitrile gloves made overseas. They want over two times more for the 50 count they have IN stock than the 100 count they never have in stock anymore. I have always bought the 50s for less than $13 when the 100 is out. And yes, this is legit both online and in store. Soon I will be buying everything from other retailers. This is absurd.
