My new favourite coffee place!Beautiful coffee, delicious fresh cookies, croissants and blueberry pie, as well as sandwiches for those looking for something more substantial. Friendly staff and a beautiful interior make you feel as though you could stay forever. Will definitely be back here, and definitely recommend it to locals and visitors!

Very chilled out place. The Ethiopian espresso was delicious. Despite being a bit too crumbly the cake was also very tasty.

One of the best coffee shops in Finland with the wonderful Tim Wendelboe coffee from Oslo. Tea is also as good an well as the food and professional service. A MUST if in Helsinki. Good wheelchair to the cafe although one step up to the WC

The best coffee I had in my whole life. When I tried their Cortado for the first time I was lost for words, it was an explosion of fruitiness! It had such a perfectly balances taste and aroma of berries and chocolate, I fell in love forever and was counting days till my next trip to Helsinki to run to this place immediately after my arrival, what I did of course and got the best possible coffee again.Cozy atmosphere, great location, pleasant interior, its the pearl of the coffee scene.

PERFECT artistic coffee! The barista is professional and does have quite a lot experience of making coffee and tea. Its a cozy and well decorated café that worth going again and again.BTW the location is good, right next to the University of Helsinki

This cafeteria has high quality coffee. They have an excellent cup of coffee to be served. The quality of coffee is one of the best in Finnland. I highly recommend this cafeteria to those who value coffee much. Customer service is very good at Artisan Café. It is a place where you experience tranquil atmosphere which is a very good thing if you search for a place to study or relax.

The coffee was delicious. I was by far the most impressed with the care and focus which was given by the barista on each order, truly a step above what I have seen anywhere else. Not a very exciting place, the music almost reinforced the quiet atmosphere... but the coffee is why I was there and I was not disappointed.

Little bit of mixed feelings here, especially given the star rating here. The place looks nice, in what used to be a calm street (these days a little bit of construction work outside), coffee drinks are decent and reasonably priced. However the staff was during our visit slightly... disturbed to say the least. Anyone can have a bad day I suppose, but I had a feeling as if something might snap at any moment behind that facade of thinly veiled mixture of tiredness, anxiety and misanthropia, grab a bat and beat us to death with it.There are lovely chairs on which you can swivel right round baby right round, but a visit to the restroom revealed that they use towels over hand dryers which I would normally find commendable, however these towels werent from paper. Id rather sign up for a wilderness camp and help with reforesting than share towels with some strangers. Except with you, dear reader, you I dont mind.Bathroom mirror is hidden behind post-it notes with tiny reviews... I guess one can always phones front camera.Might visit again, I do appreciate it is not a part of a chain, so Id like to improve the score if possible.

I am not a coffee connoisseur but Ive tasted substantial cups of matcha latte in Japan to know the matcha latte served at Artisan is superb beyond my imagination. My man in the house had an expresso and he rated it super (not too bitter, he said).

Worth a visit if your looking for an excellent cup of coffee.- I almost gave a 4* for a dismissive comment made by the barista about a neighbouring coffee shop. It was pretty harmless and was probably fuelled by his massive passion for coffee, but it did seem unnecessarily candid.Cant we all just get along?

Excellent cappuccino and rhubarb cake, and, if its not really busy, is definitely the type of place that invites you to sit back, relax, and enjoy the ambiance. Other perks, besides the high-quality coffee, include a great sound system, comfortable seating indoors, (limited) outdoor seating, friendly staff, and a good wifi connection. Minus one star for: (1) no iced coffee beverages and (2) only three food items left by noon. I wouldnt recommend this so much as a breakfast/morning place due to having few food options, but its a fantastic choice for an afternoon coffee or espresso break.

For all espresso geeks and other lovers of specialty coffee, this is the place to go when in Helsinki. Today Ive had an Ethiopian roast which was so balanced and round, just perfect. Also: super friendly atmosphere, laptop friendly too.

Beautiful milieu but shockingly poor service. When ordering, the barista rolled his eyes at the order and pulled the whole order. No way!
