My husband go there on 6/20/20 and buy brand new Moto g stylus phones. We leave, he takes his phone back out of the box, and notices the screen has a scratch on it. We call the guy who sold us the phone immediately. He had us go all the way back to the store, he claimed he contacted his manager who told him that they WOULDNT give my husband another brand new phone, but could send him a refurbished phone. So, without any satisfaction from them, we called the corporate office who told us that thats NOT how they work. So, I filed a complaint. Needless to say THIS STORE SUCKS. Ive been a metro customer since 2015, and have NEVER had an experience like this before. DONT SHOP AT THIS STORE.

My girlfriend wanted to switch from Verizon to Metro. After calling a dozen of stores and visiting a couple looking for the phone she wanted we finally confirmed that they had it in stock. The guy advising us was diligent and knew exactly what we wanted. Worked pretty fast and within half an hour or so my girlfriend had switched from Verizon to Metro without any problem. The store is otherwise clean and has ample parking space. Would definitely recommend it for an efficient service!

Good people. The young man with the dreadlocks at the counter (sorry guy, cant remember your name) was friendly, courteous and professional, as was the lady working with him. They took the time to answer my many questions and made me feel like they werent just doing their jobs, but rather actually liked what they did. Will be back.

The female employee is very rude and was literally filing her nails while I needed help. The phone service is bad. Ive been a customer for several years because the cost is $100 for 4 lines but even though they are offering unlimited data to new customers the loyal customers are stuck with the limited data plan

The employees never answer the phone, I called 20 times within a 2 day period and it went to an answering machine every time. I drove 30 minutes there to deal with my issue in person, the clerk told me the person who handles warranties would be in on Monday. Monday came, I drove another 30 minutes back to this store and was told the person who handles warranties wasnt there. Dont waste your time with this location!

I had difficulty with my phone ringing and couldnt hear without using speaker. The manager Darius was very patient and once he couldnt repair I filed a claim.

Truly a rewarding experience. Came in with a problem and left with a solution. Cant ask for more than that. Staff at this location is helpful and friendly.

Wow.. Just left the store after being a customer for 2 years and about to drop them.. I have the ZTE BLADE for a month and it just went out only works if its on the charger... When I went in today the customer service was trash a(n) old ass man told me that he couldnt do anything for me and walked away from me in mid conversation and started talking to another customer... Just because of his ignorence this metro PCS dont ever have to worry about my service ever again... But thank you for the young men that tried to help me...

C.J. was really patient and helpful with my out of town sisters problem of learning how to move pictures to her SD card. (She is a metro plan client) The other guys in the shop were friendly as well. VIP treatment. Made me wish I could switch away from Verizon.

The first time I was at Metro I didnt know much about using a cell phone. CJ took the time to explain everything to me and had ALOT of patients. Since then I have been back with small questions and CJ is ALWAYS ready and happy to help or make suggestions. Im so happy with my phone and every store should have employees like CJ. Horrible Horrible!! My wife was wishing to change service to Metro PCS because she was dissatisfied with her current cell phone provider so she called customer service and she was told she could use her same phone. When we arrived at this location she was told it wasnt possible. Called customer service again and they said the EXACT same thing as before. When we called the store to confirm what customer service said the salesman was extremely rude and even went as far as to call her a f****** b**** and hung up on her!!! My attorney has already been called and customer service said his behavior was unacceptable. Dont go to this location!!!

The New Android LG phone that I bought from Metro PC here in Akron on Copley Road would not keep a charge I had to have them order me a brand new phone and it appears to be the same quality low quality of a cell phone!
