Needed the Rims repaired due to scratches from tires being replaced. The first time we picked up the truck the rims looked fake. They looked like they were plastic and they were rough to the touch. Called the store and was told they werent done correctly. We were told the paint flashed.Took it back a second time and they didnt look any better. The paint had drip marks. Had to go back to the tire store where they will put on new rims.Why would they not buff out the scratches? Why would the spray paint over metal rims?Very disappointed 😒

Went in for what I thought was a simple repair on trunk lid tree branch fell on it and left 2 dimples little too deep for a dent wizard so I had to get minor body work,After I got the car home you could see sand marks and the paint match was terrible car is white and you can clearly see the match to other white parts is a poor transition,Then I get in car to leave and there is all this white residue on my black interior they left door open when working on car and Im guessing sanding debris got inside,I went here based on reviews but will not go back or recommend..

These guys painted part of my car and it looks bad!! They did not wet sand or compound after painting it and left it all looking like orange peel!!! Do not have these guys paint your car.They dont finish the job the right way!!!

It was my first time doing any business with Ultragloss and I was impressed. I got my SUV undercoated. They did my whole SUV for a very reasonable price to me. And ever since it was undercoated Ive notice a major difference in some of the rust spots. Theres no drip but there was a little bit of an odor but it faded away after a few days. As far as undercoating, I highly recommend Ultragloss

Wish Id thought to take before and after pictures, because the car looked amazing after Toy & staff put a new bumper cover on my Sonata after painting it. (My daughter is a menace, stay away from her on the roads.) For a little extra, they touched up the rest of the car using the paint theyd already mixed for the bumper cover. Ultra gloss did a fabulous job at repairing my front driver side of my car. (Fender, door). They also put new heads lights in for me as well! Car looks better then it did before it was hit. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because he told me a price for the job and when it was finished it ended up being $140 more. No biggie just would have been nice to know from the beginning. Toy is a good dude tho👍🏽.

Whoever worked on my car took my car for a joy ride. There was 4 extra miles on my odometer when I picked up my car. During his joy ride my car must of been struck with a rock (or something) becuz there are a series of nicks in my windshield that wasnt there before, and I also found a chip in the paint on the hood of my car (that I will now be fixing myself). Very disappointed with this persons work ethics. Body work doesnt need a test drive, they apparently think we are all stupid. On the other hand the body work that needed to get done looks beautiful.

This place is good for the price but beware the work is what you pay for. They missed a broken collision sensor behind my bumper and did a very poor paint job. The paint was spotted and had overspray on other panels along with parts that shouldnt be painted. They did however do a very good job at plastic welding my bumper. You couldnt notice the damaged plastic until taking the bumper off. If youre looking to get an old car fixed or something you dont care much about, you cant beat the price. If youre picky and a car enthusiast like me, Id go to a more professional body shop. Yes it will cost more but you will get better quality repairs. Please take this as a guessing statement but I believe they missed the broken sensor because they did an external repair only and never took the bumper off of the car like other shops would have. I did end up taking it somewhere else to get the bumper fixed the way I wanted it, and my sensor replaced. Please dont take this as me saying dont go here at all, but do your research first.

Toy and his team did a wonderful job. My wife had an unfortunate mishap with an ice mound and cracked her bumper. I called another bodyshop and before they even received pictures they told me I had to replace it and could not be repaired. I sent pictures to Toy at Ultragloss and he assured me it could be repaired and gave me an excellent price! I dropped the vehicle off before my wife and I left for vacation and when the vehicle was done, they were very accommodating to allow us to pick the vehicle up after hours. Will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family for all their bodyshop needs!

Ill tell you what. This place is great. I cant remember the gentlemans name, but he always answers the phone. He was always nice, professional, and fast. Everytime he said he would call me back, HE DID! They fixed my wifes car for 1/3 the cost that a highly rated Collision specialist told us the repair would start at. This is the place to go if you need body work. They fixed all the general small scrapes and dents. The gentleman that helped me was very nice and my car looked brand new after they were finished.

Took my nine year old car in for a cleaning. I work out of my car so it was pretty bad. Never had it cleaned before so you can imagine the grime and layers of dirt and salt, turned sludge on the interior. Exterior showed slot of wear also. Absolutely shocked when I got it back. Looked perfect and like new. Wow. Totally recommend.

Overall disappointed with the full detail on my car. After needing to keep it longer than expected, it shouldnt have been a rush job. Sadly, based on other reviews and premium prices, I expect much better.
