Worst T-Mobile store in the area. The employees here are high all of the time and just stand around talking and goofing off instead of focusing on their customers. They will literally ignore you after the initial greeting. Go elsewhere because this place is awful.

Came in to get a screen protector replaced for new S20 Galaxy. Purchased insurance and all bells in whistles to get 100+ phone bill for 1 line only to get little to no effort in getting the 3rd screen protector placed on phone i had less than a month. The man at the location said he couldnt help me due to Corona and short shipments for free protector. So I called another branch and was told thats not true they all can replace and they would be more than happy to help. So in all I would t recommend this store they just their to collect a check. I wasnt even asked my phone number or name until I came back with a other store on the line.

Very friendly and knowledgeable people. Was very helpful through the whole process. Was able to answer every one of my questions. I would go out of my way to go to this T-Mobile store then to go to one of those next door to me.

I really don’t like this T-Mobile location Whenever I come here I feel like they treat me like I’m in the way and like I’m making your job harder it always seems like they really don’t want to help I really don’t like going to the one in the mall but the one in the mall has a lot more better customer service I love T-Mobile just not this location

Staff and service is great. Had to wait a little longer than expected, but once I was being helped, everything went quick and smoothly.

I have been charged for a service I did not willingly or knowingly sign up for. i called 10 months ago and it was fixed,turns out they only refunded money that was stolen from me and kept charging me. now I am unable to obtain those stolen funds bc It was longer then 3 months ago so I am out 70-80 dollars bc someone didnt do their job properly and i have to pay for their mistake. It was a salesman at this location, we had other services we declined that somehow ended up on the bill that we caught early on. Really considering switching bc it has been hassle after hassle and reception sucks quite frankly
