If I could give them negative stars I would. Their customer service is virtually non existent. I thought Goodyear was built on customer satisfaction. Well, I guess when you have millions of dollars to hide behind the customer is no longer relevant.

Just got a fresh set of rubber for my MX-5. Damon was the installer. He was great. Super professional and personable. Called me the moment the car was ready to pick up. Definitely going to get tires from Goodyear tire service again.

I came in twice in the last two weeks to get work done on my car. I will continue to go back because the manager Bill Heft was so helpful super nice to everyone that came in during my time there as well as he was super nice and helpful to me. I appreciate the service I received from Damon Haines today. I purchased 4 new tires last year but did not purchase road hazard. I ended up needing a new tire.The importance of road hazard was explained. I purchased a new tire and included road hazard this time.

I have been going here for 25 years now ever since I started driving. The crew is spectacular and you always see allot of the same faces so if they choose to stay that long that means the company is taking care of their employees. I’ve never had an issue they couldn’t work out. They are always fair upfront and honest. The work is pretty quick and they update you throughout the process. Also the free tire patching service has saved me on more than one occasion this is definitely where to go for your car needs

I brought my car in to get it looked at and was met with the most kind people that were so helpful. They explained things to me and worked their hardest to help get my car fixed as easily and quickly as possible. There isn’t a better place or people to trust with your car.

Asked to get a tire replaced and, although they were busy, they scheduled me in. Second time i was there and they were always really nice. A very ignorant demanding man came in and was very rude to Barb, I believe her name was. She stayed professional and answered all his questions, even though he didnt deserve it.

After a not so good experience at the Summit Mall / W. Market St. site, I transferred my account to the Buchholzer location. Im glad I did. 6+ years later, Im still here. Dont bother making an appointment. They never honor it. They do decent work but be prepared to wait 3 hours for an oil change or a tire repair. Every time Ive been there, even after making appointments, its taken hours.

Bill and the team are amazing. They are transparent when presenting their estimate for repairs. Theu always finsh the work on time and get it right the first time. Damon in service is very knowlegable and makes time to educate me on issues that I am not famliar with. Thanks for the great service!

Ive been coming here since 2015 to get my oil changes well I decided to purchase some tires from here and they put them on yesterday and did a great job as always my problem came from when the lady called me to the back to look at my tires and I tell her this is why Im get in new tires mind you I had my tire for 2 years she tells me that they look like this because I need a wheel alignment and I tell her why is this just now coming up when I been coming here to get my oil changes and tire rotation comes with the oil changes as she tells me that they dont rotate tires unless you tell them and I tell her how is that when its included inside of the oil change package as she tells me they just dont unless you tell them to I wont be doing anymore oil changes here anymore I dont think I should have to ask to have my tires rotated if it comes with the service

Came here to get a flat tire fixed. My experience was awesome from yesterday when I called to make the appointment to the very end of it all. The woman who made my appointment was very polite and helpful and all the employees here are exceptional beyond measure! To the nice man who was great with my rambunctious 3 year old, THANK YOU for being kind instead of getting annoyed and irritated. How can you review some place when you didnt even get service. Easy....when the guy behind the desk tells you that the online appointment you made yesterday was never logged on to the calendar for today and that the girl must have not gotten around to it. Mind you, the appointment was made almost 24 hours prior to the time of my appointment. He then proceeds to tell me that I can wait 1 1/2 hours before my car will be looked at. REALLY! Such poor, poor, poor customer service!

A Good Place to get your Auto Repairs Done

I had to purchase four new tires for my car from this Goodyear store. Once they were finished, we picked up my car and my cell phone plug and charging cord were stolen out of it. Take an inventory and pictures before taking your car here!!!!

Had a wheel alignment done today and what big difference in the way my car rides. They did a great job.

My favourite place. They changed my tires perfectly. Once I faced a leak problem in one of my car tires. They perfectly repaired the tire without cost as I used goodyear tires and installed here.

Rolled in on a bad tire. The employees were very nice and even though they were busy, they said theyd help me. An hour later and for $20 I was good to go. Thanks for helping me in a pinch and not lying about fixing things that I didnt need fixed! Ya rock!

They stole my money and did nothing

Please dont go to this place. I wanted a diagnostic test performed to determine where my car was leaking oil. After the test was performed, and I got my car back. The power locks on my SUV didnt work. I know they worked before I took my car there, but according to them, I cant prove that they were or werent working. So I will NEVER go there again.

If I could give less than one star I would. This is the third or fourth time I’ve given this store a chance. One vehicle they worked on they forgot to put a bolt back on the caliper. When we called and told them the shop manager said “too bad”. Although the store manager called and said he was sorry we still had to pay full price for the service that was done wrong. We had tires put on our van and have had several problems with them. Brought the van back three times. The third time (after 20k miles were put on 65k mile tires) we were told we needed new tires again! They would not cover the cost of replacing the tires. We’ve had family work for Goodyear in the past putting in over 80 years of service between three people. Tried to continue to buy from Goodyear, but just can’t do it after too many fails.

Theyre a rip off. I asked to do diagnostic for my car and all they did was read the codes to me and told me to go to the dealer. So basically I had to pay to them just to read the codes to me which I could do in AutoZone for free.
