I went in with a friend getting a new phone plan. While they were getting him all set up, I shopped for accessories: They were all Buy 2, Get one free.. So, the sales guys were very helpful and knowledgeable. My buddy got his account set up, and I bought new cables & charging blocks. Spent $57.00.. & Im happy. Nice, new store to check out: Definitely more FUN than waiting out in the car! 👍

This is by far the best AT&T store that I have been to. Aaron actually takes his time with you unlike the other locations in the Akron area, they tell you everything you need to know and make sure youre just as knowledgeable on the new phone or plan details that you have. I had absolutely no idea how to run my phone, but when I left I felt I could do absolutely anything without having to ask again. I thank you so much and will forever go back to this location!

Purchased a new phone here very recently and had a screen protector put on at no charge that I purchased elsewhere. Clean store, well organized and most importantly, helpful staff.

My experience at this at&t was excellent! Caleb helped me through the whole process of setting up my new phone and answered all of my questions that I had about it. Terrible store they lie about everything they do and than they wont help you .. they send you to the AT&T on Arlington rd THANK GOD for that store they fixed all of my problems that they just couldn’t do.

I was promised a promotion of $1 a month for 30 months. Their printer was conveniently not working so could not have a receipt. Deceptive business practice on the elderly. The price of the phone is actually $499.99, $16.67 a month for 30 months
